I am sooo disappointed by my stay at this hotel. I would not recommend or stay at this hotel again. Besides the hotel being very rundown, there are hidden charges. We were offered airport transfer by the hotel and not once was it communicated that there is a cost. Imagine being charged $240 for transport only after we arrived at the hotel. Then the cost of the food packages seems to be changing with each person we speak to. Definetly not somewhere to stay!

Great location. The staff are really helpful including helping us to book taxi and have massage. Our room had a balcony with amazing views over the Atlantic Ocean and access to 1 of 3 pools. The food at Havana was delicious 😋.

Had a great time there, would definitely return.

Money well spent! From the friendly staff to the amazing food and touch of modern mixed with the old, all blended to create a great staycation experience for me. It’s a cute hideaway that’s secluded and surprisingly just 5 minutes from Scarborough — total convenience! Rooms were a great size, updated amenities, comfortable bed, smart TVs and private balcony with gorgeous views all around. Clean outdoor areas and a bonus beach bar comfortably nestled amongst the trees, giving you that exciting, fun tree house feeling. Incredibly pleased at returning home rested and relaxed! Cannot wait to return! Tripadvisor.

If you are looking for that mix of modern decor with fanciful antique pieces coming together perfectly then thrown in amazing food and exceptional service, then you've found your vacation spot. First time staying at BBC, unfortunately was not the best for me. I honestly didn't like the fact that there was absolutely no cell phone service and the Wi-Fi connection was poor. Both breakfast and lunch was disappointing, it could have been way better and the restaurant itself was dusty. The place overall needs an upgrade and maintenance, along with proper parking availability. I didn't mean to be harsh with my review but I needed to be honest about my stay at BBC.
However, I must commend the staff on their friendly, welcoming hospitality and the massage I got before I left was the highlight of my entire weekend there.

My friends and I spent a wonderful weekend at BBC, it was highly recommended to us, the food was excellent, staff members were very helpful and friendly, room was clean, wonderful ambience… will definitely return. My only issue was that we booked 4 rooms which we requested be booked together on the same floor and was told that they were, but we were put on 3 different floors.

Spent my birthday there last weekend… I t was an AMAZING experience … The actual hotel… the food… the customer service… it was time and money well spent!

We spent our honeymoon here due to COVID and it was a great escape from all the madness and panic. Service was impeccable! Food is great highly recommend eating at Cafe Havana even if you dont stay there! Keep up the good work, high standards and out of the box initative!

It’s a small and personal hotel beautifully furnished with large spacious rooms with large balconies all with a sea view A Great place to chill Friendly staff you feel like part of the family.

Hi my son my mom & I spend stay here it was the best great view nice and friendly works great food u all will sure see me again.

My girl an a few of our friends were there this weekend an I have to say this place is amazing the rooms, the scenery an most of all the employees. The customer service is on point, the breakfast is wonderful same as the employees who work at the resturant the only problem we had was with the opening of our door due to some difficulty they were having every time to go bk to our room we had to get someone to open the door for us but den again as I said the place was so amazing didn't really mind. I would recommend this resort to any an everyone I'm sure with what I'm about to say I speak for all of my friends who were there this weekend we had a blast an already planning our next trip to bacolet I give 10 stars an to the owners I say to you job well done an keep your resort lovely an amazing just the way it is.

Wasn't too impressed, the only thing I was pleased about was the well mannered darkie at the bar in the restaurant who was very pleasant and helpful (she is valuable, raise her pay) and the bartender on the other side of the road, his vibes was amazing. He just needs to learn more English though.
I was displeased about
1. Mosquitoes (biting day and night)
2. Thin (not smooth) covers on arrival in the rooms
3. Dirty beach chairs
4. Saw a cockroach in the shower
5. Rooms not sound proof
6. Certain lunch is limited
7. No kettle and teacup in our room, we call and went and complain after day 2 we got it.
8. The room card for the door give a lot of trouble to enter our room
9. No safe to secure stuff and money
10. We were told we could only view a certain app on the TV and it kept sticking
11. To sit on the toilet was accident waiting to happen. It rocked to and fro
12. Breakfast could have been better, more options
13. Overall the place needs a good dusting (especially the restaurant, too much cobwebs)
Once these issues are dealt with, this hotel will be great. Overall it has a great view and an inviting vibes.

I was a guest of a wedding party “Laws”. My room is absolutely Beautiful and welcoming. My balcony view is relaxing overlooking the ocean which has its own sweet sound. The landscape is also Beautiful. The trees filled with flowers. Breakfast was amazing but the menu stayed the same daily. I would recommend this beach Club over any other hotel service I’ve experienced.

It was simply lovely from the clean rooms to the breathtaking views lovely amenities the lovers weekend was a great package 5/5 experience breakfast was good and lunch was good staff very accommodating.

Took the Lover's package and we had a truly amazing time. All the staff are friendly and very accomodating. The restaurant's food was amazing. The views from the hotel room, breathtaking. The pools were really great as well. The private beach. Massage was relaxing. The whole atmosphere was relaxing. Loved it there. Would definitely go back.

As newly weds my husband and I stayed at this beautiful place we loved and enjoyed every moment … great amibance, food and friendly staffcant wait to return.

This is my 3rd visit to Bacolet Beach Club and I must admit they never disappoints me. Service was great, food, drinks, staff. Very helpful and willing. Brought my cousin and her fiance (US) an they enjoyed it to the max. They vowed to come again next yr please God. The only problem I had was with the Wi-Fi network. Was unable to relax an view movies via the television. Other than that great.

Friendly and courteous staff. View was great. Breakfast was 4 out of 5. We went with our baby and a crib was provided.

