Not relaxing at all. One of the guests were scheduled to have a party and this was not stated up front when the reservation was made, this was only stated after already reaching to the location. Loud music was played by one of the guests all night and when asked to intervene, nothing was changed, the loud music was continued to be played i. E. No sleep at all. This could have been easily avoided if this was stated when the reservation was being made. Really unfortunate as the purpose of the stay was to relax.
Service is great. Starters were awesome. But. Entres took forever and were not great. Staff was very apologetic. It’s Easter weekend and the restaurant was very busy.
DISGUSTING SERVICE! Lies to sell reservation, no wonder they had to shut down their inn. Called two weeks before and made dinner reservations for a specific table to celebrate a birthday. The lady made me take a super early reservation to get the spot I requested. Showed up today 10 mins before the time and they showed us in a table in a corner far from what was confirmed. Further it’s early and the tables we requested is empty for their preferences but we have to eat in an empty stuck in a corner and they refuse to keep their work and give us the book tables. FAILURE no standards.
