Very amazing and nice Resturant. Must book a room with Breakfast because they do live and delicious breakfast. Must take the sauna and Turkish bath. I took it every day after I returned from city excursion , relaxed me immediately and helped to sleep good. They gave us very nice bouquet of flowers and a wonderfully delicious cake for Birthday of my wife. The area and location is great with a metro station very near and just 15 minutes to airport as free ways lays just adjacent to this hotel.

Türk Telekom iş görüşmesi için burada bulundum. Fiziki olarak yeterli ve modern bir görünüme sahip, ayrıca tuvaletleri de temiz ve gayet büyüktü.

A shabby hotel. Hole towels, smoked room, noisy condes, queues for the elevator, stairs through the staff area, went down even the fire escape and that dilapidated and corroded. I think we can find better conditions.

We were her in 29 June 2018 for 6 days. It's a very nice hotel. We would like to come again.

I gave it a 5 star for its location! It’s like in the middle of a group of restaurants, money exchange offices, you get picked up and dropped first in tourist trips, Starbucks is just 50M away, and their indoor pool is super! I loved it out there. Although I wished if more of the staff speaks English. Thanks god that at least the receptionists do speak English. Not all of them but some.

Absolutely NOT a 5* experience. Only 2 tiny lifts were working out of 3, we had to wait 10-15 min every time we needed to go/come from the room… Room was clean but it's way too expensive for what you get.

The elevators are overloaded. For breakfast, there are constant traffic jams.

First of all the Hotel is very old and the rooms are small. The staff is good but the management failed big time. They sold the rooftop to another company and the Spa also. The rooftop bar is not open for visitors of the hotel because there is always a party going on with vague figures. It is so bad that one time the employees of the roofbar has treatened us. The elevators doenst work very well, I was stuck in the elevator. Some of the employees (espescially the lower rang employees) are kindly but the managers not! The hotel is terrible, if I could give a minus 5, I would have given that. My advise, dont go ever to the terrible Dedeman Istanbul hotel.

Good staff, but I think management has failed. The terrace/roof has been sold or rent to a third party, and we were not allowed to be there and drink something. Really unfriendly people work at this terrace. Because they have rent this terrace to a third party, its being used for evenements like weddings and so on, and parties, so the hotel is really bussy with visitors for these evenements. The elevators were also scary and not working well. Seems like the latest elevator maintenance has been missed according to the sticker, which says the next maintenance should be in 11/2017. Today it is 04/2018. Like I said, friendly workers, but operational it has been failed.

It was a great hotel with good staff but bad elevator.

I really don't know how to explain this hotel to you. A five star hotel, that I think is a mid-range four star hotel. There are so noises in the hotel speciallyin room. The cleanliness of the room was above normal. I contacted hotel ten days before my check in, so that I want get into the room in the morning, since no one can speak English in Turkey, this 5 stars hotel is the same. After five calls, each ten minutes long, The reservation told me that it's ok to arrive in the morning, I write a note to check in soon, but the day we arrived, the lady behind the desk told us that you can not check in now! the last floor of the hotel was played loudly music. The loudness of music is as high as that the sound come 17 floor down to the hotel's lobby, which is far from the top floor. In our room, because of the sound, walls waves up at 1 o'clock in the morning. The hotel's breakfast was a four star hotel. I am really Dissatisfied.

Fancy hotel, The prices are not cheap, the rooms are good also the service is good.

Worst Hotel I have ever been to. No service ever. Rooms are noisy. Dirty. Elevators are very slow. Just bad bad bad.

Crowded with some 10 min waiting for the elevator. Room only in the deluxe version beautiful. The room was really small and a hotel of this class was not adequate.

Clean, well organized, really helpful & polite personnel, nice area. In detail: clean & specious new rooms; great event halls ; really helpful English — speaking personnel; variety and taste in breakfast, a la carte menu really good, variety of wines and drinks in the bar; beauty salon — hairdressers really good & economic work, health center-gym, pool, spa & massage well organized. Yellow cab right ouside the hotel — safe & secure through the hotel. Metro station 12min away.

I stayed there 1 month ago and they still haven't paid back my security deposit. Stay away from them! Don't trust them please! I called them a few times about it and they never e-mailed back or called me back. They don't care! They just care about your MONEY! I would try different hotels…

Konum guzel fakat, odalar gercekten bu kaliteye yakismiyor. Bir cok mobilya cok eskiydi ayrica herseyin uzerinde lekeler vardi. Klima sistemi asiri ses cikardigi icin uyuyamadik. Televizyon cok cok eskiydi kaliteli bir yayin olmadigi gibi olan yayinda karincali ve net degildi dolayisi ile izlemedik. Havuz kullanimi icin onceden bilgi verilmeden bone istendi ve fahis fiyattan satilmaya calisildi bu da yanlis bir durumdu. Ayrica kahvalti da omlette kullanilan yağ ciddi manada kalitesizdi ve lezzetten uzakti. Bir konu ile alakali danisma ile konustugumda sorunu cozmekten uzak bir konusma yasadik. Odada yer alan banyo urunleri cok kotu idi ayrica.

Excellent location, excellent service personel and a great room. We ready enjoyed our staj in this hotel… :)

Nice location, away from crowded Taksim square. Small elevators in a high rise. Hotels needs to remodel the elevators. Good/nice staffs.

Very good location you are almost close to all attractive places. Good prices and staff was good and polite. Breakfast was fare. The rooms are very old decoration and very old furnitures and the bathroom also, its doesn't worth five stars. (3 stars will be fare) Elevators was very small and crowded and need waiting long time especially at breakfast time and 10:00 pm .

The services provided is not good enough. There is only three small elevators and there is no stairs at all. There is only one emergency exit stairs and they don't allow any one to use it. I don't mind at all if they allow any one to use it. However, when there is too many people going up and down I must wait at least 15 minutes to go down which is too much especially when I am in hurry. Also, I noticed that the room services are not good enough.

Zero stars horrible hotel do not waste your time here this is not a 5 star hotel at all rooms are old,, service is horrible I simply asked for 2 baby cribs given only one and been told that they give the other one to some one else although I've been asking them since 2 days but nothing spent horrible nights without sleeping. Will never return to this miserable place at all.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights thanks to the tour of Turkey. Terrace just spectacular.
I was annoyed for breakfast because it offered no sweets, brioches talking all that one would expect.
I had dinner one night at the terrace, prices are Europeans, 13 euros for a grilled meat and meat had really very little. Disappointed.
On the other hand has a gorgeous view of the Bosphorus Bridge and across the city.
The phone provided in the room was quite small and useless few shampoos, and missing the toilet brush of the toilet here in Turkey few know what it is.
Near the hotel there are restaurants, all very average/high prices and tourism.
The hotel is not suitable for the old city.

Good: Very friendly and helpful staff, great rooftop restaurant. Bad: the rooms are really warm and can't be cooled down in winter, and the traffic noise outside is loud.

Absolutely loved this hotel. Nice, clean and cozy rooms, very helpful and courteous staff. Enjoyed the breakfast.

I enjoy staying at the Dedeman. The service to check in can be a little slow but they make up for with with their politeness. The beds are nice and comfy but could be a little longer for y'all people. This hotel is also close to Zorlu mall and other places.

So-so on staff. Air conditioning is weak, no brainer preserved hlata! When placing the mini-bar at reception asked $ 200! But the first impression is not what.

Company conviently in Taksim hotel located. The hotel is Nieth, but nothing special and the service was so. It is necessary to consider the Bill, like many other hotels.
