HOD at restaurant unhelpful and seem not welcome guest. Stay here for 3 nights and still feel the same. However staffs all excellent and helpful. Might not stay here anymore and I'll not recommend to stay.

The hôtel is beautiful staff wonderful but the Island is too much plastic, too much music too much loud music on top of each other, in bars, on the beach, all music sucking too loud, and mixed.

Best place in the middle of Haad Rin. The biggest, nicest pool on the island. Staff are very friendly and property is very well kept.

Great hotel, clean and friendly staffs. The villa was absolutely beautiful and clean very accommodating. Definitely recommend and will be back.

We went there for two dinner in our holiday. Really good service there is a counter where u can find a lot of different kind of fishes, lobster, shrimps, squids and seafood, u can choose what u want, one girl weights the total. All is cooked on the barbecue by a grill-boy. Everything happens on the beach in a relaxing atmosphere with lights, djset, music and sealife. Really recommend if u don’t know the island and want to eat ok. Movida beach in Phangan. Could also eat meat (waygu) and typical Thai food.

Very old hotel. Maintenance is very low, design is not update, the reception staff is only looking where they can take money from the guests. Not valuable hotel. Our stay wasn't even cheap. Very disappointed.

I came to Bayshore with a friend who had many good things to say about it. After a couple of visits we both came to realize that the quality had dropped from what he explained to me. Also I had a bad experience with the reception staff after a few stressful days of dealing with a friends injury at the hospital and when I confronted them they were very insincere with their apology. I think for the money you can find many better properties on Koh Pha-ngan and that the staff at the Bayshore need to be reminded that they are their to serve the guests and not the other way around.

The hotel is pleasant, nice pool, beach access is also good. Everything was ok, but the atmosphere is a bit weird. We stayed one night and went to a different hotel.

Great resort ideal for full moon party as right by the action. One downside was the pool, as the water is opaque and not filtered corectly.

The best place to be in Haad Rin. Extremely helpfull staff good breakfast a beautiful beach and the rooms facing the beach are superb. Would definitely use this hotel again.

Really loved it here! Stayed in a triple room with my family and it was great for our needs plus it has a pool right next to the beach. Staff are very attentive and helpful. It has a lovely resturant that has really tasty food and cocktails. I found it in all extremly fairly price for the accomidation, facilities and service you receive.

Fantastic hotel right on the beach we booked a suite room on the top floor with a wonderful double jacuzzi bath in a private area on the balcony which we made use of in the evening.

Good Beach Hotel in a prime location. Suitable for all age groups.

Very good facilities and better location, just a step from the beach and very close to the shopping center with many local style 7 Eleven to acquire anything that we lack.
Only recommendation not to go with the very right time to have breakfast because they start to lift everything up and warn you that in a few minutes they close.

The location is great, few steps away from the Haad Rin beach. The breakfast was average. The shower inside the room was bad. The staff is really nice and kind. They require to book 5 night during full moon party week, which is kinda bad. They also require to pay for a full moon dinner, 500 baht for person for a average dinner that does not include drinks.

Nice hotel right on the beachfront where they have the famous full moon party. Good buffet breakfast with a large selection available. Excellent pool overlooking the beach. Rooms very clean with facilities for making tea and coffee. We found the restaurant empty at dinner time, maybe overpriced compared to other restaurants in the area. Only negative is the air con took awhile to cool the room. Biggest plus for us was the friendly helpful staff especially the bell boys and waiters.

Not as expected but only the location is very great at Haad rin Beach.

Choose it just in case you want partying all time. Not a 4 star hotel at all. Not very clean. Beach is awful with rubbish everywhere. Rules for everything as it's just thought for the full moon party. We were asked to leave the passport during check in or 3000TBH and then you could read in one of the many signs inside the room that you shouldn't leave the passport to anybody. A note is left inside the room everyday with a list of what is left or not (even the pool and beach towels; you have to use 2 in a beach hotel). Poor Wi-Fi signal; we only got connection the 1st night (out of 3). Very expensive in comparison to price. I wouldn't come back again for sure! You're treated as if you were a child with so many rules!

Best hotel in Haad Rin Beach (Full Moon Party Beach). Right beside the street with all the stores and restaurants​. Good breakfast, as all the food at the restaurant. The staff is really great. If you look for a nice quality at a good price, look no further, you won't find better. Here you can relax during the day with a magnificent view to the beach and enjoy the pool at the same time. At night you can enjoy the party's at the Bars. If your​ reservation date is on Full Moon Party you might find it a little bit noisy, both day and night.

Best hotel we have stayed in our 15 day trip in Thailand (total 6 hotels) Big, quiet and comfortable rooms. Staff are super friendly and are always smiling. Breakfast is great. Served in the beach front restaurant with a stunning view. Cocktails and food at the restaurant are also great. The highlight of this hotel is the swimming right in front of the beach.

Staff at most of hotel were great however my wife picked up a glass of wine in the bar and it broke in her hand. No problem these things happen however we were then told we would have to pay 350bt about 8 Euro for broken glass and no amount of arguing would allow us not to pay. Girl in reception needs some training in customer service ignorant. So be careful with your glasses.

I'm here at the moment … it is advertised as somewhere to relax by the sea with a pool luxury rooms. I'm sitting by the pool with progressive house blaring out which varies in volume from bearable to booming. Its currently 1420. The bass booms into the rooms so whilst you can't hear the music where I am you can hear the bass It's not a pool party or advertised as one. No one is dancing or frolicking What's the point? Staff are very friendly and breakfast is amazing.

Stayed in the bungalow, liked it, except the sun knot, could have been a good shower there to put. Sun loungers by the pool are plastic. And so very beautiful place, bungalki in the garden, from the pool immediately exit to the White beach.

Great place, great people but you should check the room that you going to enter to. There are noisy rooms and separated bed so you need to agree it from the start.

Stayed here in 2009 for a full moon party and had an absolute blast, can't fault the place! Awesome food, great people and brilliant location.

Great place to stay for the full moon party. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Bartender "Chen Chen" was awesome. Breakfast buffet was very good. 1 star off for issues with the TV and AC.
