Do not torture your self in this no star place, I booked all inclusive room in this hotel when I asked for a bottle of water at the restaurant I was told I have to pay for it, you also have to pay for coffee, it is no way near an all inclusive They still use keys for the rooms I haven't seen a hotel that uses keys since the nineties, the building is so old and the rejuvenation was due ten years ago I would never recommend it to even my enemy.

It's a collective. There are ants in the rooms. Raw, dirty. The furniture is tattered, the telly is not working. But at least you're going to get some booze. There's a queue at lunch. The dishes are almost not washed. The service is friendly, but it's the only plus. If there is a problem, they will listen carefully, nod sympathetically and do nothing.

Too many people, fighting for food on a everyday basis for lunch and dinner. Huge queues for beach bar BBQ, for sandwiches, pancakes… like 1, 5h wait time. From time to time a cockroach running through the lobby. Ants in bathroom.

Rooms are disgisting. Some of the staff are just impolite and disrespect people.

Hotel 4 stars with spa. Good bath Hamam and Telaso therapy and massage. I recommend — qualitatively and not expensive. The hotel is not new, the furniture is worn out enough but very clean. The beach is its own and protected, as well as the whole hotel. I recommend coming with children. Animators work just fine with kids.

Good hotel to stay. The only furniture in the rooms tired. The food is delicious and varied. The animation is fascinating, interesting, different every day. There is a disco. The location is great and the hotel is clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel is recommended.

To be optimistic I will say good hotel, but if I speak objective: The hotel does not deserve 4 stars, thank you for Mr. Chaudhry at the reception, fair meal, Rooms: 3/10. But the Jacuzi is perfect. I do not recommend for people who want quiet.

Many Arabs, especially on weekends, come from Algeria. For lunch-dinner must come before the opening, if you want to get you plates, food and a clean table. 3rd night at El Mouradi Club. Had a new commers a la cart 5 course dinner. Food was great but we are not use to taking 2 hours to eat dinner.

As we found out… We arrived on the eve of the renovation and almost at the end of the season, so the hotel complex seemed a bit dirty, however, the impression was not much spoiled. The rest of the pros… Food, drinks, wine delicious, beautiful views… The beach is a stone's throw away… The only thing in the lobby is the sellers of excursions so intrusive.

Great hotel. The kitchen is varied, delicious. Whatever you want to eat. The pool is clean. Animators cool, fun not intrusive.

It's really great, the food and the daily activities were great. Fit for a good family vacation & a honeymoon & even a friends vacation. The entertainments were very fun from yoga to aqua gym to the nightly performances & dance clubs. Plus plenty more. You could totally relax just in this hotel without the need to go out, they also got a manicure and pedicure & massage. Also, a football field meant for the international teams that stay there.

I don't know where to start! Staff not at all friendly not to say anything else, dirty rooms, disgusting food, hygiene really leaves something to be desired you should review everything frankly and stop licking the boots of the Russians gang of complexé …

Worse than a hostel in the fourth order!
I have travelled extensively in Tunisia never found such a situation.
The buffet restaurant crowded, without air conditioning, without a shred of organization, dirty, on the tables lacked everything, we had to look for us napkins, glasses and whatnot!
Minimum 20 minutes of tail to grab a plate! Dispensers of water and juices (also undrinkable) often empty.

Disgusting! NO service! 4 stars — never! Wi-Fi is only available on the reception, and is slower then a dead turtle in the desert. All inclusive must be read "pay twice" — remember the phrase (…) one dinar (…) or (…) give me one dollar (…) — you will hear it every time you need something or request some FREE service. Free water, haha, there is enough water in the sea!

Very rude staff… antimation very bad… everyone just wants money… no hello or good day… manager does not interest our complaint, no his opinion is we are self-blame that we come in july… have never seen and experienced anything so bad… once and never again!

Great outdoor activities, food, and entertainment. Nice beach and decent pools. Most rooms need renovation.

We spent a holiday in the autumn for a week. The accommodation was OK (hotel not apartments) rooms were clean if not particularly well shot. It could be all time reflected a bit restored. The food was very good and plentiful. I think there was something for everyone. The sea was magnificent, as also the pool. Top service if you give the staff some tip. We will fly there at some time with family.
