Bad experience specially with A/C at rooms are very bad, location too far away from tourism sites.

Friendly & helpful staff, clean room & hotel, excellent facilities, great location, LOVE the roof terrace — those views ❤❤❤

Just a 3 stars hotel, no matter how many nights of stay, hotel provide only one bottle of drinking water, and nothing in minibar. If guest does not prepare water, he stays thirsty for the night. Bathroom clean, but very poor bathroom supplies.

Didn't love the place. The rooms are clean and comfortable but it's far from the attractions and their breakfast is below average.

To start with our booking was cancelled due to card issue, whoever staff were nice and supportive Mr Kaya and his assistant at reception they offered us alternative rooms. Clean rooms nice views and wide vary breakfast. Location ok.

I usually sleep in tents on the side of roads, and this was my first time on a hotel this expensive. I have nothing to complain of at all. Friendly staff, good rooms, amazing breakfast, nice leisure options — including a very nice swimming pool and gym —, very clean, nice views, everything seemed perfect to me. Some picky people would disagree perhaps, but being simple as I am I count spot anything wrong here.

I spent only a few hours at night during a layover, but the hotel is close to the airport, the beds are comfortable and you can enjoy a coffee or tea in the room. There is a kettle and all you need to make yourself something to drink. There is a complementary bottle of water and toiletries. Recommended for a quick stop or a few days in Istanbul.

Very comfy hotel. However, I would guess this hotel is oriented to a local crowd, as the staff does not seem bilingual enough and the food at the breakfast buffet lacks some more international options. Also, during my last night, the hotel hosted an outdoor event by the pool and loud music was being played well over midnight (I was on the 12th floor), and it was still a bit hard to fall asleep. This type of disturbances are not expected from a business hotel. Otherwise everything else was great, Reception staff were incredibly helpful and room service was impressively quick.

Clean. Cozy. The furniture is new. They clean it every day. Breakfast is solid. The view from the windows of the 11th floor is gorgeous. Sauna. Basin (were only inside, on the street did not work). The pool can only be in a hat! There's parking. The location is good. You can take the tram from here to go where verhever you want.

Has a not a big room, but looks so beautiful. Proper breakfast menu, you have try the salad and omelette. Has a smoking rooms options.

The hotel is in a good location. We did not work in the sink, the cork was shut and the water did not leave. Instead of repairing the staff just pulled out the cork. 2 sockets broken. But It is necessary to admit that quite a good European breakfast… and smoking separate rooms rather than smoking right at the next table. The View from the windows on some industrial area, but in the distance seen the center of the city.

I was with my wife for a week at Titanic Hotel Bayrampaşa in May 2018. The situation is very good. The service, staff and offers (fitness, spa, massage) were lace. There was always advice on questions. We have often been to the city of Istanbul in hotels. But this was the best hotel where the price performance ratios determined. The upshot … thanks to the dear reception Dame Tuğba got a good deal for summer. Where we spend another 10 days in the beautiful city. It's very too emphfelen. Keep it up.

Free hotel stay provided by Turkish Airlines for passengers with long stopover. Excellent room. Location not close to Hagia Sophia, Blue Mosque, Grand Bazaar, Spice Bazaar.

Nice and good hotel. The room is clean but sea view is very far you can hardly see the sea. They have near by metro station just 5 minute walking. I like this hotel and recommend it.

The Wait staff always greet and help to solve any problem. The rooms are clean.

The fifth star has earned the hotel Mrs. Allabergenova with her nice and courteous style.
The four stars or I would have awarded the star deduction for the bad breakfast in the sky Bar on the 17th floor. €15 was certainly not worth it! The view may already be-see photo. The standard breakfast on the first floor again is good.
Room was very clean. Staff is friendly. Fitnesssstudio was well equipped and modern, but you have to share with non-hotel guests, but for me it was not annoying. The location of the hotel is about 20 min by taxi from the centre. If you're lucky, you get a cool Tesla as a taxi;)

Very nice especially Mrs. Tuba was very helpful friendly and accommodating. Food was OK Sauna was good to relax location was unfortunately not so nice but not far to Metro Greetings Elvis.

Good place. A typical Turkish 5star hotel. Clean, good amenities. Had to stay here due to a cancelled flight and despite the fact that the airline paid for my stay, I didn't feel as if I were mistreated in any way.

5 star Hotel as it should be. All wishes are met, Spa is available and well developed. We were here with three children and felt like we were at home.
The rooms are well equipped and have good beds. The rooms are cleaned daily. Breakfast is adequate and good. I would stay here again.

