The hotel is old, in the lobby, the restaurant has no air conditioning. In the corridors dirty carpet and smells of old age, as in Abkhazia.
The numbers. The hairdryers are not in all rooms. Dryers for things are rare on any balcony. People buy ropes and who has the opportunity to hook for something knit on the balcony. The view is like in a country village. Cleaning in the rooms is declared every day and changing clothes every two days. Cleaning can't be called. Food. When all-inclusive they limit in alcohol. The bar is normal only at the main reception, the second reception is open every other day. There are bars and snoke bars at two pools. Drinks are tolerable. There's no food in the canteen. You won't be hungry, there's always pasta and potatoes. The kitchen is sharp and peculiar. There is no variety in fruit, despite the lack of ripe watermelons, melons and peaches on July 30.
Animation — it's just not there. But every day they stubbornly place chairs for the audience and just turn on the music. Sometimes arrange karaoke, but you can only imagine that THIS) ) )

Beach. The only plus of this hotel.

The hotel reception staff are useless. Their rooms are an absolute joke. Mattresses r so dead u can feel the springs. The AC is non existant. However, the kitchen staff and cleaning crew are the only polite people. Theres enough pools. The snack bar is ok-ish. Even though I booked anninclusove deal, I was unable to check-in before two o'clock. Even though I had made several calls to the hotel to check everything before hand they hadnt had the decency to mention this. Keep your expectations low and hopefully you'll be ok. Just about!

A complete waste of money! Most people in reception and around hotel are very rude and unhelpful, AC did not work, they pushed two single beds together to make it seem like we had a double bed and you could feel the springs, refused to give anything complementary and did not apologise nor give any refund, my mother and I drowned and the lifeguard was unaware and did nothing many people were booking early flights back after changing rooms several times and some were often crying at reception. The right place to go if you're looking for stress and discomfort.

We vacationed with his wife in July 2018. The hotel is very ambiguous, on the one hand the receptionist was indifferent with his rudeness and zero reaction to everyone around, on the other hand all the attendants on the contrary deserved 5 degrees. First impressions are extremely poor. The receptionists seem to struggle to speak English which is never a great start to the holiday! Add on the fact our room is nothing like advertised on the internet (standard triple) and our first day here was way worse than we expected. Day two and the animation team are doing a decent job so we feel a little more in the "holiday" mode. Drinks are not the easiest to get however as small bars with only one person serving. The meals so far have been unimaginative and very limiting in choice. The majority of people holidaying in the complex are Polish are Russian. Whilst I don't personally have anything against them, I do feel they tend to be a little more rude and abrupt than I'm used to. Fingers crossed the remaining 12 days get better but I'm not that hopeful.

My family and I enjoyed our short stay (2 days) at the Delphin hotel, but the hotel can use some renovations in the rooms and in some of the main areas. The staff is friendly but the customer service is slow (my check-in took more than 45 minutes and I had to request towels three times). If your staying for five days or more you may want to get the inclusive package, which includes food and beverage Here's what I really liked: — Great pool area and entertainment — Food — Food service (Staff attentive and helpful) — Massage and spa (Best full body massage ever) — Kids entertainment in the evenings Here's what I would like to see improved — Upgrades to the rooms (More amenities, fix little things like chipped paint and broken outlets) — Put out of order sign on broken elevators — New carpet would help with appearance of hallways -Designated smoking areas (While smoking is a more common practice in Tunisia, it would be nice if people didn't smoke in areas with children) — Better Wi-Fi.

Stayed at this hotel 24th may 2018 for 2 wks. I've stayed in many hotels all over but have to say this is the worst one I ever been in. Food was bad same stuff all time came out cold. They ran out cups glasses all time water for tea coffee cold kids running in out canteen like it was play area. Hygiene v bad me and several others in hotel had v bad stomach pains trots. There was one bed and a mattress left out side my room for a wk look at pics they look like they came out a skip hotel rooms in bad state. They hastle u every day to go on trips even if u say no. Night entertainment in hotel v bad. Wouldn't recommend this hotel.

Environment very beautiful. All very child's love. Eating a lot, however, partly spicy. But the children are also taken care of. Rooms are OK.

Service and room great for the price. Many Russian and Polish guests here. Staff super nice and 90% of it speaks German too. Just a minute's walk to the beach. The basic idea of very dirty sea (plastic), for which the hotel can not do anything. Price performance super fine.

I am with my son now resting in this hotel T. E May 26, 2018. The hotel itself is nice, food like say eat can. There are few animations. This hotel is a big minus the fact that the Russians and Ukrainians are resting here, they beat the whole hotel, go drunk, scary, dirty, the feeling that in this hotel gathered the Bichi and alcoholics, in the rooms shouting, beating, swearing obscene words, in the evening on the hotel Scared with the kids to go through, all drunk. The hotel is not bad, spacious rooms, well fed. Indoor, and 2 outdoor swimming pools for adults, 2 for children. Hygiene not very top! But it is a very nice hotel.

The hotel is normal does not deserve 4 stars, even with its large area it lacks a lot of landscaping and maintenance, the quality of service is normal even the menu in the restaurant is not varied from ordinary dishes and lacks a lot of gluttony.

The household is catastrophic, the towels are not changed just folded. The beach shabby, no maintenance, broken bottles, waste… basically, even if we have not paid a lot of money, I do not recommend the hotel.

The only nice staff in this hotel are the lifeguards they are absolutely awesome very friendly very funny for the rest the staff is to review.

Convenient because is right in the center. The sea-side view is to fall. The staff is excellent. Pity that the meals are not more varied.

Beautiful hotel with swimming pools and private beach a few steps from the center, spacious rooms though Spartan and that in some cases they would need small improvements, helpful and well organized staff. A luxury hotel at low price, I recommend it to those who want to make days of relaxation in Tunisia.

I need to come summer season. Winter season is not perfect for all of monastir hotels. Hotel is the center of city. Food is good. Room is clean.

Dirty and eat not to enjoy.

The last Drecks shed came down to the last dirty etc would have been urine staking in the sink everywhere in the bed itself on the pillows have broken off after a day never again people do it not do to you with being able to send pictures.

Beautiful hotel with private beach for the guest. Large swimming pool with slides and toddler swimming pool (also a hidden swimminh pool which is hardly used :) ). Staff are friendly and willing to sort any problems out. Would recommend staying here.

Too many racism, respect only for the Russians, the staff is very bad, was awful stay, we quilted this hotel next day going to another, the bath room was very dirty, The bathtub is very old and worn out, The pool workers are very fierce, their voices rise in the sky.

I'm a kid for 11 years and I'm not really that hotel mom and grandma, like Churki in hotel they eat in the bath and use againless millet. The hotel is good 3. The rooms are spacious. The plumbing is obsolete. There's an animation. The air-conditioning is not working. The spa is very dirty. The beach was very good. There is Medina (much less than Sousse).

They were at the hotel from 9 to 16 May. There was a triple room, spacious. The room with the sea view was paid $35. The hotel is clean and spacious. The location is very close to the centre. The animators deserve special attention and praise, and the guys are really good.

Horrible food, dirty hotel, horrible beds, no air con. To many miserable Russians. Only good thing was the entertainment. They deserve pay rises.

Good hotel! But empty at the moment and time cold predict vest but pretty l staff friendly.
