This is my favorite of 3 J. W. Marriott’s I have stayed at. The rooms are large and very comfortable. The air conditioning works well. I enjoy the rain shower and bath products. The executive lounge is the best with plenty of delicious treats and an open bar. The breakfast in the lobby restaurant is amazing. The spa and fitness room is very large with many options. The service from staff is outstanding. I highly recommend this hotel.

This place is amazing in the heart of Ankara city, close to the malls and shopping center, the most wonderful service from their stuff, they are so welcoming, professional and friendly. There is a steak house in the ground floor, it's highly recommended to try it you will love it.

It is a very beautiful and luxurious 5 star hotel located at the border to the inner city of Ankara with a shopping mall next to it. It features a large well-equipped gym, an indoor pool (cap required) and outdoor pool with bar. Even the basic rooms are quite large (see photo). Staff is friendly and professional. The food in the lounge is most certainly the best selection I have seen in a hotel lounge. I only give it 4 stars because it is relatively pricey by Ankara standards, and when checking in they had an IT issue and didn't recognize my Platinum status based on my membership number only. I had to login on my laptop in the lobby to prove it. Next time just believe your most valued customers.

Meals are delicious but one of my friends injured his finger from one of the balcony door and we wanted a cover band from a waiter of the hotel. He told that they have cover bands they couldn't give it to us!

In my opinion hiltonsa is better than mariott -Otopark -Services is very slow -Prices is very expensive -There is construction right next to the hotel +Too many security calls are being made +Location +Employees are friendly.

Love the staff. It's a great facility but it's always the staff that makes or breaks the place. Most well done.

Karma spa is beautiful. You can get a terrific massage from Seyhan. The receptionist, Gamze, is the friendliest person we've ever met! The executive suite is warm, welcoming, and well decorated with high-quality furniture and luxurious linens. You will not want to leave this world-class JW Marriott.

Wonderful hotel that deserves a full five stars. The rooms were excellent. Service at the main lobby and bar was great. The sky bar view of Ankara was a very nice bonus. There is quite a bit of construction nearby though so walking to nearby restaurants was not possible.

Good hotel. Nice meals. Only some service rules are not comfortable for the visitors. Additionally the best bed i've never used.

The hotel does everything right but lacks character. Check in was very professional. Room is as you'd expect. Spotless, spacious, excellent facilities. Restaurants were good but lacked privacy. Only one bar at lobby. All in all nice Marriot but lacks any individuality.

One of the most luxurious hotels in Ankara, not far from the city centre, Ataturk mausoleum (Anitkabir) and shopping arcades. The service is top-notch, the rooms very large and well equipped and the breakfast is world class. The house has a large spa, fitness area and indoor — and outdoor pool. All together makes a great impression of what is reflected in the price.

I checked in to this wonde opulent hotel last night. The staff were extremely pleasant and helpful and made check in simple and painless. My room is stunning, wonderful decor and complete with everything I needed… Breakfast the executive lounge was tranquil and pleasant and more than sufficient…

Beautiful hotel with great restaurants and friendly staff. All speak English fluently. The hotel is in walking distance to major shopping centers and is centrally located in the city for business / government meetings.

Still my favourite hotel when I stay in Ankara. Very nice and modern and if you managed to get an upgrade, you will find yourself with a fantastic experience in this amazing place. Staff always looking after your needs, excellent food served at the restaurant and all modern fitness and spa you might expect from this hotel grade. Looking forward for my next stay!

All went well with the exception to the lousy reception. It took so long to complete simple check out process. Room was ok but no sufficient complementary bottled water,, only 2 of 33 cl. Hosekeeping was lousy too, the housekeeper just pushed into the room without knocking the door!

I went to the SPA for hammam and massage. The procedure was including mask. Everything was ok, but about maskthe lady put very thin layer of mask, even I put cream for my face more than she put mask ( ( (I ask her to put little bit more, but she refuseI checked the tube of mask, it was Thalgo and have to leave for 15 min, but she take off after 7 min… After SPA I went to the hairdresser. From the beginning I made oppointment with Mr. Mohamed, it was before 1 hour! But finally, when I came he wasn't at the place, I waiting for a wile for him (not long) and when he came he has another oppointment and choose to take another lady without even talk to me and he send for me another one… Not polite! Finally I was happy with my hair… and went to SteakHouse. The food and service was great!

It's very classy, people are friendly but the pub on the VIP lounge floor is way expensive! And you can not listen to live performances (generally jazz music) without drinking anything. So they force you to buy a drink. Otherwise it's a very nice hotel.

I was from 15.09.14 to 25.09.14 in this luxury hotel, and it was beautiful there. The best Hotel in Ankara! If I again professionally after Ankara would have to then only in this Hotel!

I hated it. Unprofessional and rude staff that can't speak English well.

They have the worst management. It is not operated and managed according to the Marriott rules. Stay away from there.

This is one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed in and that is saying something. Just an absolutely beautiful hotel with a very friendly and responsive staff. Pros: Spacious hotel rooms, indoor and outdoor pool, spa, staff, high speed internet, on site food options, room service menu, and the list goes on. Cons: Sometimes loud nearby building construction (Aug '13) and a lack of nearby attractions. But this is a newer area and it will get better over time. If you have the chance to stay here, take it.

Great hotel. Excellent service. Pricy bit what you pay is what you get. Rooms are huge. The best showers in Ankara ;-). Breakfest is usually not included in room rate.

Perfect glasses for wine drinking, good service, sense of quality in the VIP.
