I visited the mothers day brunch as recommended by Mr Soogrim. it was really a great one. You could actually see the major effort and planning that went into it. They may be a small hotel but their service was superb and they beat all the larger hotels for their customer service. Thank you Ms Razack, Sabina, Kim and the rest of the crew for a great brunch and making everyone comfortable. Look forward to returning again.

I must thank the staff at The Palms Hotel for making my birthday very special. The staff were very kind, professional and extremely helpful. The room was very affordable and the ambiance at the pool was amazing. The breakfast was delicious too. Already looking forward to my next stay!

Their customer service was exceptional. They took my booking last minute (same day) and was very accommodating and friendly. It was the night before my wedding so I was stressed. They assisted by bringing in my breakfast and called when my driver arrived. I highly recommend them.

Did a last minute 24 hour check in and got amazing customer service both at check in and check out. Clean and very comfortable rooms and very affordable prices. Looking forward to my next stay.

It's very family friendly, the ambiance is very relaxing and the room I rate at a 100%, I would surely visit again and recommend to my friends.

Nice cosy place. Clean surroundings, friendly staff. Close to amenities and 5 min walk to bus route. Felt like a little get away in the midst of the bustle. They were repairs being done at the property at the time of my visit, which I was aware of, but didn't expect to get the room right next to where it was being done. That was a bummer. Breakfast left more to be desired as well as the size of the breakfast area, since there were quite a few guests. Enjoyed the stay. Reasonable rates, offered local rates as well. Will visit again.

I have stayed at Palms roughly about 5yrs old and I stayed there one night recently with a small bridal party of 3. Firstly when I booked the room I was told it was suitable for a bridal party as the lightening was great for us to do our make up. This wasn't the case. The lights were dim, there was no way thst could be true. In the booking I clearly stated there would be three of us in the room there were only 2 towels available. It's a good thing one of the bridal walked with her own towel. There were ants crawling on the counter tops. The bathroom was dirty even after housekeeping cleaned!. Breakfast was ok. Just ok the bread at breakfast was "kiss bread" still in the bag where guest had to push their dirty hands in touching the other slices of bread. I'm postively sure this hotel can afford proper plates, knives and forks. All those items were plastic! The stay there was short but unfortunately the hotels standard has dropped tremendously.

The hotel and staff were excellent. I am going to recommend this hotel for everyone. All frontdesk staff were fantastic.

While staff were polite and helpful, the room was quite small and the bathroom even smaller and not quite spotless.

Clean and comfortable rooms. Staff were professional and helpful. Didn't have breakfast on my visits. Definitely would stay again.

The staff is super nice and extremely accommodating… I should have stayed a extra week.

It was a bit tricky to find because the sign wasn't that visible to first timers. So you better look carefully. Once you find it, the place is comfortable. There is air-conditioning available in the rooms. And you could ask to host a small event for you and some close friends. I'm pretty sure they'll be willing to assist.

Spent one day and I enjoyed my stay it was peaceful, had no complaints. I will be going back in the future.

I have been to many Hotels before but this hotel has a very special service meaning to it. The rooms are very well kept and the staff is very friendly and service oriented. Its location is very compliant to the needs of the business oriented.

A nice value hotel. Buing your own toiletries.

Depending on which area your room will be (try to avoid the ones facing the inner garden or you'll have guests having breakfast at 6 AM outside your window) they are generally wide and clean, with standard comforts. Ice dispensers on the outside corridors and close to intersections for customers to use. Small parking lot Arouca is not far from Piarco airport but anyway you'll need a 10 mins. Drive to reach there.

Palms Hotel… great place to stay, central to everything Mall, airport etc… staff absolutely courteous, helpful, friendly (Kyle, Kim, Camille, Xavier, Akisha and Ms. Bebe and the rest) hoped I got the spelling of names correct… felt secured at all times. Great place. Very Comfortable. Clean. Place provides parking. Breakfast could be alot better. Abit pricey for the stay because I don't think it's worth it. Conveniently close to airport and easy transportation. Superior room was very spacious and Friendly customer service.

We made a reservation for our wedding night, arrived and were told that our reservation wasn't in their system even though we had a confirmation number. We were tired and frustrated and all we got from front desk was shrugged shoulders. It's an inexpensive hotel but if you can, find somewhere else.

Nice place to stay if you're on business or leisure. The room is clean with all the necessary amenities and the staff is very polite and helpful. Let's not forget there's a complimentary breakfast. Really enjoyed my stay, can't wait for the next.

It was a warm and cozy stay for me. Relatively close to the airport for those late flight stay overs. The cable TV, wake-up service and complimentary breakfast were greatly welcomed. Perfect for those just passing through Trinidad and need to stay over night.

Hot water wasnt working. Contacted front desk. Was told to take a shower next door and go back to my room. I didnt believe she was serious so went out front and was told. "yes take a shower next door, other customers dont have issues with that. " So I suggested that we got another room… which she said isnt possible but agreed to abt 10mins later cause I insisted im not moving… overall terrible customer service. I will never stay here again.
