I had a nice time at this hotel really well from all points of view. A big thank you to all the staff and especially to skander.

If you went to court 4 and 5 is not necessary to go. Shabby old hotel. The food is OK, but odnoobraznaya. Give ice cream. Room was clean… bed linen change on day 7. Towel more often. In room 2 large 2 small 1 foot towel, a small soap, toilet paper. A Hairdryer and a TV remote, beach towel at the reception at extra cost. Air conditioning included 16.06.2018. Flat Samsung TV. The hotel water Park 3 slides and 1 children's paddling pool. Children's animation no, dartz in the morning and in the evening disco for 30 minutes. Morning gymnastics, volleyball, and after dinner dancing by the pool. The evening show with a repetition every 3 days. The first line is the biggest plus. Lovely hotel. Very attentive and helpful staff, and the food is tasty and varied. Animators try to ensure that guests do not get bored, but lacked evening entertainment (dances). But the most important thing-it is a wonderful sea and pool with slides, clean beach. The hotel is suitable for a relaxing family holiday.

The Neptunia Hotel is a medium-sized hotel, not new but offers everything it needs for a pleasant and relaxing holiday. The air-conditioned rooms are beautifully decorated. We had a two and a four-room with a great view of the sea. I have experienced many inclusive hotels and have never arrived with great demands, but I claim that I have never eaten so well and have never been so spoiled as here in Neptunia. It is important to appreciate the employees and treat them with respect! With this behavior we were able to learn that we were treated like kings and beautiful contacts were made from it. Unfortunately, we have also seen guests who have behaved impossible. Disrespectful to the employees, to expose everything to everything, pointlessly overcrowded plates and tables and leave almost everything not eaten… in my view, these have rightly been treated a little differently from what we were, and that is a good thing! Obviously there are some nationalities that DO NOT know how to behave properly! In general, I want to give the whole crew a tremendous praise, great work! Especially to name a few names, a big thank you to Faouzi (chef of the restaurant), to Mohamed (restaurant), to Mohamed (outside baar) and to the entire animation team.

A small family lovingly and creatively renovated hotel with superior food quality: Versatile, tasteful, something for everyone. Sea view from the bed. Although not all features (such as tiles in the bathrooms) are new hotel is modern, clean and friendly details (TV, fittings). Due to the missing lift, there are points deductions with respect to accessibility. The staff friendly, helpful and accommodating is reflected in all situations. The good mood among the staff at the hotel has a positive effect on the atmosphere in the hotel. The friendly owner a polite distant Director meets every guest with an open ear and heart, and above-average professionalism for all requests.
