No words simply awesome and that too in budget.

Ankara'yı pek bilmem ama konum olarak güzel her yere ulaşım kolay. Otelde yemekler ayrı bir harika her öğün birbirinden zengin ve güzel yiyecek ve içeceklerle dolu. Ben eğitim amaçlı kalıyorum ve beklentilerimin çok üstünde bir otel. Fiyat konusunda bir şey diyemem ama hizmet güleryüz olarak harika, konaklamak isteyenlere tavsiye ederim ancak Ankara'da sadece bir otelde daha kalmıştım ve pek bilgim yok.

Food average and room service available 24/7. Difficult to communicate as stuff is not speaking English except a few exceptions, all very friendly though. Internet connection lost very often. Great location of hotel-10min from downtown and public transportation easy from the spot. Gym and health center available, minimal though. I recommend for normal visitors with no super high expectations. Not in any case a 5star hotel.

One word — HORRIBLE! If it was possible I would give zero stars. I visited Turkey along with my family; we went to Istanbul, Antalya, Kusadasi, Cappadocia and at last we came to Ankara. Everywhere we went the people, the hotels, the staff were SO kind and generous, we felt a warm welcome from them but then we came here and the staff was so rude, the service was so bad (which wasn't there at all), the food was cold and tasteless, no variety. We sat at the restaurant for dinner for almost 45 mins and there was no person at table to attend us or even to keep a glass of water. Our breakfast and dinner was already paid for and when we asked the manager (his name was Murat) after waiting for 45 mins that why they are attending everybody else and not us, instead of apologies he had an attitude and said the water is chargable… like can you believe that guy! (All the hotels we stayed in we were half board and water is something which was never charged because it's already included) We were also guests at this hotel and this is the treatment we got! We had such an amazing vacation in Turkey all the people we met were so nice and humble, but unfortunately because of this hotel and it's staff it ended on a not so good note.

Cute… But old… To be modernized.

Nice but old very stylus and on the main street of Ankara.

Classic design give a warm feeling. Very nice interior. Located in city centre with grocery shops and supermarkets close by.

Fairly good place to stay. Centrally located.

Hotel is not new but renew rooms are small but service good. Stuff so so… Location perfect.

It's a local 5 stars hotel but very mediocre, in my opinionit should be 4 stars. The rooms are average, elevators are small and old, food at the restaurant is average.

Not even average… Not more than 2 stars… It's not up to date not only in the room's furniture but in the bathrooms too!
