For me it's not a hotel of 4 stars unfortunately. Many things need to be renovated especially the room we had given was dirty insects everywhere sheets are not really clean (no one respond to our complaints). Food was acceptable but spicy restaurant stuff some of them are 👎 and some are very kind, Sometimes we had to wait for plates for minutes. Don't forget the beach it was very cool we enjoy it. At the end I want to thank the animation group they were so adorable esp and nice esp with children 😊 they add a great touch to the hotel despite its negatives, we love their shows.
I recently stayed at Iris Thalasso Hôtel in Djerba for 7 days and had a mixed experience. The food was quite average, and I noticed that plates were often absent, which was a bit inconvenient. The room, however, was satisfactory, and I enjoyed having a pool view.
One major downside was the juice, which was tasteless and disappointing. On a brighter note, the animation team was okay, but their friendliness and humility really stood out. They made our stay enjoyable, and we had a great time overall.

The hotel was clean, nice, interesting. The stuff is kind and always smiling. Next to the hotel is a store which is very good. I like the pool and the beach. The food was very strange for me but I haven’t left home hungry. The animators were very kind and always made us laugh. Very good dancers! 🩷🩷
