We stayed there for a week and it was very nice. All the staff were very nice and we had a very nice room with a very nice view from our room to the sea. The food was also always delicious and freshly prepared.

Perfect place to relax put of crowd and a beautiful view nice food and helpful people love it.

The hotel is big, there are a lot of people and children. The kitchen is without frills, but you will not stay hungry. The room is normal, but it is clear that no one does anything, does not change, does not repair. Overall good.

Rest with the whole family in July. The weather and the sea are super. The staff are very responsive. The food is tasty and varied. Animations for children and adults for all tastes. The rooms are nice and spacious. We loved it.

We rested with my husband together since 7.7, 2018 to 17.07.2018.
1. Sea. Clean, the beach is cleaned regularly, free sunbeds and umbrellas. There are rocks in the sea itself, so be careful. The water is very warm.
2. Food. Very diverse food, meat, fish, vegetables, fruits. You're not going to be hungry. There is a main restaurant, 2 restaurants a la carte (Tunisian — chic, Italian — taken out of the main hall; not worth a visit), one lobby bar, pool bar, bar by the beach. Everywhere pour edis and give food (in fast food bars).
3. No. Cleaned every day, changed towels, no claims, everything is fine.
Hearing 100% from both the street and the next room.
4. Animation. Animators speak almost all the time in French, do not allow the Russians anywhere to participate (in karaoke did not give and many more examples). There are no Russian animators. Everything is voiced in French, a couple of words in English and Russian, of which nothing is clear.

Arrived at the hotel at 01:30 at night friendly family. Filling out the cards, immediately got the key, the concierge grabbed the bags and led to the room. Breakfast from 7 to 10, lunch from 12:30 to 15, dinner from 6:30 p. M. The food is varied, in the end already fed the most favorite dishes. A little strained French and German grandparents, who just like our pensioners were bursting to take the queue. Meat is always, fish, seafood dishes are rare. Grill in the evening. This place is very busy with economy tourists on all-inclusive packages with and families. It’s on a beautiful white sand beach and has a large pool with plenty of lounges for sun bathing. Lively rather than a peaceful setting. Pool area staff are helpful and smiling, kept things tidy. While the open bar is ok, the food and beverage quality are below average. Room air conditioning worked well, but cleanliness and maintenance are barely acceptable: clean but uncomfortable bed and clumpy pillows, my phone didn’t work, 40 year old TV, old bathrooms, patio sliding door latch jammed, no Kleenex, washcloth, glasses or drinking water, and I had to go to the front desk to fill out a form and pay 2 dinars a day (about US$0.70) to use the room safe — an administrative gulag and very inconvenient. There was loud DJ music until the wee hours at the adjacent hotel which kept most of out party awake. Overall, despite some good features, this is no more than a 3 Star property.

Just got back, we all loved it and the service, and the service staff, always friendly with a smile, the food is delicious and varied, the sea is warm and clean, Yes a little algae swim and lie on the water's edge, but it's the sea and not a swimming pool! The rooms are OK after washing, the scent is pleasant, we certainly not too choosy, but those who are dissatisfied will tell you one thing, let him pay three times more, then maybe they will be fed and before going to sleep sing lullaby!

For €300 it's okay but no more. The service of the hotel was outstanding. The relationship manager sara was excellent always went beyond to help us. The animation team was good. Seen better. Also the bar staff at the bowling were cheeky they decided to add random drinks becareful if your going to the bar. The hotel was clean. Very clean, small family hotel. Pool was always cleaned. The beach was beautiful security was always around looking after the customers.

We have been there for 2 days and are pretty disappointed by the food in the morning (only 1 bread) no boiled egg and the fruit salad has probably been standing for longer lunch and dinner are ok but nothing special. The waiters only looked after the young women or regulars all the others are ignored and so it is unfortunately also in the lobby. The guests are not asked what to drink and the cocktails taste the same. Service unfortunately dissatisfied. The beach chairs are also well-located, broken and without any conditions. The beach is beautiful but should be cleaned the Papaierkörbe are emptied but the coffee mug next to it is left lying. Why? So I will not recommend the hotel to anyone unless it changes so much.

