Was a nice hotel, fine odor, good breakfast, good service. Will be recommended in future holiday.

Bad experience… no comfort in this hotel. It's feels like your'e in a motel. You can hear people in the other rooms so clear. I don't recommend it. And the greeting was so bad as well.

It was the worst experience of mine, the ceiling is too close to you, rooms are not well-cleaned, the view is the back of the hotel which is full of rubbish that was disgusting. I went there in July last year and it was very hot there, the temperature was like 42° in the morning and the AC system was not working. I do not recommend this place for anyone who is searching for comfort in their visit to Istanbul.

Nice hotel. But rude staff. And system is not working. I used trivago then when I get there. There where no reservation and I had to go to another one, imagine that.

The room is big enough and very clean. Excellent position in the heart Taksim, Staff is very friendly. Excelent restaurant with a great view.

The hospitality of the crew was dissocial and infamy, no care no smile and no experience, I never ever choose this hotel but it was clean and the breakfast was good.

Everything was awful service sucks we waited 5 hours to get our room staff are rude and disrespectful and not helpful rooms look different than the pictures not great in real life I dont recommend sheets are not clean and floor is super dusty I dont think it has ben ever cleaned.

The Location of the hotel is Great, But the staff aren"t friendly … The cleanliness of the room was not satisfying … The breakfast was Ok but not wow … Disappointing experience. I don recommend it for my friends.

Excellent choice for tourists that spend most of their time outside the hotel. Prices are very competitive. The service was excellent. Rooms are relatively small. Tasty breakfast. 7-10 minutes walk from Taksim Square.

The hotel is not bad! but I reserved a couple bedroom but the room a they gave us was a single bedroom and he said that we had arrived late. So we had to sleep on a small bed for the few days we stayed there!

Normal hotel room without frills. Buffet breakfast good, rooms clean.

Very small rooms in a way that makes you annoyed as you can't move if U have a travel bag at the room :) Breakfast buffet was very poor, in terms of Taste, variety and quality.

Very small rooms, staff very little english knowledge, bathrooms are small and not good structured the sitting toilette is like 5 cm away from the wall so you cannot ait normally on it.
