Stay for 3 nights and we just 1 night spent. So far everything great and thank you to Mr Cem in station whatever whenever which is so helpful and kind. Got upgraded to next level and got balcony. Great area nearby bars & cafes.

Three stays so far and I happy to come again. Everything is around the hotel. Almost all types of restaurants, ferry station, metro, buses and in all categories — from chic to kiosks — its all there — the staff is pleasant and forthcoming.

Beautiful hotel, great service with wonderful amenities. Especially the fully loaded smart phone you get in each room that comes with all the info you will need. Which you get to keep for the duration of your stay. It has apps with the best restaurants around you to tourist sites and things to do, etc. Great idea! Room was very chic, loved the different lighting options, simple and brilliant.

Awesome hotel experince. You could really feel that everyone is making sure you are having a good stay. Dont try their secret garden hookah it sucks. Everything else is amazing.

This is a typical W but the staff was above average and very helpful. The location was in a cute neighborhood with some decent bars and restaurants around it.

Staff are friendly, the design of the hotel are different about the others, very nice area, good for couples not for a family, if you are one of the people how sleep early before 12 midnight it’s will be noisy for you specialy on the weekend… they give us another room free of charge but still it’s noisy the new room: (

Very good hotel in a building emblematic Dr Istanbul. With the imprint of the chain, its staff informal and efficient, very cool. The only thing is almost no female staff I never knew the reason. Good rooms, bad light especially in the bathrooms. The place with live show almost every night. The q makes it a little noisy but very fun. Nice Turkish breakfast. The location is fantastic, surrounded by very good bars and restaurants and in a festive atmosphere. Very adequate the area full of young locals and tourists. The hotel outsourcing a premium service of transfer Q makes you feel a king and Queen arrived on your flight or when you leave. The concierges fantastic a solution for every concern. Every place recommended impeccable…

Had very pleasant stay. Lovely staff and really enjoyed the club vibe of the bar and the rooms. Very close to the Bosphorous. Will definitely be returning.

Good hotel. Old but clean and nice. Charges are high comparing to quality. Everything is just fine.

Staff Modern rooms. Some with views of the Bosphorus and the rooftops of Istanbul. Great location.

Wow can I say more. One of the best spots in turkey to stay. The area around it is really touristy but plenty of turks hang out there too. No masjid nearby which is a downer. But can't give anything better than 5 stars.

I made reservations at this hotel but due US-Turkey conflict, we were denied Visa for Turkey. This hotel refused to refund and charge my card. Horrible service, I called immediately to cancel once I found out that Turkey is denying visa to US citizen. Person on the phone said they will cancel my reservations but latter denied receiving a call from me. Liars. I have my phone bill, call over 3 minutes. Never staying in any W-Hotel properties in my life.

Good place to stay with nice rooms. I stayed at the Studio Sweet with a nice balcony and the breakfast is delicious and the service is excellent.

Nice location and well designed rooms with a great breakfast, although the hotel feels a bit dark and rooms aren't well furnished with power plugs.

The hotel has things to improve being a 5 star, among them the conditions of some rooms, but you have to keep in mind that it is a boutique hotel, not a "normal" W hotel. We stayed last week and my experience was good. I have to highlight the excellent attention of one of the waiters on the breakfast shift: Faruk, was very attentive, nice and friendly. We were delighted with him. But I missed more variety at the buffet breakfast. The room service and the cleaning service fast and good.

Great hotel for location, quality and price.

There is no lobby, the group is very inconvenient to visit. The water in the shower will leak out of the door. Toilets, showers, washbasins and the combination of rooms are very blind, the guests have no privacy, is the awkward design of the motel. Breakfast delicious, but the chocolate cake has the taste of shrimp oil rice. The room has a mosquito.

No lobby, you have to get deaf in the middle of an exploding disco. They charge you extra to keep your car somewhere! No whelchair entrances in the whole building. Breakfast is not on the room. Rooms are supper dim. It might be a good place for someone below 25.

Poor hygiene, carpets are dusky stains, decoration is also more gloomy, not suitable for holiday parents, even the swimming pool is not, the hotel except bar service, all other services are not, are not luxury hotels. A lot of other luxury hotels around. There's no need to pick this. In addition, the cost of carrying Chengting is more than one times higher than the gate market price. The bathroom was so small that it choked people. In addition, this is definitely to apply the W Hotel brand, indoor claustrophobic, the air is not circulating, the corridor is extremely dirty.

We stayed here for 4 nights during a friend's wedding week in Istanbul, and had a mixed experience. The location was ideal, and very close to plenty of coffee shops, a grocery store, restaurants, and shopping. Easy to get taxis and Ubers from. However, our rooms weren't ready when we arrived (even at 3pm when we requested early check-in), and the service was not always quick to respond for things like water bottles, irons, etc. You should request a room on a higher floor, because we were on the second floor close to the bar, where private parties were held until 2am where you could hear every note of the music in our room — the staff moved us to other rooms for that evening free of charge, but it was inconvenient. We also had issues getting the staff to book hair appointments for us at a nearby salon, as they weren't very responsive. Rooms were nice but would probably stay elsewhere if I visited Istanbul again.

Amazing hotel the decoration is unique and staff r good. But I didn’t like that the only way to fix the ac is by calling them also I remember that the reading light next to my bed was broken. And I also missed my new eyelashes after they cleaned my room.

Great hotel because of the location, outstanding customer service 24/7. Most of the rooms are great except for few ones that needs minor renovations. Totally recommend this hotel to explore istanbul, good for couples.

The hotel is good, but expected more. The breakfast is poor. The walls are thin can hear people in the corridor. The rooms lack a basic kettle and iron. You have to call and ask for them every time you need them which is very inconvenient. Would not rate as a 5-star hotel.

Wonderful stay in the cabana room.

Love the hotel! Great service and great people! I like to recommend them to carry almond or soy milk in the hotel. They also had no vegan option on the bar menu. A hotel with such a diverse and international crowd should carry a few vegan options.

A nice clean hotel with a little bit of Turkish flair. In a more posh area of Istanbul but has some great restaurants within a 10 min walk. It's pretty far from the tourist attractions but it is easy to get a taxi, hop on the big bus, or walk 15 min to the tram.

Confortable hotel and responsive staff — sadly the place is very impersonal, cold and… dark (including the lifts! ). Not the best location for sightseeing either.

I loved this Hotel and an excellent service, with plans to return, thank you for everything.

Cons: The room smelled like humidity and the water came yellow from the tap that I couldn't even wash my hair. The room service was very poor and the hotel rate was very expensive in comparison to the service they give you. Pros: The breakfast was varied and delicious.

Fantastic Hotel in a great location in Istanbul. Near lots of sites and easy to get to lots of great restaurants. The neighborhood has a young/ local feel and the people were extremely friendly. The room was great, but a little different (as are most W hotel rooms). The room didn't have a Turkish feel at all, so not the most authentic option. Overall, love the location and comfy bed. But not too authentic to the country.

Great customer service, good location, but misses on a lot of small details. No pool. No difference in higher quality rooms, so don't bother paying extra. Love the W. Just not this one.

Good service but rooms are always dark inside. Tiny rooms, nice terrazzas though. Not well located for public transit. Does not live up to the hype, would probably not go back.
