Very good location, very good reception.

Old-fashioned Palace. It feels like 60 years ago. The bar and the music a little loud during breakfast and apero but very good atmosphere and employees listening. Clean room and equivalent to 3 stars in France.
I'm valid.

In the center of Tunis and located in the old part of it. I love the place for being historical and modern in the same time.

This hotel is located in the centre of Tunis a few metres from La Medina and about 100m from the Cathedral. There are two supermarkets close by : Monoprix (about 100 meters) and Magasin General. It is reasonably priced.

The hotel is clean, the staff friendly, the restaurant perfect.

Hotel OK, clean but I hate the carpet that will never be too hygienic… Waiters and friendly staff but not particularly attentive and quick. Great location.

The hotel is very well placed on the main avenue close to the gates of France and the medina the renovation of the building is top and it is a plus for the standing of this great avenue. The lobby bar the restaurant are superb on the other hand the rooms dont dated but very clean. I did not sleep there but the visit my informed about the establishment.

Before I Book the room I checked 2 x things carefully through Booking. Com (A/C and Wi-Fi) and both not working. 1. A/C is not working, I complained to the reception and supervisor, but they didn't start. I had a baby with me and he was wet because it was hot climate at day time and if you open the windows lots of mosquitoes will enter the room. 2. Wifi is not reaching the room. 3. The mini fridge/bar is not cooling. Baby food spoiled. 4. Toilet door lock is not working 5. The cold and hot water taps for the bath are opposite! 6. They don't give drinking water complimentary, so I have to buy. (First ever I see like this in a hotel). I traveled lots around the Arabic world, but this was the worse experience ever.

Nice place in town… nice people. Close to a lot of shops… very convinient. I loved the food.

I love this hotel. Everything is clean, silent, everybody polite and nice, friendly. Delicious foods. The hotel is middle the center of the city, near the souk and near for everything. Very good location. Next time I will go back.

Love d facilities and location… good feel of security staying in the hotel. Noticed bedsheets had some stains on it. The water tap inside the toilet abit loose. Overall feeling is great and will love to stay there for my next trip again.

Central location in Tunis, we can forget the car and park it for free in front of the hotel. It is monitored H24 by security agents and camera.
Very competitive value for money compared to other hotels in the capital or near the coast.

I was staying here for one night during my business trip. Hotel was good. I specially like to thank the receptionist Miss Karima for her kind hospitality. I still remember her smily face & ready to help to give information about Tunis city & about Tunisian culture. She was very kind which made my stay in Tunisia Palace much comfortable apart from other nice staff in the night. They were very helping all the time. Overall I enjoyed my stay here.

The hotel is great and the service is excellent. Especially the front desk staff by the name of Ms. Karima, she is very helpful and know how to comunicate with the quest tactfully and very polite. I enjoy staying and will come again. Thanks Shaik.

A nice affordable place to stay in the center of Tunis. Located between The Medina and the main avenue Habib Bourguiba. Friendly staff and all the amenities of a 4 star hotel.
