I am quite mixed on my stay in this hotel, indeed the animation team is very nice and dynamic, helpful and attentive to customers, on the other hand big negative point on the state of the hotel, vestust lighting, Wi-Fi not accessible in the rooms, elevator broken down, in terms of food the buffet is well loaded but taste level I am still looking for the flavors of Tunisia. The setting of the pools is very nice with beautiful palm trees around. I hope the hotel will take this into account and I will come back then because really the teams are at the top!

Dreadful memories! very dirty hotel staff blas. Mediocre meal. Dirty tablecloth at the table at every meal! infamous sunbeds. The beach never cleaned. In short nothing corresponds to what my sees in the photos. Hotel with an exclusively Russian clientele.

A bad experience c is hotel-4 star.

The worst hotel we have ever been in the last 20 years. No Thalasso, no poolbar, no air condition, everything is closed and out of order, dirt everywhere, every day the same meals, no grill, absolutely NOTHING WORKS! We paid a lot but it was our worst and most sad holiday we ever had.

Rant for the lack of seriousness of the staff, as well as the health of this pseudo 4-star hotel. Really disappointed with the lack of professionalism, there are a lot of thing to review, including the hygiene of your health. And canapés reception filthy. Not to mention the idea to buy his customer a bottle of wine. Miserable as you are.

Hotel avoided for the Algerians. We felt a blatant racial segregation as soon as we arrived.

The Hotel is in a medieval style. The Hotel was opened in 2001. In the spa pool with sea water. Thalasso.

I liked the hotel but the service was not serious, just a small part of the hotel was accessible to visitors, 3 pools were completely empty of water, side cleanliness zero, … But maybe it's due to the lack of visitors especially the euros.

I'll Start with a huge minus-these are the old rooms. Very uncomfortable feeling. The Rest is excellent, the animation is very good. Especially children entertain. The Beach is clean, pools too. The Staff is friendly.

Very Nice hotel, with large grounds and comfortable rooms. Friendly staff, but the hotel itself and the furniture are quite old. The Furniture is definitely time to update.

Very little light in the hotel, even on the stairs, which is very dangerous. In our room there was a broken tile, in principle already throughout the hotel cosmetic repairs required. In the beginning were fed magically, but somewhere a week, the second was hard to find something tasty, not counting sweets. The bed linens are old, sometimes with rusty stains, and when they were even with hair! Liked the pools and having passed along the beach, decided we had the best beach.

Stopped to this hotel in a water park, on a roller coaster. The grounds are not bad, the territory of the hotel is not very pleasant-dry lawn, little greenery, toilets ugly, although the staff is friendly.

We (my girlfriend (28) and I (26) ) were here from 22.09.2017 to 06.10.2017. By and large, we were satisfied with this hotel and its large facility. Especially with the staff and especially the animation, who has made the greatest effort to make the holiday as beautiful as possible. The beach was beautiful, only the catering unfortunately left much to be desired. The food was edible but not a treat. That's why we mostly went out to eat. The high-percentage alcohol (both the one contained in the ultra-all-incl. And the one to be paid for) was stretched with water (except pastis). Apart from that it is positive to mention again that the beach was very clean the gardens beautiful and well maintained and one did not have to pay for everything extra (such as The loungers and umbrellas on the beach, climate, safe …). We would come back next year, but only if there was a change in the food.

The hotel is made in Arabic style. House keeping is always cleaning the place and rooms. Food is very tasty and everyone can find something for themselves. We love the beach which is Las Vegas beach, clean sandy beach with good service as well. Nice swimming pool. Truly recommend this hotel for the couples and for families as well.

Very poor service and quality, too crowded, when I reached I found out that they don't have a room for the first night so I complain and they offered me a suite and I had to change it the next day. The food was very poor, and I had to wait some time just to get a plate (not even started to chose the food)

The bad thing is that the waiters are unpleasant, and everything closes at 18:00, including swimming pools. Otherwise this is a good site.
