Grafton serves great breakfast and has a nice spa. However they do have issues with Wi-Fi but overall it's a good choice.

Hospitality was good at Grafton Hotel my issue is access to internet and not being able to get my food reheated by kitchen staff and not having a microwave in my room. I stayed here for four days … on the first night thank God for one of the staff members who took the risk for me I want to say thank you cause is I'm now realizing its a issue. Tonight I went and asked one of the kitchen staff and he told me that wouldnt be possible so I took it upon myself and went to the front desk, the front desk clerk told me I ll have to ask the kitchen staff … Even though food isn't bought from this organization I think it wouldn't hurt for the establishment to have a microwave that everyone has access to close to the eating area
ps I'm eating cold dinner tonight.

Grafton is the perfect location for adventure or relaxing, and the staff are truly wonderful.

So I just spent four days here and all I can say is there hospitality is so wonderful from front desk staff to room service not to mention the girls at restaurant for breakfast especially Brandy she's a darling. The place is well kept and peaceful. Definitely looking forward to visit again.

The staff is fantastic the chef I love the atmosphere is beautiful. I recommend this place to everyone.

Beautiful location! The room and surroundings were clean and well maintained. The proximity to the beach made our stay a real relaxing and delightful experience. Staff were extremely friendly knowledgeable and efficient. The breakfast items were prepared fresh daily and our server Diana was exceptional in her attentiveness, welcoming disposition and professional service. While some furnishings upgrade would be recommended my wife, daughter and I will certainly return to this resort for another vacation. A great value for money option!

Good service place clean and nice and everything else good.

Despite the low selection on food & expensive prices , my short stay was nice. The staff was friendly & outgoing & the bartender/waitress Allysa was most helpful & outgoing, I will surely be back at Waves for more delicious foods☺

The Grafton Beach Resort is a lovely hotel which is very professionally run by Olivier. The staff are very helpful and friendly and will go the extra mile to make sure that your stay is as comfortable as possible. This is our third visit to the beautiful island of Tobago. We will most certainly be returning to this fabulous island, if you want to chill-out this is the place to be.

Lovely place, the surroundings needs a little sprucing up but its wonderful.

Comfortable and clean, staff are lovely and helpful and told us the best things to see and places to go. Food was AMAZING and location is right on Blackrock beach. Wifi coverage is terrible, but who goes to Tobago to sit on their phone all day!

Nice and quiet hotel. Not many TV channels, Wi-Fi service was poor and customer communication can be improved. Staff polite and room was clean. But cleaning agent was strong.

Great place to vacation, very economical and perfect for that special person and for family resort, close to all the best beaches and shopping and airport. I recommend Grafton Beach Resort.

Stayed here for 3 nights, food was good, price was better and the friendly staff were the best. The staff consistently went out of their way to make our stay comfortable. We had a beach front room with an amazing view of the sunset. The beach is long and picturesque, it has that classic Caribbean beach feel and look. The water is relatively calm, and there are large schools of fishes which we saw while snorkeling in the very shallows, though I did not see any reef, or reef fish at that shallow depth. I would definitely recommend this resort to those persons looking to relax. It's in an amazing location to say the least.

Great breakfast. Enjoyed my stay although I was dissapointed in the lack of maintenance for the pool and jacuzzi. Although there weren't lots of guests at the resort, the pool/jacuzzi should have at least been cleaned.

A beautiful place to stay. The ocean view room I got had a nice view of the beach from the balcony and the rooms were well equipped with a mini fridge, kettle with assorted coffees and teas etc, flat screen TV with AC and a ceiling fan. Bathrooms also had complimentary soaps, shampoos etc. The facility offers a gift shop, parking for guests, relaxing pool and access to the beach.

The beach is nice and just across the road from the hotel. The beach bar and restaurant waves was also very nice. But the room and the propety is very basic.

Went with a large group, the pool was barely used because its sits close to the lobby. Which I think doesn't sit well with people who would like privacy and an area to lounge. Food was a hit and miss, somethings were excellent others not so great. Rooms were well kept. Quiet and proximity to the beach was great because its at the back of the property. Very good bar outside the compound.
