Very dirty and old carpet. Old furniture. The bed is ok. The view on Golden Horn not bad, but very noisy road outside. The room not soundproof — you can hear your neighbors tolking. Located well. Resume — my deluxe room wasn't worth the price.

Just average hotel rooms are to small.

It was a nice stay we spent there … all the best … Zzz.

Very nice hotel, very polite reception staff. Location is perfect, 30 seconds away from a great shopping street. It is definitely a place I will stay at anytime I’m in Istanbul.

Classy Hotel … very quiet and have all the facilities that you want from a good breakfast then a swimming pool to a Gym … the rooms are tight but cosy and the service is excellent.

We've stayed at this hotel twice, and was a great experience. Good location, very near from istiklal street, taxi station, and metro station (şhişhane). Good breakfast, and an excellent staff especially the gentleman on reception area (who speaks Arabic language very well) and Mustafa.

This hotel is in a good location, the staff are friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was good. Had a great stay!

Small rooms. Not clean. Towels are not replaced and they just hang it if you dropped the towels on the floor! Same breakfast everyday. I've booked for a double king room, and I get a tiny room with a queen bed. The ONLY good thing, was the location.

Lovely hotel and great stuff. We were a group of 10 ladies. Every single of us loved this hotel. It is very clean and cosy. I also loved the breakfest and all other services. They were really helpfull and cared about us. For the next time I'm surely comming to this hotel again.

Location is great but not quiet. Rooms are small not worth the price. Lobby looks great but the service very poor. Reception so tired to explain always in angry mood. But most important rooms not clean enough and housekeep manager very angry you cannot ask for any help and even she say ok it happens after 2-3 days. She looks hard working but cheats well. We come with recommendation but dissapointed. For that prices you can easily find much familiar hotel.

Awesome location where you can join the crowds of Istiklal street in less than a minute and three minutes to reach one of the five entrances of Şişhane station. The staff are awesome, rooms are clean but I'm giving it two stars for the following reasons: 1) we almost couldn't sleep, sound insulation doesn't seem to work when there are several parties next to your window. 2) breakfast is less than basic, and the varieties are limited to the limit of deciding to find somewhere else to enjoy Turkish breakfast.

For me the area where it is located was perfect. The room was small, but nice and clean. Common areas are nicer than the rooms. Personnel was very nice. But there was loud music every night for 5 nights, couldn t get any rest. If you are sensitive to loud music, ask for a room facing the street.

There was really really loud music, sounded like it was in the room every night until late in the night. I stayed 5 nights and couldn't rest at all. The room was kind of small but clean and nice. Common areas are nicer than the rooms. Personnel was also nice, but the loud music was really annoying. Every night from 8-9 until 2-3 pm.

The hotel is very clean, rooms are a bit cosy but nice. A great location if you want to be 2 mins away from İstiklal street 10 mins walking to Taksim square, staff were overall very friendly and very helpful helped us through major city attractions and helped us through our tours booking, staff speaks english and some speaks Arabic very well. Gergous especially helped us throughout million of questions anytime we asked. I highly recommend this hotel if you want a good experience. Great place with affordable prices.

Good staff and service and clean rooms with Great location. I recommend every one to book there with an excellent price:service deal. * one note: Some Isteklal st may be uncomfortable especially inner rooms.

The room was very large and the breakfast was good.

Location is great, few meters to istiqlal street, ten minutes walking to metro station, five minutes walking to bus stop. Room varies, standard rooms are small and has no view, I managed to upgrade to bigger room with sea view, it was really good. Tv has various channels including many arabic channels. Breakfast is good. Staff are really nice.

It's alright, the location is close to Istiklal Street and Taqseem square. Food was below average and rooms were small. I would like to note that the hotel is close to restaurants bars and nightclubs so when its time to go to sleep, loud music will be on nearly all night from those nextdoor places.

The room is extremely small, the bathroom is very tiny, it's more like a jail cell. Besides, it's not soundproofed so forget about sleeping at night. I really regret booking at this hotel.

We are very disapointed about this hotel: rooms are very little and they don't have any confort. Furthemore, We can not use the SPA because the water of the swimingpool was cold. They dont have water in the jacuzzi. And it's very dirty. We are waiting to take a good time in this hotel, but we didn't! Its so domage. We will never come back again.

I bought 50 minutes massage and I get 25 minutes plus plus they asked for tips.

It was my second time in grand de pera I was so disappointed. Instead I find it more better it became bad no facilities no cleaning so old furniture and dirty. Bad smell from Bathroom kills u in the morning and evening. … I was shocked is it the same hotel I was in one year ago? Knowing they have nice people working in the café and the dining room the star fir that … other than that zero star …