Good location The top restaurant and the choice is great on tte Turkey (it's been 4 months since I've been here). I attended the Muslim women Summit in this hotel and I did not regret. Bravo!

Although room was small it was clean and well designed. The main problem tough was heating issue, air conditioning system stops working time to time, and even I report the case to reception it did not fixed, I ended up catching cold.

A good hotel very nice pool an excellent breakfast a little B mole I had a little trouble with the TV that didn't work it stayed like that all along the stay despite the claims.

TV in room might not work, if worked you will find very short and badly selected channels list. If you arrive for check in at noon, you should expect to wait for an hour to receive your room, especially in weekends. The elevator takes very long time to come, it is a tall building and you would probably stay in 11+ floor. You should consider spending more than ten minutes waiting in front of it and to stop over every another floor. There is only one elevator for 15 floors. When checking out early in the morning during breakfast time, consider spending about fifteen minutes in line waiting your turn. Two officers only for tens of customers. The nearest Metro station is ten minutes walk, not bad in a good day. Visitors of this hotel should be very relaxed and have time to spend. If you are coming to Istanbul for business, this is definitely not your perfect place.

For some reason, the cheap roadside motel in the United States was cozier than the Titanic with its narrow corridors and gloomy atmosphere. Just before leaving, they left their passport, delirium shorter. The room for three towels was for two and somehow cold, plus a window to the bathroom where the blinds are not very tightly closed and the lighting in the room is dim. Not recommended, at all.

Very comfortable room, everything is in place, nice panorama, sorry little free time to all this to admire! Nice comfortable kitchen!

Our second stay at this hotel. Unlike the first time, this time with our daughter who is 6 months old, we visited this hotel.

The rooms are large enough. The service is great and the staff were always extraordinarily friendly.

Public transport is within walking distance. There are also shuttle buses to the nearby shopping centre or train station.

Breakfast is good and varied.

The hotel is just rubbish the staff is so rude and dirty and the hotel is so dirty the windows I have touched my hands were black the cleaning women were not cleaning properly and the just pull people off and out of the shower came so slowly water and the rooms just sch Does the rooms stink after everything itchy because of the bedding and water comes through windows and in the evening we freeze as it is so cold climate without function wheelchairs spark are capput just the last one has never seen anything like it so before so I would recommend That by no case rating 0 everything stinks everything dirty the stingy around every cent mfg.

Loved the place. Clean and classy. Super friendly staff whom I would like to thank one by one. We had a misunderstanding issue in type of rooms booked, but the amazing receptionists took it with wide chest and solved it smoothly and left us totally satisfied. Would probably consider accommodating in titanic hotel for my next visit. I would've gave it 5 stars rating if it had more variety in breakfast and if it has few things in maintenance. Hoping for the best of that hotel.

Great hotel, everything as good ad expected. However, we had an issue (fire in generstors), and the hotel had to be evacuated. The evacuation procces wasnt clear and it made more complex the situation.

Luxury and beautifull hotel. People who are working here are very profesional and nice. Food here is delicious and view at night its amazing. Rooms are very beautiful and beds sooo comfortable ;) :D When I just did first step in room I felt very relaxed and satisfied. I didnt want to leave this hotel :D I was very, very satisfied.

In the Russian language staff not speak, only one girl Dinara, which had, deals with public relations. Spa Center strike. In General, the pool, me half an hour trying to explain everything you need to wear a hat, why just me it was not given at the reception and none of them brought, is not clear. So it cute, but no balconies (

Nice Hotel but it is far from the downtown.

Nice hotel but worthless for tourists. Since it is very distant from the city center and located in an industrial area. The metro is very distant. The public elevators are only two and the tourists are always fighting for the chance for a space in. Food stores are three blocks away. In resume complete isolation. This is offered to the tourists as a 5 star option. The staff is courteous but disdainful and uninterested. Some younger managers speak perfect English but seem tired to deal with tourists. We had to request the tour agency to move us to a less stars hotel but near the city center. After all the purpose is tourism not business. Not the hotel fault, but the tourist agency who has it in their itinerary.

This hotel is highly recommended! I stayed in this hotel for couple of weeks to visit istanbul. In my idea it's so nice and also located in position near metro station so u can get train to and from Attaturk airport (havalimani). U should get off the train at sagmalcilar station and then walk for 5 min to arrive the Titanic hotel. Also u r 15 min away from the fantastic shopping center which is called forume Istanbul where u can buy anything u need with a best brands. It also close to IKEA. This hotel has a nice bar and italian restaurant with lovely view of istanbul at floor 17. If you want to swim in nice swimming pool indoor it is available also. All in all I found this hotel perfect.
