Well, how to start. All night no sleep drive to Ankara with my brother. 32’ celcius scorching heat. We look for place to sleep all day until breakfast — bcs its ramadan and we are fasting (no drink/eat until sunset) 30 minutes since checkin and have been waiting A/C to kickin with full power and LOWEST degree. And after I makesure A/C is definitely NOT WORKING, I make a call to front desk. And here I hear all hotel A/C s are broken and unknown when to be fixed. And here I checked in to Hilton Garden Inn instead of HiltonSA Ankara, thinking it’d be quiter and just next to a big mall. But I wasnt told ‘the small detail of A/C not working in SUCH A HEATED-HOT CITY during a summer day’. I am really angry for NOT being notified in the first place; the time I wasted to start sleeping here. Yet sweating in a Hilton hotel room with no solution looks to be given in the next 20 hours I will be resting. I will demand a refund and drive all the way to Hilton SA to rearrange my stay… this is unacceptable. (Not the broken a/c but GIVEN ABSOLUTE 0 ZERO INFORMATION on such tiny (! ) detail, that affects COMFORT in a hotel room %100)

The world's worst Hilton. After waiting the elevator for half an hour I climbed the stairs to 7th floor and realized my key card doesn't unlock the door. I headed towards the fire stairs, which had many beds stuffed (dangerously). I followed the signs to exit floor, which was locked. The door behind me got also locked. I got stuck in a small area with a lot of empty pet bottles, a Vale sign and other trash. Fortunately I had my phone and called for help. I will complain to fire department and Hilton HQs.

As a gold honors member, usually I’m getting upgrades! Here always NO UPGRADE.

Decentralized location can be fine for a business trip, but x a tourist is inconvenient, clean rooms but for the stars it has I expected better service from the water in the room and bathroom accessories. Breakfast buffet very varied and well stocked.

Good Clean Hotel with friendly staff, Especially the Egyptian Lady Miss Yasmine. I was happy when I finally I find one of the staff speak English and Arabic as well. She help me a lot. Its so hard to commentate with staff because they doesn't speak English. The breakfast pretty good with alot of choice.

Does not worth anything! Bad smelling and low standart also it is so old! Never again as a member of hiltonhonours!

Clean. Stuff is friendly. Refrigerator in the room never works. But stuff arrange free ice.

We had a wonderful experience at Hilton Ankara. Service was excellent. Very polite reception. Had a wonderful night.

Very nice hotel, professional and hospitality personal, good breakfast, cozy rooms, near shopping center and bus station.

The hotel is not very cetral but a good base for getting around Ankara as a whole. Hotel staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel and its rooms are clean with nothing apparanty missing or broken. The restaurant on site was very pleasant. I didnt have to wait long and the staff were very attentive. Overall I would reccomend this hotel.

I found the bed really comforting. It's awesome. It deserve a 5 stars due to the bed :)

Worst stay in my LIFE, this hotel in not hilton hotel quality, this is an abomination to the hilton name. Hate it.

2p months hotel. Super great greeting. So atentive. Great free spa — Turkish bath style must not be missed. Easy check. Beautiful big king size bed. Easy spot to all government office.

Room is oK! Food is so so!

The hotel is really confortable, the breakfast is good and is near a commercial center and a supermarket. The room was big and clean. Only one thingh, the window is not opening properly so if the air conditioning do not work properly (was my case) the room is an hoven.
