We were happy with the service, especially Shawky from the hotel bar, Akram — waiter from the dining service and Madian from the pool bar. Beach boys and the animators were also very friendly.

Despite a somewhat disappointing check-in, we had taken 2 rooms but our children were not on the same floor as us. Things were very quickly arranged.

I was here with my mom and I liked the hotel. The beach was good and the sea was dirty in the beginning because of the big waves but later it got better.
