Super camp, very friendly staff, very helpful and children friendly Hotel, very clean rooms.

If you don't want to be ambushed by bed bugs, fingers off otherwise the room looked quite OK. The staff are freezing cold and cheeky when you normally point out the incident. No thanks. Never again.

Good, stuff are friendly, actually I've visited in 2015 and the staff weren't speak English well, but in nights we can't sleep because there's weeding and noise in the 8th floor, and the problem of air conditioner are still until now unfortunately, air conditioners are too hot rooms can't be cold even after 24 hours, but it's be in a nice atmosphere.

Very Friendly staff, location is awesome; you are in the middle of Taksim. Rate is worthable. Balcony is great to view at night. We havent heard the noise from outside. Comfortable, but the breakfast little poor on the roof with panoramic view of the sea.

AVOID AVOID The photos on their website are not real. A very dirty hotel and all the rooms smell cigarettes. We had no electricity for 2 days and the hotel used a generator which was very noisy and was not powerful enough to fully operate the air condition so we were sweating in the rooms. We booked 10 nights but couldn't stay more than 3 nights. The hotel refused to give us a refund so we had to complain to the ministry of tourism which was very helpful. We got a partial refund and moved to Hilton.

The hotel is clean, and tidy. The bathroom quite small. The hotel is located right on the city centre, which is great, also the taxi rank and public transport are only two minutes walk away. The staff is friendly. At breakfast there is something missing from the choice, but you were still fed up. The view from the breakfast table is beautiful, so the day can start well, only that the breakfast closes already at 10.00, o'clock there is point deduction.

The hotel is not clean, very ancient & used furniture, No concierge services, breakfast was a joke, Room service is the worst ever. Polite staff. Free Wi-Fi. Not recommended. Nk.

Stay in Istanbul for 5 days, I am very satisfied with this hotel as well as my family (it was 13). Perfect location for walking in Istanbul, Subway right next door. The staff are very nice. Room very clean and clean every day frankly super!

DO NOT STAY HERE! I booked 3 rooms, 2 months before we left for Turkey from Australia. All top floors with sea view etc. I even called the night before we got on the plane to see if the reservation is still ok. They told us the rooms were waiting for us and all was good. When we arrived they told us only one room was available with views and we were put in a room on the 1st floor right next to a construction site. Couldn’t even go out to the balcony as pieces of wood or concrete bits kept landing on it. This hotel is an absolute disgrace and they do everything they can to lure you in until you get inside the front doors and then it’s too late… It’s nothing like the pictures, front lobby is full of people sleeping on the lounges and the pool is always out of service. That nice restaurant in the pics is closed and you won’t even get table clothes in the roof breakfast area. Showers leak and they claim that it never happened before when you can clearly see the mouldy tiles and grout has been sitting in the water. Stayed there the night we arrived and left the next day to a much nicer hotel in the Anatolian side for even better price. They will ruin your holiday! I wish I could rate this hotel in minus stars!

Rip off! Warning. They refused to refund me my money back cause by mistake I booked the wrong dates. And when I asked to speak to their manager they said if I make another booking and pay full price that they will refund me the original booking, so I paid in full for a new booking, but until now the have not refund me my money,

Good price for Suite have nice view, I will try the service. At first the service is nice.

Dear friends I'm really disappointed about this hotel. They are absolutely awful. Look like they are better price and quality service but it's not! Firstly I'm came the reception for the check in, they ask me hidden fee which is€15. Then I ask them non smoking room they gave me horrible smoke smelling room. The room is not really clean. I try to find a slipper, they don't left any. Also in the bathroom there isn't any shampoo or soaps. Towels smelling awful that's not clean, the bed sheets as well. Avoid this hotel. You can find better hotel then this for better price. This is worst experience in my life.

Good cheap hotel in fun area.

The Innpera is an average hotel in the Taksim area. Rooms are ok-sized. As one expect in this location, there is noise from outside despite the double glazing, but it is just about ok. Furniture would need an update, but again is acceptable. My bathroom was new if small. Wifi weak to non-existent even after it was repaired, Breakfast fine, but have seen better ones in Turkey. So all in all a possible place to stay but nothing extraordinary. They do have a highly praised fitness centre with pool, for which there was a voucher in the room, but I had no time to try this,

My favorite hotel, the best situation, My home at Istanbul especially Bosporus view room.

almost a higher rating, but then, not. Everything is ok, but then not complete. Only smaller and minor things, only fiddling persons would complain about. ;-).
