I stayed there only 1 night but I quite enjoyed it. The room was clean, the reception was quiet and relaxing. Elevator makes the hotel more comfortable. Can enjoy snack bar anytime it is 24 hour open.

Beautiful place. Rooms were very clean and orderly. Free transfer to and from the airport. Driver picked me up from the airport and I arrived at the hotel in less than five minutes. Very fast service. I would recommend to anyone looking for overnight accommodation.

Very wonderful staff welcoming you on arrival and immediately attends to your request with no delays. Every worker… from security to cook, janitor to drivers, manager to receptionist are all wonderful friendly people.

It's a nice little spot for a restful night's sleep. Clean rooms. Lovely pool. Secure compound. Rooms a bit small but adequate.

Very private and easy to access … Transportation to and from is provided poolside relaxation is also available and priced to match most budgets.

Great service offered by hotel staff. Amenities are basic but functional and comfortable. Airport shuttle is also very convenient. Would use again.

Everything was good for the price. Very safe and secure, nice pool and rooms are adequate. Personnel friendly and attentive.

We only stayed here to sleep for a few hours after a late arrival flight with a layover. It's good enough for a night but it's pretty sketchy. My sheets were stained with something red and the toilets wouldn't flush very well if at all, at 9am the following day we were there they had the power off for some reason so we couldn't take a hot shower or anything.

My boyfriend and I spent a weekend at this hotel and it was really nice. We enjoyed our stay. Friendly staff, great shuttle service, the room was clean and comfy, breakfast was delicious and the pool was great and I got to upload all my pictures on FB using the Wi-Fi. Lol.

Good place to be close to the airport, but the facilities as restaurant and room are so far from the term "commodity"

Our room was clean… and reasonably priced. The staff was very friendly & helpful. We had a 20 hour layover, and this gotel is just 5 minutes from the Airport. The only reason I couldn't give 5 stars, is because it is an older property. It has been adequately refurbished… but is still "dated". I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends.

Airport pick up was very nice! The room was clean, simple and basic. There is nothing close by to walk to if you need food or drinks so make sure to get something at the airport. For some reason I thought that breakfast was included but it it not. It is available at an additional cost.

Seems to be a cosy hideaway. Has a pool and 5mins away from Piarco Int'l Airport. Also has a shuttle service and internet access.

Shuttle didn't come to pick us up when we called five times and the desk attendant insisted he did come and was entirely unapologetic. No water but four inch water bottles were one USD a piece. Food took an hour and a half and again, no apologies. Expensive luke warm and the meat tasted like it was cheap and frozen. Not worth it even being cheap. The only reason it isn't a one star is because they did manage to get me to the airport on time the next day. Do not stay here.

If I could give a zero. I would… The rooms had no was clothes, but it had very hard bath towels. You could hear person in the next room casual conversation or just flush the toilet. It must be the drop ceiling connected to the neighbor rooms. To top your morning off, one can not forget the uncooked cold hotdog, cold egg, and ice cold bread. There was even frozen butter to go on the toast. Could not figure this dirty, broken down place out!

Just an overnite stay, but the accomadations were very nice. They offer food. So we were able to get dinner and breakfast without having to venture outside the hotel. Very clean and large room. If needed will use again.

I am doing this review on behalf of Newlyweds Mr and Mrs Koo. They said that everything was excellent. Clean, everything they needed was provided for, location was great. T. V. Was disappointing. Other than that can't complain.

Insects in the room. An aircondition unit where the coolest temperature available is 16° when it is 30° outside is ineffective. Soft furnishings dirty or stained on the armrests. Mildew on lamp shades and stained carpets. Grouting in bathroom dirty. Shower drain broken and built in soap dish not cleaned from previous occupant. Toilet seat is broken. And access door not able to securely shut. Very shabby. Foyer the best part. Breakfast was delicious and staff very helpful and pleasant. Thankfully only needed to sleep one night.

It was a pleasant experience. The staff was friendly and polite. The food was great and delivered on time. Thanks guys, when I visit Trinidad next time, I know where I'll be staying.

Hotel is under renovations with a constant paint smell. The female "Mirage" forgot to notify the appropriate persons for room service, fixing of my safe, and new towels. She did not want to acknowledge her mistakes and was completely unprofessional in trying to solve the matter. I had to request a different room which was missing basic items as well, the two rooms needed to be combined in order to make one complete room. While there, I saw multiple upset customers cursing the staff. The manager did try to resolve the issues but the female at the front desk needs to be fired! The area immediately outside the hotel is very sketchy. I would not stay here again, beware.

Very close to the airport. Free shuttle. Driver Sirju was welcoming and professional. Exceptional value for money. Good Staff. Even has a pool. Safe and Secure. My Flight was delayed 6 hours lost my accommodation at 4* Port of Spain hotel as a result (they wouldn't accommodate). This place however accommodated me with an early check in at 9am! Even offered a courtesy coffee while I wait a short few minutes to get the room readied. Which other hotel does that? A 3 star acting like a 5 star. I appreciated that and maybe for this reason alone they get my 4 stars. Otherwise, a basic place but stands tall on hospitality!. Keep it up guys. I had a pleasant stay on day 1 in T&T.

The lady was wonderful! Picked me up and dropped me off at the airport, all included in the price! She had breakfast all set up for me early, since I was on a long layover. Very clean, safe and welcoming!

Wonderful place. Very clean, the staff is extremely nice and helpful. 5 stars! My room had a kitchen, two TVs, A/C, Queen bed. A+ They also offer complimentary shuttle service.

Quiet place to rest，without noise. Beds very comfortable. Do not include meals. I highly recommend it.

Not bad for the price, food was expensive and every thing was quoted in US$. Nice quiet area It was ok, I just wanted a place where I could be to myself and this was the place. Staff was very nice and helpful. I would stay there again.

The people are very friendly and punctual, quiet, no noise, you can relax.
