We stayed in the restaurant of the hotel it was fantastic and very tasty I can put the risotto very much to heart it tasted heavenly❤️The prices are fine for such a hotel. It was definitely worth it
The waiters are very accommodating the service is excellent 👍 Only minus point still has to deduct is the service from the vales on arrival it was OK but when we left the restaurant we asked ourselves where our car is because we have handed over the keys we would have to approach the staff ourselves I had expected that you do it yourself and say goodbye to the guest. Unfortunately, these were busy with somewhat wealthy guests from the Emirates.

I would like to thank all the staff in this wonderful and beautiful hotel. This hotel is very beautiful and comfortable. The services are excellent. The cleanliness is excellent. I recommend it in all respects. Take the time to stay in this hotel. It was excellent experie.

All waiters wear masks and they never take them off, tables are arranged with social distancing in mind. Also, the staff are very helpful, friendly and they also speak good English. Great view and excellent food, too!

I went there for an afternoon tea at the terrace.
Amazing atmosphere, spectacular view at the Bosphorus, very good service, very tasty afternoon tea menu and great number of tea varieties, good champagne labels in the wine list (tasted only Luis Roeder before tea time).
I liked very much the scent they use as ambience parfum for hall and restrooms! So relaxing!
Looking forward to come back.

We came from long distance. But when we arrive they said we can’t stay in the hotel. Even if we are a good customers of them!

Good hotel. We have used their car service which was excellent as they pick you up straight out of the plane, provide a fast pass through passport control and help you with your luggage. The hotel location is convenient and being on the Bosporus on a nice spring/summer day is great. The only negative is that rooms on the side have very poor views (mine was on a wall) and I regret not taking the Bosporus room… it makes a huge difference.

Beautiful hotel, spacious rooms, amazing view, good food, great restaurant, clean, cozy, friendly. Heaven in Istanbul, with a beautiful view on Bosporus. For family or romantic stay.

As far as keeping up with the "Four Seasons" brand, I would say that my wife and I were a bit disappointed with our staycation city getaway for the weekend. The hotel decor is overall uninspired (granted, we didn't stay in the palace side; just the normal side). Our room had a small 45 degree view of the Bosphorus from the cubbyhole window which was disappointing overtaken by the view of the building next door's garbage and delivery hanger. The food at the causal dining restaurant was mediocre at best. We ordered a tapas plate, a 60€ hamburger and a classic club sandwich. We were starving so we specifically requested to bring out the food as it's done. Nothing came for 30 minutes so I asked if we could at least get our tapas plate… it came out immediately on a cold plate and served as if it came right out of the refrigerator. When ordering the hamburger, I asked if the bbq sauce could be on the side; it not only came with it on the side but also in the hamburger which was raw at best. I asked if they could cook it a bit longer. Instead, they came out with a new burger 10 minutes later. My wife's club sandwich (which is a staple at every Four Seasons) came with uncooked bacon. Of course these things can happen, it's just not supposed to happen at the Four Seasons. The spa is nice, but not intimate… again, the decor is uninspired.

Great location with views over the Bosphorous. Larger rooms, very comfortable beds. Gym is well equipped, indoor 17m pool — maybe just too short to do laps in. Great spa and lastly, food and service all good.

Very good. All the staff are very helpful to please the guests. But the hotel is already old, although everything works.

I spent New Years at their restaurant. Food and entertainment was very good. We ended up outside on their gazebo very pleasant. I liked the hotel. I will stay in it next time. The 5 stars will be earned on my room stay if deserved :) )

Four Seasons Hotel at Bosphorus is emotional luxury hotel. It is located along the Bosphorus. You can feel the luxury at the hotel. Recommended.

We went here for afternoon tea, it had a beautiful view of the Bosporus and the afternoon tea was really nice. It is well worth it for the spectacular view alone. We also had drinks there too which weren't bad. The staff were as lovely as expected.

What an amazing place to visit. To think that this is palace that was built way back in the 18th century. The food is great. The atmosphere is amazing. The kindness that is shown. We felt like a real king and queen. Will definitely be back.

The hotel is of high standards with an amazing service, a great swimming pool, and a fantastic breakfast. The cost is high but it's good for celebrating special occasions.

Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the GM Mr. Tarek Mourad, from the kind, courteous, and friendly team, to the meticulous, comfortable rooms & suites with very unique design, our experience was nothing less than exceptional. Bosphorus view is the best in Istanbul. Delicious and tasty food. Would definetely recommend to everybody! It's a true sample of excellent hospitality. Thank you again to Mr. Tarek Mourad and all his friendly team and special thanks to Mr. Ünal Uran for going just that little step extra for their guests!

This is a top notch hotel but as usual there are rooms and there are rooms. I had room 1401. Now that is block 1 floor 4 where there are 6 roof terrace rooms. They have views of the Bosporus and an outside terrace with a balcony — what more do you want. Now I'm sure there are more sumptuously rooms but fancy rooms are a dime a dozen in fancy hotels. These are the must have rooms. There are only 6 so not easy to get hold of. Especially now I've let the cat out of the bag with this review. The snacks they bring in the afternoon to the rooms are of the highest quality. The pastry chef is masterful and the food is excellent.

Go for tea time or lunch. Loved it. It's a must as part of your Istanbul trip.

What's not to like. Was there for a business meeting and despite the traffic in the area it was great. The lobby could've been more inviting but otherwise all was perfect.

This hotel exceeded all my expectations. Accommodation and service are of elegant, first class. Room very nice, hot springs is a pleasure. Quality of food is gourmet level. We enjoy the stunning scenery. I wish I could stay here forever like a little Elf Ai Luoyi. Professional, helpful staff!

Amazing service. Love love love the spa. The whole hammam experience was so awesome that I wish I could do it everyday and replace it with showering (my therapist advised against it because it would've been damaging to my skin). But it's amazing. Love the view at the terrace and the tranquility. Lots of birds in the garden, be prepared to hand ur food pecked and stolen by the little flying creatures. But they are do cute it's just fun watching them do it :).

Last night I was at Lounge Bar for tea and Aqua Restaurant for dinner. I had eclair with my tea, it was delicious and superb. Mom and her friend had some saltines. I tasted them too:) Then we fed some sparrows too :) Please tell waiters do not scare them :) they were scaring of waiters, when they saw waiters they were flying away:) I love your terrace. Aqua restaurant is awesome. We had fish (turbot) and it was delicious. I would like to get the recipe of the sauce on the eggplant you served with it. We also had a mixed fish plate in the middle. With salmon, mussels, sea shells, lobster legs, and shrimps. The sauces were superb. Then I had Tiramisu. Hehe:) you can find the photo of it at my profile:) It was delicious too.