Clean rooms, decent food for an "all inclusive". Tunisia is a beautiful country and most people are adorable but the fashion "tourist scam" is an absolutely shame! We had a stay in this hotel from 9 to 16 November 2017. Welcoming, clean, buffet quality. Team very user-friendly. However, I forgot to my leaving my phone in the room and despite my messages of our return, no response from them… not top.

The hotel is older and old. The rooms are a gamble.
The first was insanely loud by compressors, at the second German television didn't work at all. After four days, it could at least be seen rushing.
The buffet at mealtimes is so good.
The beach is very close, but the loungers are a disaster. Totally run down, tight-lipped, no strings attached.
The staff is at pains and nice.

Very dirty hotel. Old Room no phone. Very noisy. Non-competent staff. We took a three week stay. It was hell. Three weeks in bed, four times a doctor. Hot and invasive flies. Zero restoration. Every day we had grilled liver or gravy. Swimming pool slippery as poorly cleaned. Absolutely does not deserve a 4 star but rather a 2 star… Especially hotel not to recommend.

Our stay was a success. The rooms are spacious the staff is nice the catering is up to par with a lot of choice C is always clean and there is a great fun entertainment team that made us spend great moments. I commend them for their investment and their courage. Thanks again to all.

Good site for the area in which it is adapted to european tastes, some lack but highly recommended, the children will have good, private beach and safe.

The hotel would be almost perfect if you refrain from minor defects. In itself, it is beautifully situated right on the shallow sandy beach. The facility is spacious and clean. The pool and the slides suitable for everyone. The room was clean and spacious. Most of the employees were polite and courteous maybe you change one or the other at the buffet and renew the loungers by the pool then you can also award 5 stars. Price performance can really only be recommended.

The Hotel is not bad, the food is good, true the hotel is not new. If you have a claim for luxury, look again at the cost… If you need a room with views of the sea, put on the reception. Evening until 23:30 pretty much noisy to the courtyard. You can't really sleep there. You should know that.

I've been to Nozha Beach for 2 weeks. Was very happy with everything. The food, the staff. Especially the animation always does great shows in the evening and during the day games with the guests. They are super nice and do their best so that we have guests a great holiday. On June 16, 17, I will be back.

I had the best time here this year. Animation were fantastic. At reception was very always happy to help the one guy on reception was called Nidhal very helpful with everythink. Bar staff oussama was just funny. Made my 8yrs son feel very welcome every time his went and asked for a drink. The kids club were fantastic really made my holiday more relaxing for me. Have already booked up to come back. I loved my stay thank you to all the staff at vincci. I can not wait to come back and see you all again.

Spent two weeks here was very slow check-in that we have 6 hours waited, only to hear that she never had a room for us. We were offered a family rooms, of which slept 4 front desk said that we were not, with very good friends but the pair that were friendly. As we entered the reserved space, we were confronted by a cockroach. This hotel seems to only clean the parts are seen swimming pools were dirty. Food was edible but very repetitive with the same is served daily. Some of the staff have an attitude problem. This is a hotel that is off my list forever.

Worst service in history. The worst. Even asking for ice to the servers is an adventure in disrespect, insults in Arabic and sheer incompetence. We with not return. The animation was OK and the room loom and feel was OK. The rest including the all inclusive food was poor.

Service is so lazy, you can ask a glass of water (and other drinks) at the dinner and wait it the whole eternity (you don't have an opportunity to pour yourself). All situation with service saves the animators. These guys who don't get tips, who really make some fun. It's first. Ok, maybe it's so because i'm Russian. Maybe, i'm not sure. Second is small territory. You just can go to big pool (on the photo), to the beach of course and some bars in hotel and near the pool. That's all. In the photos all looks like so big. Third. Outside the territory is so dirty (actually the whole city outside the hotel is dirty). Maybe some people close themself eyes to this, but i'm not. Beach is dirty too. No so much but these trifles spoils. Fourth reason. Surprise. Is russian people. Seriously, I hate russians as tourists. They are behave disgustingly. And russians a lot out there. It is tolerable and I gave 3 stars for the service and attitude to the tourists. I don't think that i'll return to hammamet again.