This is a beautiful hotel. They recently expanded and the new wing is amazing. Once at the hotel you have access to 3 pools, a beach bar, private beach and restaurant. They have affordable packages as well.

Junior Penthouse room was large and comfortable. Breakfast and lunch were tasty. More variety for breakfast and lunch was little bit. Pool was divine. Place itself could do with a painting over but overall I enjoyed my stay. D girls at reception were awesome but dont arrive before check in time. I spent four hours waiting and checked into my room at 2pm (official check in time) although I informed them I was coming earlier.

Great ambience, good customer service restaurants and other shopping places close by, needs a little improvement on housekeeping.

My family and I stayed there in 2016. This was a true vacation for me, from the ambience, to the beautiful room, wonderful pleasant staff, great food and the very accomodating Renee. Totally enjoyed our stay there. Highly recommend here. The only downside were the tiles to go down to the poolside. Safety risk. But all in all my family and I really enjoyed staying at the Bacolet Beach Club Hotel.

Great experience from the point of booking to the very second I left. Great customer service & Beautiful surroundings! Booking for the buffet Breakfast and Lunch everyday at Café Havana was a good decision. The food was delicious! Only Con (which worked as a pro for me) — no Wi-Fi and cell reception on the new wing with the bigger rooms. Overall a great experience though.

Rooms are ok… hotel needs some maintenance. Cocktails on the beach are fabulous! Food at Cafe Havana is delish… Had a lovely getaway!

Awesome atmosphere to get way. Needs improvement with Wi-Fi and cell reception tho… but if u don't need to be hooked Un the matrix and really get away then.

Front desk didn't know how to swipe an international debit card so we were kept waiting for a very long time until my family member had to transfer funds to a next account & I had to show them how to swipe the debit card properly. No connection or service in your room. So no calls can be made & no data or Wi-Fi to connect to the Internet. Poor communication between the hotel & the booking agent, as such we had to go back & forth to rectify breakfast being included in our package. Headache & confusion for a relaxing weekend to say the least.

Came here for my anniversary, thoroughly enjoyed our stay, breakfast and lunch was delicious, staff was very friendly and helpful, had an electricity problem our first night thru no fault of the hotel, rectified by the next morning. All in all, happy.

This place was the worst, check-in was a mess. I booked 2 rooms for a set price online from the US, when I arrived they increased the price. There were no managers on site at 2pm to rectify the issue and I never received a call back from them. I will not recommended this place if they continue doing business like this.

Enjoyed the ambience. The waters were a bit on the rough side by the beach. But the pools were excellent. Friendly and courteous staff. Spa was worth it. Food was great. Recommend the grilled fish sandwich.

Check in was not smoothe at all! Email correspondence said one price while the bill was overpriced. However, the place is awesome. Great ambience, clean room, modern bathroom and helpful staff. I'm enjoying my stay here!

Wow! Had the most amazing 4 days at this place. Stayed in the Superior Penthouse directly facing the ocean. The service by Cathy, Natasha and another young lady was excellent and the food at Cafe Havana was amazing. The views were breathtaking to say the least. My only problem was I didn't have more time. I will say that you seem a bit understaffed in reception (Cathy was trying her best but when several guests arrive at the same time it can be a wait) and The restaurant can offer a little more variety especially for kids but from booking my stay all the way to checking back out they made it a memorable experience. Thanks guys and you will definitely be seeing me back soon!

We stayed here for the last long weekend and we are still amazed. The infinity pool, buffet breakfast, massage, private beach, clean air conditioned rooms, mini bar in room, cafe Havana etc. I can go on and on but the thing we appreciated the most was the hospitality. The reception was 5star rating. They even accomdated our late check out. I am going here every time visiting Tobago. Mr and Mrs. Thompson.

This place is amazing, the service was on point and the staff was so polite. I must say special thanks to Renee who answered all my questions within reasonable time and even accommodated our last minute request. Thanks again for a wonderful stay.

My stay at Bacolet beach club was really nice, the room was always clean staff very, very extremely helpful. The food at the restaurant wasn't what we expected but the staff was really, really nice Crystal and Caroline two wonderful ladies. I will visit again soon. Keep up the good work guys!

My stay at Bacolet Beach Club was like paradise just wonderful! Everything was clean, the rooms were exactly how you saw it in the pictures, staff was very friendly, bathroom was very clean and classy, the food was extremely tasty and the views wee amazing. Peace and quiet, the pool was clean. I will advise anyone to go here and they more than likely usually have deals. I stayed actually last year July 2015

This hotel is nothing as they show on the pictures, very dirty rooms, smell very bad, beds terrible my husband couldn't sleep well at all… feels like the bed is about to break down… the beach is very poor nothing as the picture… after 5pm there is no beach… bar closed at 5 restaurant also closed early at night… First day at our arrival the keys didn't work still second day and we have to use the master key but honestly everything is very damage falling apart. I wouldn't recommend this Motel.

Horrible hotel, the rooms were dusty, the shower was totally rusted. The service was poor! their menu stated one thing, however they never had what you ordered. Imagine you're on vacation. And you invision a beautiful place. And this is what you get. Never again.

If you ever, Tobago is just Sun and sand and think it, think again. Moira and I went along with the girls — only a short break from the bleak and Grau Himmel in the Pacific Northwest. Tobago was everything we had hoped for and then some. We stayed at the TheBacolet Beach Club, a boutique hotel by our travel agent recommended. "It has great atmosphere, " said they, "friendly staff, good food and a touch of that old colonial charm". She was dead right on all counts. Moira loved the decadence of the huge four poster bed and the whisper of the sea as we slept. And the girls went gaga over the warm sun and white sand beaches. Bacolet Beach Club, I recommend all my friends. No better place to get away from it all.
