Great Hospitality and beautiful property!

Beachside resort. Pool is almost on the beach itself. Beach is not too big so not many people; not too small either. But the beach is not too clean. Rooms ade big and comfortable. Front desk is not 24h but late check in or early checkout can be easily arranged. Scooters available for rent on site.

Nice place to sleep only, the beds are okay air-conditioning work fine, Wi-Fi not the best and water are always cold in shower…

Poor and really bad condition of this hotel. No comments about interior because it is different understanding what is pretty overall. Villa No. 19 is outdated, needs to bee renovated asap. First of all terrible smell. The condition of aircon. This thing is really old and smelly… had to turn of because of the smell. Buuuut, when we turned of this aircon we met another problem — windows can not be opened. No fan or any other natural airventilation. Only one possibility to get fresh air is to open doors. No mosquito net, cats are always going around ant all the animal planet is outside is waiting for the light … so had a HOT night. Really hot — no air, bad smell, mosquitos and water going somewhere from sink. Situation in bathroom. Sink is broken, water is only cold.

Very nice and well maintained facility with clean pool. Right on the beach. Great location. Clean bungalows with sufficient equipment (depending on the classification). Very nice and friendly staff. Always helpful. Top Price/performance. I'd like to come back.

Perfect place for your hollydays… Lovely lagoon with clear water. Nice sunset with kite surf and padlle around.

From the porch of my house on the first line to the sea was 10 meters, to the pool of 2 meters:)
The cabins are cozy, with everything you need: air conditioning, safe, shower, jacuzzi even:) )
The staff is friendly, pleasant in communicating and always ready to help. If necessary, no one will bother you, but all the service is provided well.

The place is beautiful. Small bungalows with a minimum set of necessities. Gel, shampoo is provided. No hairdryer and no soap. The villa has a bar-restaurant. You can book a taxi at the reception and rent a bike. Sea in three steps.

Hotel well located if you want to make nice walks on the beach. Bungalows simple but with minimum comfort, air-conditioning and safe. 4 stars because a little far from the lively center, necessary scooter (15 minutes of journeys to the center)

Very nice and quiet place. Clean rooms. Good service. No hot water. No way to swim in the sea as there are seaweeds and it's too shallow.

Great pool, right next to a lovely beach in such a chilled out area. The people who work here are very friendly and very polite! Great homemade cocktails and restaurant at a brilliant price. Highly recommend!

Amazingly friendly host, big rooms and beautiful pool overlooking the beach. Quieter than other koh phan ngan resorts but still a great base for moon parties.

Beautiful Resort close to the pier. Rent a scooter and you ll find a good base here to explore the island.

I was hangry, hungover and tired and wanted to check in early. I had to wait a wee while but was all bookend in within half an hour. Staff can make or break your holiday and dealing with hangry people must also be difficult. But the staff here was AMAZING. Super friendly and wonderful. The main reception lady who is just a lovely chatterbox went to town, and bought back a thai ice cream for one of the hotel guest as a Christmas pressent. We had a great stay and the pool was superb. The beach is a bit rocky but nice beach on the side. They also offer pre-beach party buckets, transport and body paint if you want to party. It is also nice and quiet if you are in need of some silence. Will definitely come back. And thank you for dealing with my hangry self.

Well placed to Kho Phangan, although a bit far from the street.
clean room and bobo home is really great, and family atmosphere at the meeting. Which can be double-edged if we need anything before 8:30 or after 20: 00.

Fantastic resort. Very beautiful seaside resort with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Bobo is super nice and helped us immensely when we got stomach sickness and treated us like family. The rooms are lovely, air conditioning works really well, and the pool is great for a cool down. I highly recommend staying here.

We didn't sleep here because we already booked a place nearby, but we spent most of our time here. A great place with plenty of friendly people! Bobo is super nice! She went out of her way to help us with everything we needed! We rented motorcycles here and booked taxis to parties with many random people staying here. The restaurant is clean, inexpensive and delicious. Vegetarian friendly.

Room full of bed bugs! worst place ever! slept in a room full of bed bugs! can happen to every hotel, but first villa reacted in the worst possible way. After we complained at the reception, they only sprayed some insect spray for 5 seconds an exchanged the sheets, before sending us back to the room, even though 30 bed bugs were still running around. But it got worse, after we demanded to get another room, they wanted us to pay more money. Really? thats how you treat customers? then they accused us of bringing the bed bugs ourselves… and threw us out of the hotel… unbelievable. The bed bugs were fully grown (our internet research showed that based on the looks of the bugs they had sucked human blood at least 6 times and were at least 8 weeks old), meaning that their theory of us bringing the bed bugs is complete bullshit. Especially since there were over 50. Believe me, we would have realized that there were over 50 bugs in our sleeping bag before going to sleep. We hadnt seen a bug before getting to first villa and we havent seen one since we left the place… they are the worst! dont go there!

Lovely place. Everything you need. Pool, sea, beach, AC, good Wi-Fi, good food. And most importantly — the awesome and funny crazy Bobo at reception — superb customer service. Its like new home here. Im coming back when im back on Phangan.

Very friendly. Rooms OK. Great reception. BaBoe is class! ☺ Unfortunately the pool permanently by louder Vodkagesellschaft literally "besieged". It's a pity really.
