Excellent service, comfortable and clean rooms.

The Hotel spent one night while on a hike in Cappadocia. The hotel is in a very large building. There are no balconies In the rooms. The Mini bar is filled with any cafes. The Price did not find any water, so I thought it was free. But No! 3 Lira for a small bottle. There Was water in the bathroom on the floor. Apparently, in a pallet of a shower cabin there is a crack.
From The pros-delicious food in the dining room. Coffee is good too. In Addition to the street pool, there is also indoors. However It is paid-5 euro in a complex with still some banal services.

Comfortable rooms, cleanliness, good service, very full and tasty dinners, well maintained details and good location.

Good hotel but bad food and no variety. Desserts are ready. Good location.

Good value for money, spacious rooms and very good service.

It gives the impression of being a hotel dated poor fitness equipment and indoor pool which looks like a bath tub.

5 Star Hotel A little dated good for a work stop.

The rooms are comfortable and large and while the bathroom is large, the shower is very small with little space and a bathtub that is already in disuse, especially for older people.

Not bad, kitchen upgradeable, noisy, rooms to renovate.

Weak internet connection. Do something with your Wi-Fi. I've read reviews about your hotel and people were complaining about problems with Internet long time ago and nothing was done since that time. Second thing is problem with poor sound isolation. If other guests in room next to you have to move out in 5 am (actually it happens quite often because people come here for day or two and they have excursions some of them starts early) you will here everything (how they dressed up and talk). I don't want to put you 1 mark as in previous review but you deserve now just 3. Do something with Internet, sound isolation and hotel renovation and after that you will get from happy guests your 5 star mark again.

Its was 2.30am in the wee morning and my neighbouring room still make tons of noise and smoking heaviliy.
How on earth could a 5 Star hotel have such poor sound insulation wall and a smoke detector which just doesnt work.
My complain to the front reception is to no avail.
I wonder what kind of hospitality this hotel is offering to its guess.
Breakfast? most disappointing breakfast spread I ever had in a so call 5 star hotel compounded with unpleasant waiters! … My recommendation… stay away if you dont want your holiday to be ruined.

Don't stay here if you don't like to smell tobacco smoke permeating your living quarters which will inhibit your sleeping even after a long day of tours/travelling. Cleaning the air is temporary but I think the smoke is coming from doors/vents/headboard. Also walls are thin. Clean but outdated bathrooms. Clean bed/sheets.

The highlight of the hotel is the food. Both breakfast and dinner have a big variety and the food is very good. But there are some issues with the hotel. The beds are not so comfortable, the bathroom could be better (the sink coul be bigger, the bathtub tap is placed inconveniently close to the shower and the maintenance could be better, I had some issues with he shower head and sink's tap in my room), and the worst problem is the Wi-Fi, it oftenly doesn't work because it can not support all the guests connect at the same time. Is it worth staying in the hotel? Yes, but be aware there are some problems with it. If you can't stand bad Wi-Fi, you should look for another place to stay.

Great facilities. Very affordable. Brilliant view of the city of Urgup. Very close to all the major tourist sites.

Beautiful place and good meal.

Better to stay in dinlet than any cave hotel in cappadocia region. Staff is friendly. They upgrade my room to surprise us. Breakfast is awesome and same with the dinner. Dinner is very cheap around 15 tl.

The hotel is quite well, if it were not for the bathtubs are cracked, with mold on the surrounding area and feet you stick in the bathtub. Apart from that you have that do a workshop of climbing to enter in it. I reached over her knee. Beds are or very soft or very hard. Cleaning by what's more very well. We know that it is a 5-star, so… required at least a little more.

The rooms look old-fashioned and a bit old, but are clean and large. Our group has an excellent Buffet for Breakfast and dinner and enjoyed very much. A bit noisy, especially If the other travelers take no consideration — Early in the morning is often the balloon is broken up.

A nice hotel by local standards but the rooms were very outdated and blah. We did enjoy the breakfast and dinner though.

It is not very central, but the facilities are very good, and the buffet is fabulous.
