Worst experience ever! I booked 2 mnth earlier a double room suite. I got a double bathroom suite, source of dizzy odor! The apartments shown are not what we got! A bedroom where the door only 30° to get in, sure keep your luggage in the kitchen (cause has closets). Everythig is durty. Even we r 6 px family with 5 beads and a sofabead but they only had 4 blankets! Nobody to give us missing things. I couldnt sleep. Early in the morning. I went to another apartment to spent my three nights left!
We booked garden view. The rooms were not clean, the toilet had a very bad smell that spread in the whole appartment, the rooms were very small, the beds are not comfortable at all, we were 5 pers. They provided us with 3 towels only. We asked for covers to the beds, they provided us with slim kilds so we put our jackets to sleep. After cancelling our reservation they did not accept to give back some money. I do not recommend staying there at all, one of the worse hotels.

I booked this hotel for 4 nights but I barely attended one. The rooms were not clean, the toilet had a very bad smell that spread in the whole appartment, the rooms were very small, the beds are not comfortable at all, we were 6 pers. They previded us with 4 towels only, the staff at the reception were absent most of the time. After cancelling our reservation they did not accept to give back some money. Keeping in mind the good treatment of mr oussama and mr mohammad I do not recommend staying there at all, one of the worse hotels.
