Worst experience ever! Definitely not a 5* Hotel!

Very very unhelpful even rude service with food below average if you manage to find it.

Disaster and does not deserve the 5 stars. An agent at the reception rude. I do not recommend.

The service was not listening, heating in November does not work, and worse when I claimed I was not taken seriously I was asked to move so as not to be cold, the food 3/10. I spend a weekend there and I want to go home in comfort.

Hotel very very good. The baggage handlers are of a kindness absolutely especially the person we received had Mr thank you very much. There is a waiter that we have every day Mr thank you very much as well.
The food is very good and very varied.
The only small negative point is that there is no access for people with reduced mobility and stroller.
Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel.

Pleasantly surprised by this Palace, employees with care and warm, impeccable cleanliness, a large room relaxing and pleasant, a varied buffet, a giant swimming pool, the manager always present everywhere. Congratulations to the entire Concorde Green Park Palace team, and to their head if Yassine the manager and 3am Ali head of the reception, you are true professionals of tourism and hospitality.

I highly recommend the Concorde Green Park Palace, a 5-star hotel. All the precautions covid are put in place (resto, elevators, swimming pool, beach …), warm welcome, smile on all faces, impeccable cleanliness, animation large and small, several swimming pools, food to all tastes.
And finally I thank all the staff of the hotel and their head the manager who was omnipresent throughout our stay even at the restaurant to strengthen his teams.

I've spent as a family for an extraordinary stay : the quality of the service, the entertainment, the spa, the pool, the beach, the 3 restaurants, the rooms, the sea view, the café/bars, … My sincere thanks go to its director, Mr. Yassin. But also to his staff professional and caring with a nice touch of tunisia : Moncef, Ali, Ismail, hedi and I forget certainly lots of others. I'll come back with very great pleasure.

Very own class beautiful really excellent.

The food in the restaurant monotonous, the waiters are not in a hurry, annoying flies, salt pepper you have to look for yourself. Evening music program is held in the courtyard of the hotel with undue loudness of a sound a feeling that the concert in your room. Minibar is filled only with surcharge.

Of the main advantages of the hotel, its novelty was commissioned in 2016. The rooms are spacious, not bad visibility if you have a sea view. The food is repetitive, a little better in the 2 restaurants of Al'carte. I recommend the restaurant of national Tunisian cuisine there the best service and order of several dishes to choose from. Of Animation for me was only volleyball. Hanging out is not about this hotel. But to relax with the children, I think it is. A huge frog pool, and an evening scene for kids is the thing.

It's a very wonderful place. We decided to go on vacation with a young man. The choice was made of course he, I have not been abroad before. The first impression is very bright. For an extra sum we were given a chic room overlooking the sea and a baseen. Beauty is just the wrong word. The service is excellent. The beach is well-groomed. Cleaning the room won't say it's super duper, but it's also okay. The kitchen is just bomb-making. Except that religion doesn't eat pork. The people are friendly, even outside all the resort areas. I'm very happy with my vacation.

Vacationing with 2018.06.01 — 2018.06.11 the Hotel itself is tidy, the rooms are beautiful but everything else is not 5 stars: 1) beach — the biggest minus! in addition to algae near the shore and swam all the garbage (bags, bottles, condoms and even syringes! ) in the neighbourhood of the hotel cleaned their area of the beach — our hotel alas — no was Contacted several times asking to get out — alas. 2) animation except water aerobics and karaoke (Sundays) really had nothing to do 3) restaurant — the food was delicious, if served something delicious, then turn as in Soviet times for sausage. And about the early Breakfast, I generally will wet lay green sausage, and even bread was not to be questioned. Such things as snacks here. 4) as for the service — the room had a broken safe — appealed twice, nobody fixed it. The exchange of money — every time it was necessary to convert because all the time wanted to give a smaller amount. In the end, one star at least for sure here need to be removed.

Absolutely love the serene environment here! The beach is just behind the hotel. The pool is absolutely beautiful! The food is delicious. Excellent hotel!

