2018-June — 20 yrs since last time we were in T&T, we stayed at Monique's then, and again 20 yrs later. Monique is a fixture in the community… the staff, Elizabeth, Jose, and others were attentive, friendly, genuinely wanted us to have a spectacular time… breakfast was great, the view is great, rooms were air conditioned, comfy, and walking distance to PLENTY of FOOD and fruit, doubles nearby, roti nearby, yes, you can walk, and no, crime is not nearby. Everyone we met to and from town was friendly. We will come back again if possible. High marks… there is a reason EVERYONE knows were Monique's is! Signed, the McKenzies from Ohio, USA.

The Wi-Fi isn't the strongest and you have to ask as they don't give it to you. They shower doesn't have a consistent flow of water and sometimes the water gets cold and shuts off. They charge their food in US dollors, you should bring your own food there. The beds are comfortable. The AC works really well and the rooms get cold pretty quickly. Parking can be rough if there are a lot of cars there.
