I was stayed in this hotel twice. I liked the bar open 24 hours and amazing view from bar. Location is awesome. You can travel to from hotel to all tourist destination on public transportation. This was primary reason why I choose Opera Hotel. However I did not have good impression for these two times stay. The hotel room were little dirty. I asked them dont clean first time. They did not clean all theses 7 day stays at all. I asled front desk few times to clean the room, but it did not happened. Some staffs are polite, but there are few staffs are very rude. My flight was cancelled… So I had to arrive Istanbaul one day late, he staff argued with me over phone… They are so rude, I even did not want to talk with them any more. Also they treated my guests very rudely. I tried to complaint o manager, but I was to busy enjoy Istanbul. So I gave up. I am planning my next trip in September. I never will stay there again.