Some of the conditions that can improve, are the following: — The food is taste very good, but could be more varied and of high quality. — When all of a sudden about 100 Russians "invade", you have to Ge them from the beginning, the-

Nice 5 star hotel, very good setting. Nice and helpful staff, only small downside the French is not much practiced and the animation team is light 3 people in low season and 6 in high. Little animation.

I passed and my wife a wonderful stay at this palace in formula all-in, it was really unforgettable. — Strategic location. — safety to horse. — The welcome was warm. The staff were very nice and professional. The cleanliness, nothing to say. — a bedroom luxurious and spacious. The food was cut. Except the cakes were repetitive. — a chic bar. Drinks, the cocktails at the top. Two huge swimming pools int/ext. — A luxury SPA. Thanks to all the team one by one. The receptionists, chefs/cooks and servers, bartenders, and servers, and all who are responsible for the cleanliness of the establishment, bravo to you. This is a hotel not to be missed. It is the high range.

The sea grass on the beach has not been cleared. Hygiene in the dining room deficient. Tablecloths were shaken and re-covered with the cutlery from the predecessor, if this was native and ate with the hands. 5 * Stars undeserved.

The location is very close to the beach. Fine sandy beach without stones, with lots of cigarette butts. Despite the ban, the beds are reserved early in the morning. Also at the otherwise great pool. There are some lying down there anyway. Often tilt again in the planted areas between the beds. The same also in the children's area! Apparently no one comes up with the idea of this or the other rubbish (candy paper, pistachio shells) clear away. Childcare during the day is a joke and more of a "supervision of the toys" than a care. The animation woman sits around and daddelts with the cell phone or chatting with the mothers. Otherwise the animation is really great! The children love the children's disco, during the day there are definitely 15 different sports activities on offer. In the evening until 11pm there is a stage program open air by the pool or in the ballroom. Karaoke, live music, such. Who wants it, nice. However, we were glad to have no room to the pool side. Even so we heard the music clearly even when the balcony doors were closed. We had a family room, i. E. Living — and bedroom. The rooms are very nice and well furnished. Also the bathroom with shower tub, toilet and BD and two sinks looks very noble. The balcony was huge and offered a great view of the sea and golf course. The room cleaning was top even when off and the mini bar was forgotten. No problem, you get the bottle of water just at one of the bars. Up to three of them were open.

Large rooms, fresh renovation. Only works on system "All inclusive". Friendly staff, many speak Russian.

Everything is super, the staff, the food, the beach is 20 metres from the pool and the pool is just wonderful, huge, warm, clean. There are animation, a lot of kids. In General, a good 5.

I liked it in Tunisia, everything is there even the games room a large swimming pool mini bar game machines Billiards well, cry all good and by the way still have a mini disco in the evening.

Nice new rooms, good food, good atmosphere, very kind staff. A small minus is the gym which is only five single-function machines and three velutina. As good animation. Cozy beach.

The location is excellent and the hotel is very nice, but… not functional for the disabled. The restaurant is in a position not very comfortable with low ceilings and the quality and variety of the food is only three stars. Certainly, the outdoor facilities during the summer may be best.

Hotel renovated, very good reception, room large, facilities new. In the winter the indoor swimming pool of sea water is extraordinary. The kitchen is not terrible, just bland … many of the industrial products of low quality; beefburgers, sausages, cheeses, mayonnaise, ice cream … in short, this is not a kitchen of a 5 star. A 3 star can be. And to be honest the rates displayed also. At least those of the low season. It may be the effect of the economic situation.

One of the best ever deals! The hotel is enormous! Everything about it is large… The parking, the welcome canopy, the hall, the swimming pools, the gardens… Even the rooms themselves. The hotel is newly built, and everything has been chosen with care… Comfortable high profile mattresses, multiple pillows, large desk, sitting area with sofa access two armchairs, a massive bathroom with twin basins, Grohe mixers and a full size bath. This is completed when heavy quality towels, light blocking curtains, large flat screen TV and a very large terrace… more like a suite than a basic room. More importantly the staff are very well trained, and are very friendly too. Food is excellent with an abundance of selections to choose from. So a fantastic deal throughout more so when you consider that all this was for less than Eur 50 per night, on half board basis!

Hotel, interesting! And in terms of architecture and in terms of service.
