Unfortunately they refused to offer transfer from pier even though they claim on their web site. Staff is too relaxed and seem not really interested in guests well-being. In the rooms there’s a bad smell of cleaning agents even after leaving doors and windows open for hours. Breakfast was not more than OK. Cannot recommend this resort at all.

Guest only for the restaurant. For us the best food on the beach, real Thai food, it tasted very good. And it is by far also the most beautiful restaurant. In other restaurants on the beach, unfortunately, the food was rather unloving.

A beautiful resort, ideal for families with children. That such a resort is no longer as favorable as 15 years ago, is clear, but is made good by the friendliness of the staff again. A good Thai cuisine, great breakfast, clean and cooler pool, clean huts with climate, Babybettch no problem, … fits everything. For travellers who are travelling without children and looking for peace, not the ideal place. Price/performance is absolutely fine. And the Mojitos have steam!

Nice family bungalow complex. There are also two rooms, week hotter than a standard bungalow. The hotel's restaurant is unfortunately proportionate and actually for Thailand outrageously expensive, that was a year ago not so, other guests have told us. Generally it is more expensive at Haad salad than in other areas on Phangan. But there are enough alternatives, especially if you rent a scooter. The pool is very clean and very refreshing, in the sea is now at the beginning of May unfortunately hardly water. Supermarkets are available in walking. The young waiters are very friendly and the breakfast is delicious and more than adequate.

Tai food is good if a bit expensive compared to other restaurants. The western food is not good.

It would be beautiful in good weather, but we arrived during unseasonal storms that knocked the island's power out and even killed people on the mainland. Staff tried their best, but two of their rooms had leaking roofs (we were moved twice) and there were problems with the backup generator that left everyone without lights for hours at a time. The weather isn't their fault, of course, but they could invest in better property maintenance and emergency power. The food is of variable quality, depending what you order. The rooms are clean and neat, the view, if it wasn't an unseasonal January monsoon disaster, amazing. Haad Salad beach is literally just a few steps away. The is a pool. The restaurant is very small and you have to book a table in advance. There is a nearby shop, laundry and massage service. No room service or telephones. Free but occasionally sketchy Wi-Fi. Very child friendly. Staff spoke reasonable English. The paths and steps are a bit haphazard, so people with physical disabilities would have lots of trouble.

We spent 4 nights at Salad Hut. The staff are great, children friendly, good food and on the best beach in Koh Phangan. The only suggestion I have that they will redesign the cars entrance, it will help for the first impression when arriving with the taxi.

Memorable stay here with great food, staff and atmosphere. Everything you need is in walking distance in beuatiful Haad Salad.

A little simple but still very nice Bungalow resort with the nicest staff I have ever experienced.

We didn't stay but ate there everyday, lovely people and food.
