Pathetic service. Avoid using this hotel. Rude staff. I am still in this hotel and facing so many problems and staff here just ignores you as you living here for free.

Great location. Clean. Bad Wi-Fi. Rude reception people. Good breakfast.

Not recommended. 1 star hotel After visiting Marble hotel in April 2018, we found that they offer free Wi-Fi, but the Internet speed is very slow, and not all rooms are covered with this interrupted and weak service! Another important issue in this hotel is that the staff de-activate the air conditioning system, and you have to call them every time you want to enable it, where they intentionally enable it for only 15 minutes! The whole family members got cold because of this poor service! Their breakfast is very simple and they charge you if you want an omelet. The staff keeps looking on the restaurant visitors while eating, which is not good at all! The only good thing in this hotel is its location, near Taksim square.

Bad hotel bad service dirty table sheets poor breakfast bad swimming pool a lot for chlorine (not free) you need too buy swimming cap 5 $ very noisy you can not sleep at night and at morning neighbours with kids cry and talking very bad hotel not good at all.

Not 4 stars hotel but it is quite good for the whole package. Pocket friendly yet neat. The bathrooms should be cleaned better however, room keepers should give better attention to toilet floors. The breakfast is very generous, the restaurant manager is so friendly and caring! Would go there again.

It is 4 star but truly 3 star. No slippery and tissue and trash bin in room. In addition, no air condition in rooms just cooler which doesnt work. But I liked the pool and breakfast. Overaly I gave out of 10 number 6 to this Hotel.

This is a moderate hotel, the price is decent, the staff are friendly but many of them cannot speak English. So many room do not have a good view. You can hear the breath from next rooms and it's very annoying specially at nights if there are kids next to your room. Wi-Fi is ok but limited speed. The breakfast is fine and the restaurant has a good view with so many sea birds. There are good restaurants around also and also an exchange (doviz) right next to the hotel.

The only positive thing is the location of the hotel. The staff are very angry and the room and hotel are dirty and old. Breakfast is very typical. The breakfast time is 7 to 10. If you go to the restaurant at 9 o'clock, everything is over and will not be recharged.

Terrible. Didnt understand how its 4 stars. Staff: not friendly, dont enjoy helping you, terrible english, watch you loke gaurds during breakfest. Rooms: can here the conversations and noise from the one next to youm very noisy and as if the people are in the same with you from poor room quality. Clean, but barely any shampoo, soaps and no basics like toothpaste. Showers are small and slippery. Poor Wi-Fi in rooms. Poor security. It is in a main and busy street (taksim) people can come easily in and out. Many times reception was empty. Greet you from under the breath, not freindly and welcoming at all.

This hotel is 4 minus stars, Positives: * location which is close to the famous Istiklal road & also the underground, * the Sea view rooms have a fantastic view. * The restaurant has a nice sea view. *Air-condition & hot water are OK * housekeeping :OK * rooms are clean Negatives: * receptionists are unfriendly, very aggressive, unhelpful, very tough when dealing With guests!, the are most likely ex — military * rooms, WC are small * hotel policy is to collect the whole staying expenses in advance. * the safe is out of function, it is old fashion safe using a big Key, you have to deposit $ 100 for a key which is non refundable in case you loose the key, the safe is located on a low shelf, which means that you have to get on your knees every time you use it * breakfast is average, no omelette, no choices *the room lacks the following: kettle, slippers, trash basket, tissues, toothpaste, sawing kit * the hotel is surrounded by night clubs & wedding halls, they play a very loud music till sunrise, very very noisy * if you want to ask the reception about anything, be very brief cause they will hang the phone suddenly while taking,! * W8 fi is very bad. It is now out of order for the last 48 hours This is an average hotel. Or a little bit below average.

Very nice place. Big rooms. Very clean bathroom. Near to Taksim square. It will be my direction next visit.

Ailemle kaldığım en nezih ve şık otel. İç dizayn resimlerdeki gibi değil daha farklı ve güzel resimler eskidir diye tahminediyorum. Kahvaltısı ve tatlıları harika. Kocaman havuz ve spa hizmetleri hediye geldi. Havaalanına bırakan özen hizmelerinden de çok memnun kaldık. Herkes ilgili ve kaliteli. Türkiyeye böyle sektörler lazım.

I would give it zero if I could. It's a very expensive hotel and you pay too much for old, dirty and small rooms. Not be back at all.

They need to talk in english and spend more time on cleaning.

Shitiest service they didnt clean the room for the whole week, they dont understand any languages, a bit of english and they reply in turkish, very poor breakfast, the only tjing that's good is its place in taksim square.

The hotel is very old. It does not deserve 4*; it deserves 2 * maximum. However, the bed is old fashion, it contains the bow thruster and it is inclined is some place so I am forced to change my bed to the second one. Between the two bed there is a non-removable wood old fashion radio. I always heard the elevator working. The breakfast is not good specially the tea, it has a bitter taste so I am forced to open a Lipton tea. Nescafe exist at extra charge. The place is very good. The price of massage is very efficacy and cheap which is very good. All employees are gentle. Hygiene is good also. They make the room every day, they change the towels every day. The WC is clean but it contains stains because it is old.

This hotel is no 4 stars for sure! Room is way too small. Poor in furniture! Which looks old too. But anyhow. It's kinda comfy. The breakfast is very good. Recommended if ur not Looking to stay all day long in ur hotel.

The place is very good and strategy because it's near taksim square & estiklal street but the servise is poor & lighting very low. Need update.

Everything is poor no service bad light in room so cold and I don't know why they tel 4 stars hostel.

The hotel is located well in the center, close to Taksim place. The staff is nice and my room was acceptable. Some rooms, close to the streets, are unbearable because of traffic noise. The furniture is well worn and there are a lot of visible repairs. That's why in my opinion the room rates are far too expensive.

It sucked. Definetly more like a 2 star hotel than a 4 star hotel. Staff not always willing to help. Although 1 or 2 were helpful It seemed like the owers were cheap, when it came to spending money on this hotel. Firstly the Air conditioning in the guest room is only switched on from midnight to 10 am (when u need it least). In August : ( The TV had 6 channels all of them were turkish : ( so basically stay outside as much as you can. The breakfast was good but if your not an early bird like me then you'll miss it cause its from 8 — 9am.
