We love this hotel! After a week in November 2019 where the weather wasn't the best, we discovered that the staff in this hotel simply are the best! fast forward to July 2022… absolutely awesome! not a single thing in this hotel to complain about. So yes if you're in the rooms that overlook the hotel next door then you might listen to a bit of dance music at weekend, late night drinking on the balcony loving the tunes was our heaven! so will we come to this hotel again… YES! 2nd September we are back again, can't wait.

Fabulous stay at the hotel. Great choice of food, superb staff who can’t do enough to help you. Rooms spacious and well maintained and cleaned. This is my seventh visit here and feel completely relaxed as soon as I walk through the door.

Excellent hotel and staff! We are sad to be leaving today. We've had the best holiday ever! The staff could not do enough for us. Len the lifeguard sorted our sun beds out everyday and made sure we were comfortable all day, All of the entertainment team were incredible from morning through till the end of the night. The bar staff make sure we had everything we needed and that we've always got a drink in our hands. Abby from the kids club was amazing. There are too many staff to name them all but a big thank you to all of the staff from the JAZ Tour Khalef. We will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend this hotel and its a definite 5 star from me and my family, can't wait for our next visit.

Nice hotel staff cleanliness and atmosphere, the food roughly is good but the breakfast and everything that is dessert leaves something to be desired not to say cata which is not worthy of a five stars.

Excellent hotel with a beautiful garden and swimming pools with beautiful views. The interior and exterior are clean and well maintained. A very varied and well served buffet. A big thank you to all the staff without exception who are very friendly and top services.

What we enjoyed the most: the smile and politeness of all the staff of the reception, restaurant, snack bar, baggage handler, security. A big thank you to all of you for allowing us to spend the best stay in Tunisia. A big thank you to Mr Moez, Mounir, Imed, fradj, Salma, Marouane and all the others we forgot to name but who are unforgettable by their politeness and smile and responsiveness. This will be our only hotel for the next few years.

Loved everything about this Hotel the front of Desk Staff Chefs, Bar staff Housekeepers Porters Waiters especially Karim and the Head waiters and Management who were so accommodating with everyone's needs.
The animation team who went above and beyond to make sure we were entertained.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute of our holiday. The food was delicious with plenty to choose from. The staff from the maids to the restaurant staff to the animation team couldn't do enough for us and worked so hard. All the staff were absolutely fantastic and super friendly which actually makes a holiday even more special. It was my 50th birthday and I had a beautiful chocolate cake made for me which was such a lovely surprise. I can't recommend this hotel enough. Thank you all for an amazing stay and looking after us, we really appreciate it. We are very sad to be going home today.

I cannot think of anything negative about the resort! The hotel is clean and quiet, good food, good services, a magnificent outdoor pool and beach, friendly staff.

It's a nice hotel. The rooms are clean and modern. The staff know a little Russian, it is convenient for many tourists. The kitchen is good, always full. Restaurant with service "oliveira" (or something like that) on site, do not advise, sorry for lost time. Overall the hotel is nice.

The overall atmosphere of hotel is average. Though the restaurant service is bad. Plates, spoons, and forkes are dirty. The restaurant personal are very lazy to serve people. They are loaded with work. No innovation in the menu same food is served repeatedly. The only team who is doing good job is the animation team. Room service is horrible. If you give your room for cleaning you won't get it ready unless you spend hours waiting or you complain in the reception. This can never be a hotel of 4 stars as far as service is concerned.

Very bad experience. HOTEL was full with non resident people who have the so called "pool access" so it's even difficult to find a place on the pool. You have to have always cash with you because the pool bar don't charge your bill on the room (this is system is not available) I don't understand this hotel got 5 stars. I will never book there again.

Fifteen arrived. 6, 2018. We sat down right away. The staff speaks Russian and is very welcoming. The hotel is very peaceful. No rabid animation. The room is decent. There are minor troubles, but I hope they're solvable.

We were here in July 2014. Great hotel. Honest 4 stars. Almost the only hotel in the district with ATM (at that time). Moreover, accepts ATM and MasterCard and Visa. The Jaz Tour el Khalef does its best to reach the 5th star. For my part, I'll classify it in 3 stars. Decoration reception dated, repetitive requests until we are satisfied. Attention when booking as we paid 1000 euros for a week which represents 3000 dinars it is an excessive sum for the stockings and one should have had a "" suite "with red bathroom see on their site. In the end, they either told us "upgraded" to prestige Suite. Short in the whole good stay pools at the top and friendly staff.

I can't advise.
The kitchen is not bad, there is very little choice. No salt, dirty appliances, broken utensils that no one cleans from the floor. The rooms are nice, relatively clean. Cold floor (Grab slippers). The beach is dirty, entertainment 0.

Loved the hotel! Location on the beach, groomed area. The kitchen deserves the most flattering reviews-varied, tasty, there are dishes for every taste. There is a children's table.

Good hotel. Currently, however, poorly attended, which unfortunately has some offers such as the á la carte restaurant.

Really an excellent hotel when considering the usual hotel standards of the country. We stayed here for 10 days and enjoyed our stay very much. The staff is mostly very friendly and the food wasn't bad either. The only thing that really annoyed me was that the animation intercepts you every day and wants to get excited about any activities. You have to put a stop to that relatively early, then you have your peace of mind. What else is worth mentioning, the hotel is 99% visited by guests from Russia, as a traveller from Germany you are almost the "blue Mauritius" there and are happily questioned by all the staff if more German guests will be coming soon. Due to the design, the "sea view" option is 90% always lateral sea views. That wasn't too bad, though. Of particular note is the really nice pool and the "pool beds. " The hotel is definitely worth a trip, especially considering the moderate prices.

Beautiful entrance hall and swimming pools and gardens. Very friendly service. Full Breakfast.

Rooms quality renovated, box spring beds with comfortable mattress, balcony with seating and table. Also to the garden side very nice with a view of palm garden! No real side of the road, as hotel is located in the complex of 2 hotels and of busy main street a little away and quiet.
Rooms are best as high as possible because of views over grounds or Sousse, depending on the height of the room. Rooms in the EC have seating on lawns with no separate separation.
Very friendly and attentive service in all areas.
Food selection at all meals very good and very high quality.
Buffet restaurant with show cooking, pizza maker, juice station with 5 freshly squeezed juices (carrot, orange, melon, …), bakery station with private oven as in bakery, creperie station, waffelback station, SB ice cream selection with sauces and toppings. Also very high-quality products, such as entrecote, mussels, calamaris, finger food e. G. Smoked salmon morsels were offered. The all-inclusive included good white wine, whiskey, delicious liqueur "Cedratine, " cappuccino & espresso made of screen bearers (also at pool bar) of very good quality.
Coffee drinks also from full autates with a light chocolate tote.

Tourist and children have to get out of pool because their told to move, we pay 1000s to stay there and they just come in esp at weekend because they know the men who work on gates. Management should put a stop it this in the resent light of bombing that took place at raidh palms.
