It is a super Hotel in a great facility, the Hotel is honestly worth five stars but it is 4 star food is very very tasty Breakfast and dinner also very very tasty waiter, host at the reception staff very friendly and very relaxing holiday helpful with the woman with the family.

Beautiful hotel, stunning beach, staff go over and beyond to make your stay pleasant… lovely food.

Great place! If who would like privacy place and the staff, they are pretty nice.

Great place to be …

Family hotel away from everything against bottom. Scooter rental obligatory and not by hotel damage. Beach not possible to bathed mandatory sea slipper pebbles and 20 cm deep. Spacious room. Very noisy and no adjustment possible too much or not cold enough. Door join and windows leaving mosquitoes passed. Room without shower. Only bathtub. Over 4 nights 3 nights with cold water only for washing. Average catering and servers not the right place. Except lady of a certain age very smiling and a kindness that radiates life. And that I know a long life and happiness. Pleasant Piscne. For 2 nights max.

Hotel was ok but not a 4 star experience. Plenty of other hotels that offer a better quality. Staff were helpful apart from 'Mamma thai' who was damn right annoying at times. Breakfast was sub par. One thing that stuck out for. Me was when the cleaners had cleaned the room and had left the huge windows open in the bedrooms to air the room out presumably, we have 3 children 3, 6, 9 who could easily have had a terrible fall bearing in mind we were very high up in the hill. Overall it was a ok hotel but could have been much better.

Beach is ok but not too pretty when water is out. Location was a bit off but still ok.
Breakfast wasn't good… Had to ask for milk nearly every day. … I give it a 3.

Nice room with private pool apart from some faulty facilities (shower ceilings don't work, lack of handles). Access to the rest of the hotel is super dangerous, the stairs in catastrophic pebbles and not even handrails to be able to stand.

Quiet on a beach sublime. Staff very friendly and attentive to our needs. The food is very good. I recommend it for those who seek the calm before going on Haad Rin for the fullmoon.

If you stay in this specific room in my post it had a bug problem during our stay. We had to switch to another room. They were accomodating with the move but it took convincing, they played it off like it's nothin' :|

Good comfortable villas if you can afford the price. Pools are refreshing, and breakfast is a good morning starter. Many massage salons around, Pyramid Yoga is just 5 minute walk uphill and across the road if you need extra stretching. The beach itself is shallow water quiet — coral pieces make it hard to run in the water.

Good place to bring your small kids. There are three pools, mostly for kids. The sea is very shallow and not good for snorchelling nor swimming. The hits are ona steep slope. We recommend hiring a moped should you want to explore the area around. Otherwise the view from the huts is magnificent. There are small pools are tubes in some villas. The tubes with whirlpool do not work as expected but they are not advertised at the same time. The hotel management let us know they know about the whirlpools malfunction. Otherwise nice place to chill out.

Really good food in the hotels restaurant! We ate there a couple of times and everything was delicious. The people employed there are super nice (gonna miss Mama Tim) and the place has a super chill vibe. Three level pool by the sea is great thing. On a bad note — the place is a bit worn out and it could use a small refurbishment (tide things up a bit).

Don't be fooled by the word Spa in the name… there is none. The food is terrible and you get harassed for a ticket when going for breakfast. The rooms a shoddy. I was moaned at for parking near the entrance yet the owner parks their vehicle there every night. The safe in our room was not secured in place! Our aircon leaked constantly. This is more a 2 star hotel. By no means 5 star as it states.

Great location, nice, classic Thai room with lots of wood, nice atmosphere. Also the pool is nice and never too crowded (there are 3 pools above each other). The restaurant is also very nice. Oh, not to mention: Super staff, nice, friendly, helpful! This is what makes holiday fun!

I've been there with my family at the seaview restaurant. The seafood BBQ is amazing but not cheap for Thai standards. The fish was cooked well and the dessert very good. I suggest it to everybody who wanna take a break from padthai and tom youm.

It's sold as a 4 stars but it cannot be more than 3. Maintenance is very poor. The staff never smiles. Feels not clean. You can do much better with your spent money. Also as the beach is somewhat desolated, they take advantage and overprice for commuting, attractions etc. The Salad beach itself is nice and pictorial, yet the resort is at the side of the beach where the low make sit impossible to enjoy most of the day.

Staff here are so helpful and friendly. Really enjoy our stay here. Gorgeous food with a lovely view of the beach. Food not too expensive either. Lovely pool and great room. Only downside was the hike up 120 steps to our room. Otherwise would really recommend this place!

Totally super the pool villa on the mountain. Great view. Luxury Thailand feeling pure. Anytime again!

Very good resort with really friendly team of staff. We were given a free upgrade halfway through our stay, without asking, due to renovation works being carried out in the room beside us. Our new room was great with a hot tube on the balcony looking out over the sea view. This room was high up and could have been an issue walking up the steep stairway, we had no issues, but for less able people I would advise to request a lower level room/ bungalow All in all had a very Good, relaxing stay here.

This is a really great relaxing resort. The pool villa was amazing. It's very family friendly, which is why I left off a star… Too many small children around for my tastes, and the restaurant was just OK. However, I would recommend this place to friends and family, and I would stay again.

A great hotel, but very little accessible, too many slopes and a lot of uncomfortable steps.

Lovely place! Good food, very friendly and helpful staff. The kids loved the place too, with the pools, drinks and the nice, funny, kind guys who works in the resturant. We stayed 6 nights in june 2016.

Nice rooms, clean and spacious. Start them missing a small reform. Especially to the terraces. Good facilities. The beach, room for improvement. Attention, also improved.

Very nice family villas with private pool. Good restaurant and very nice staff that helped us out with the kids.

What a fantastic break from the world, I loved this resort, from the comfortable rooms to the incredible beach to the friendly 'bend over backwards to please you ' staff to the huge variety of meals and the devine pools… I can't fault it and can't wait to go back. This wasn't a party resort, it was a relaxation haven with a mix of old, young and families.

How can you destroy what it could be an amazing experience? go to this hotel and find out for yourself. Rude front office Philippine manager (argumentative, disrespectful), crazy (and I say crazy) waiter that one day is all smiles and the next doesn't say hi and even confronts you, kayaks that you have to rent (1h) for the cost of what a scooter cots for one day, mediocre food and massage (in Thailand! ) … All of this in a superb resort right on the beach. I didn't want to eat or do anything there after two days, and left, while my initial intention was to stay for 5 nights.

Nice resort but does not deserve a 4 star, 3 would be more in place. Villas are superb with great view. Several nice and relaxed restaurants at the beach with good food.
