Excellent ambience, friendly, professional service. Great variety of choice on the menu and perfect presentation of food. Each course was delicious. Cov19 safety measures were adhered to, plus English spoken easily. Well done and we look forward to our return visit. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Emrecan and his staff are amazing! His concierge team was right on with suggestions! Was not expecting service like this! These guys are young and have it together. From the time we stepped off the plane until the time we got. Escorted to the plane in 5 star service. If anyone is thinking to go to Istanbul call manger of hotel Ermecan and tell him you want super VIP private service!

In would take more than a few sentences to express just how pleasurable our stay at the Shangri La Bosphorus was. I think it is best expressed in your own mission statement and all I can add is you have met and exceeded those values. Your hotel could be the best hotel we have ever stayed in. Such an amazing hospitality experience throughout my stay. Since I arrived, check-in by Miss Betul, she was very warm, helpful and polite, Miss Aynura at the Lobby lounge welcomed me with her beautiful smile, Miss Nese escorted me to my room, she was very attentive and ensuring that I would have a comfortable stay, an exceptional service from Mr Emrah whom has helped me a lot with my extension stay, Mr Halil helped me with my airplane ticket, Mr Sinan was always remember my name, the 2 (two) housekeeping staffs were amazing in cleaning up my room (sorry I didn’t get their names), the Shang Palace, Ishtoo, Concierge, Security, Health Club Team, all of them were amazing and has shown a trully Hospitality from the heart. Kudos to the Shangri-La Istanbul. Thanks guys!

Shangri — La but ; Diffcult axess, not good decorated, no taste like other shangri — la around the world. May be the worst.

Location and facilities are good. Very saley check in staff which did not stop even after several 'no thank you's'. I arrived with 10 degrees and rain outside and the AC in the room was blowing on 20 degrees inside my room.

I had positive experience only: comfortable bed, clean room and bathroom, kind staff, tasty food. Great job, thanks a lot. I congratulate mostly those leaders who selected and trained the staff.

It was my first stay in Istanbul and certainly not the last one. I truly enjoyed the warm hospitality and prudent services provided by Shangri La Bosphorus. Special thanks to Mr Oktay from the Reception for his great assistance, staffs from IST TOO and Shang Palace for the great foods, concierge team for keeping safe our bags and housekeeping team for making my room neat and tidy. It felt great to sleep in clean room after a long exhausted meetings. Keep up your good work. Till then, see you again in my next amazing trip.

This is definitely the best hotel in Istanbul. From the moment of arrival into İstanbul airport all the way to hotel check in everything was flawless. Airport meet and greet at the gate definitely made things a lot easier in a foreign country. Services at the hotel exceeded all the expectations! Nothing was too difficult for everyone. Special mention to hotel duty manager, Mehmet for the great understanding of hotel guest needs and went all the way to make sure my stay in Istanbul is a memorable one. Thanks also for the Turkish coffee experience. He is truly the asset of the company. Hotel location is perfect — overlooking the Bosphorus and security around the hotel is top notch. Excellent staff. Good breakfast. Room size comfortable. I prefer other 5 star hotel on the bosphore. I updated my review to 5 stars and more. My wife forgot her expensive wedding ring and they had it locked in their safe. Thank you Shangri La for the trustworthy staff and management.

The hotel is just amazing the location next to Bosphorus sea, multiple small ports behind the hotel which will give you easy and enjoyable transportation from European side of Istanbul to Asian side without going through the bridge which is usually in traffic jam. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. I didn't try then Chinese restaurant so no idea. iSO restaurant very nice veraity. Rooms spacious and very clean.

The staff is amazing and very helpful especially the waiters at Ist Loo restaurant. We were not that happy about the location though as we thought the hotel was on the Bosphorus, I. E. Have breakfast by the sea. Unfortunately, there aren't that many tables outside and it's only for sheesha. Overall, good experience.

In August I around when yisitanboer stayed at this hotel. The location of the hotel is very convenient, beautiful environment. See Bosphorus view room was spectacular. Hotel SPA standard class, the service was also very good.

Great hotel. Quality all the way. Nice location by the water and close to great shopping in besiktas. If it had an outdoor pool it would be even greater (there is an indoor pool)

Having visited Istanbul was living a dream.
After much time with them expectations of know that city as famous and important to the history of the humanity, finally could go to that place of magic and charm. In addition to their scenery and their meals which were great, the generosity and kindness of people; I loved me di account that we are full of prejudices in terms of other worlds and religions that should be taken out of our minds; We must be aware that a culture or religion doesn't make us better or worse people and that no one really has no absolute truth.
