Beanu hotel, helpful staff, spacious and clean rooms. The downside is the complete absence of animation.

Exelent hotel. Staff very attentive and always at the service of the customer. Very clean. Restore nothing to say. The new animation team not very top.

An excellent family hotel. I highly recommend it to those who have not seen it yet, it is a little piece of paradise for families, dedicated and competent staff, entertainment at THE TOP, a hotel with all the necessary services, nothing has missed it! A big thank you to the entire Tropicana team.

The only good thing about this hotel is food. It's on budget but rather nice (although breakfast selection is rather poor). Not to mention that there's never enough of cutlery or cups… But anyway, that's probably the only positive I've experienced. The hotel is dirty. Starting from the reception floors, windows, tables — dirty, dusty (I guess it's acceptable since a lot of people is wandering around, right? lol). Rooms (I've seen three! ) are dirty also! Very first day of my stay I scrubbed the mold, mildew and dirt of the shower as it appeared to be a biological hazard to shower in there without a deep clean… It seems that room service either is blind to dirt or they don't have supplies or they're understaffed… (one example: we've stayed for 10 days — not even once the windows/doors/mirrors were wiped clean. ) The worst of it all is buffet area… tables are rarely cleaned, chairs are just a disgrace — always dirty and disguistingly sticky, floors in there are filthy to the point it makes your shoes stick to it… Anyway the level of cleanliness in this hotel is just a disgrace. Reception staff is rude, make you uncomfortable every time you come and ask for something. To top it all off I'll tell you your all inclusive only covers fizzy drinks and beer in 100ml plastic cups. If you'd like to drink something else or in certain hours you need to pay for it.
On the other hand beach and pool areas are nice.

I advise against the hairdresser, the hairdresser (so-called hairdresser, who has graduated since 2005) does not know how to cut hair, she literally cut my hair no matter how, I have to resume appointment in a real hair salon in France for make up for the damage, very very disappointed and especially the boss who is bad times and did not refund me, dishonest!

It is a pity that you can't put no stars. For a first time abroad I was very disappointed. Staff unpleasant. Moderator dishonest with the customers. They take us for scraps of meat. Animation is not terrible. We get bored a lot in this hotel. Organization craps! Room dirty and not even cleaned thoroughly. Frankly I have sold this hotel as a hotel of dream. But no, it is a real fiasco. I do not recommend to anyone to go stay there. All inclusive apparently? Why from 23h we should pay for the drinks. Normally one should eat as many as you want, the kitchen staff sent us craps several times. We will not pick up never the Wi-Fi. I just thank the photographer for my beautiful pictures otherwise the rest is the big big shit.

Clean, food ok but far to noisy and not what we were told, To many reps trying to get you to buy things so get a lot of hassle.

Extended weekend from Sunday to Thursday
We have just returned from a few days in Tunisia where we stayed at the tropicana hotel. Family hotel or staff of any kind is extremely kind. The hotel is family friendly and comfortable rooms. Meals are varied and good. There are some for tt the tastes … If you are a big complex enthusiast then avoid the Tropicana.
The spa is very nice and the staff very knowledgeable. Hammam and massages make you happy… has exceptional prices, a new pool will be open soon additional asset.
Thank you to Monji for his kindness and sense of welcome, to Hamida for his fabulous henna tattoos and smile, thank you to Sihem and the whole team for their attention and advice.
The only downside is the lack of respect from the Russians for both the tourists and the hotel staff.

Very good value for money hotel not very far from the airport and direct access to the beach. Site under surveillance 24/24. Trres Nice pool good activity I recommend and I will return. Small complex more pleasant folds friendly. Free Wi-Fi in the lobby and very good dishes.

The hotel mainly family and a couple's getaway. If you are traveling alone on vacation or with a friend, you should probably choose another place. Almost all of the rest ETR: the French, the Arabs and Russians. Pros
— clear sea with sandy bottom

— there is animation during the day
— the evening show program
— tasty and varied food for lunch and dinner
drinks everywhere (on the beach, the pool, in the dining room until 23 free and not limited) : Cola, Fanta, sprite, juices, alcohol, water
— umbrella near the sea and sunbeds enough for everyone, despite the fact that the hotel is full
until 17 you can eat pastries in a snack bar when hungry (though not always got something to eat)
— there are additional free (but you have to leave a Deposit in case of loss of inventory) game RES: little and big Tenisi, mini Golf, squash
— daily housekeeping with change of bed linen and towels (but I left every day tip 1 Dinar, as it will be without a tip do not know)
— friendly staff

Cons
— settled in a room with a door to another room, which was closed on the two screws. Behind the door was a very good audibility between the rooms.

I do not know what planet these people with the negative reviews are from — perhaps if they had a better attitude they would find things more enjoyable instead of finding things to criticise! I stayed at this hotel in April 2017 with my sister for a week and we had a splendid time. The hotel is lovely, the staff were all pleasant, helpful and friendly — we always smiled and said hello too! The food was delicious — varied, fresh, colourful, interesting and tasty. The Animation Team were great and really try and get everyone involved — but will leave you alone if you are not interested — always with a smile. And special thanks to Ali, the barman who was extremely efficient and really good fun. I, for one, will definitely return :)

Monotonous diet, for lunch and dinner, no tea and coffee, only soda. The alcohol singed. Because these items would not recommend the place. The pool is great, the rooms are lovely. There are indoor and outdoor pools, free sunbeds.

Excellent hotel. At retsepshene beautiful Ahlem and Lamia. Super professionals working in a restaurant kitchen. Very good animation team.
