We were staying at this place between 18-22/1 and when we checked out the hotel they charged us for yellow towels we never got when we checked in. NOT OK! We used our towels all the time and we even forgat them one time at the pool so the poolguy took care of them. So why would we use our own towels if their was other beachtowls in our room? Lissen to your guest when they telling the truth.

Nice place worth the money. No preasue and hot water in the shower Near Hadrin follmoon party. But no noise. The manager David will take care of you.

Chalets are basically large summerhouse/sheds. Had to move room due to massive cockroach in our room. Shower floods room as it’s not over the bath. Beds are comfy, TV was ok with a few English speaking channels. Pool was nice but beach was dirty and you can’t swim in the sea due to rocks and jellyfish. Good location for full moon although rubbish walkways to get through to the town.

WARNING* be careful with this hotel, they charged me and my girlfriend 600 baht for a towel that had a little bit of water based paint on it. The same paint I had on my shorts that I washed the previous day with there laundry service and it had no stains. They are huge crooks and don't deserve your service. I beg u take my advice and dont book with crooks. They will find ways to over charge u for anything u make dirty in your room. These guys rely on full moon partiers to sign there damage sheet to get any paint on any sheets or towels and then charge them and they still re use the towels and sheets. Literally no laundry service can't get water based paints out. Its such a crime. I believe if I'm not the only one saying this they must lose so many customers reading similar reviews.

I really like this hotel, it's two hotels that have merged, so the breakfast and lobby is not at the Buri part. The Buri part seems old. The pool is old, run down and maintenance just seems forgotten. The room was good though. The staff is nice. Breakfast was ok. There was staff everywhere. There has to be 60 people working there atleast. I went to the gym one day and there was 8 staff members just fooling around in there. The gym is good btw, but only open between 13-19pm.?

Really good value for money. The rooms are clean, nicely decorated and the beds comfortable! The location of the hotel is ideal and the pools at the top. Very good breakfast too.

The hotel is very nice. Very friendly and helpful staff. Plus the breakfast is really good and hearty.
The prices applied are very correct compared to the quality of the place.
I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to spend a good time in Koh Panghan.

Stayed here for the famous Full Moon Party. Buri is part of the Sunset Beach Club and you have access to all areas of the resort. Easy 5 minute walk to Haad Rin. The room was nice, standard stuff. The shower above the bath was hard to use as it wasn't completely over the bath, but towards the end, so ended up having baths most of the time. Esco Bar right on the rocks in the middle of the resort is a great quaint place to have food/drinks.

Huge facility. We had a great room. Very clean. Staff were extremely nice. The breakfast was delicious. Most of all the pools are very nice.

Good hotel with clean rooms. If you want to go to the full moon, you can easily walk to the beach. It is quiet despite the proximity. Breakfast was OK.

Very quiet place at the beginning of March, three pools, helpful staff, all happy to help, around full of small shops and supermarkets 7/11. The sea is warm, quiet, the beach is not big, but in meters 200 another beach, on the opposite side of the cape-large, the sand is almost white as flour, a long sunset, already more restless water. Great location, everything is close by. At 13.032018 for 14 days costs 35000 p for two. Very decent:) Breakfast is included, everyone likes it!

Buri beach is a nice resort, the rooms are not so nice but all around it is. Very nice pools, is on the beach, good breakfast, is quiet, very close to full moon party and 15 min away with the car to half moon party. The room was not so nice due to the old furniture and I spoted some mold on the lobby (but not in the room)

Plant has already been in the years. Sisters Hotel is newer and more recommendable. Breakfast OK. The room was very clean. Beach section clean. The pool is old.

The resort has 4 swimming pools with both rooms in old and modern style. Staffs are lacking of communication. We had trouble getting beach towels. I first asked maid, she said wait here, but nobody ever came. Then Hotel's manager or whatever told us to ask at Front Office, went to Front and reception told me to ask at the pool. Went to the pool, staffs said no towel, ask at Front. I eventually got the towels after waiting 20 mins.

Very good for an acceptable price clean breakfast super and impeccable reception staff especially Jane who can organize everything: tour of the island, flight on Bangkok etc.

Very good! center front beach resort in Hadrin. 2 swimming pools 1 on the beach and 2nd in a tropical garden. Very nice staff.

Bad hotel. It's not three stars. The phone is not working. There is no restaurant as such. The spread of prices for rooms is big, but the rooms are not different between each other. Personnel do not understand the meaning of the "do not disturb" sign. In the morning, the workers begin to fret. Administration in general can not help. Uncomfortable place. Nearby there are a lot of hotels for the same money but much better.

Плохой отель. Это не три звезды. Телефон не работает. Ресторана как такового нет. Разброс по ценам на комнаты большой, но комнаты между собой не отличаются. Персонал не понимаемт значения таблички "не беспокоить". С утра начинается галдеж работников. Администрация вообще ничем не может помочь. Неуютное место. Рядом есть куча отелей за те же деньги но гораздо лучше.

Resort is very lovely, a little on the older side, but relatively well maintained. Shares facilities with the sunset resort next door. Includes a small relatively private beach, 4 pools and a couple of bars. Well situated close to Haad Rin beach if you are in the area for the full moon party, but just far enough away to be quiet enough to get a good night sleep. The staff are very friendly and full of smiles. A shout out to Rommel who greeted us every morning at breakfast.

Smelly rooms and extra hard beds, dirty curtains and in general it was disgusting to sleep in such rooms. Terrible, rude girl at the reception Sunny. Could not solve the problem of smelly rooms with hard beds, had to move through the guide and hoters. Com. It is strange that they have three stars, T. To the money at the reception to change, the phones do not work and the staff does not even know when he ever worked. In general, the feeling that the hotel is dying out.

Very nice rooms and bungalow with a view of the beach or garden. Several swimming pools and private beaches.

Works off. We booked here 2 days before full moon and 6 days after. Over full moon, the price doubles. Superior room, dark bath, permeated beds, breakfast little variety. Utilization after full moon about 10%, the corresponding — dead pants.

Very nice hotel, nice staff and deleicous breakfast. Tee Kay, the receptionist was so helpful. Also other services are great (tours around the island and motorbikes rant).

A bit dated but good price the beach it is set on is Not the nicest so you need to walk down to the other beach.

The price of food at the hotel was great, so we went to eat with the neighbors in coral, and the food was fine.

Nice, clean area. The rooms are fully equipped with a kettle, a hair dryer, beach towels and hygienic accessories. Good breakfast (continental breakfast). The hotel is very close to the beach. Of the drawbacks — we were not given a key when we were registered (we arrived at 11, and the hotel was settled at 14). When the moment of the settlement came, the staff said that the key was issued to us. In half an hour of trials, it was accidentally discovered that the key was given to the girls who zaseljavshimsja with us at the same time as the next room.

I booked sunset beach resort and they put us here. Rude staff, they are not helping changing back to other hotel.

Quiet and peaceful place for holiday with friends and family. Beautiful beaches in front of resort, great n friendly service. Saw a beautiful sunset right at the beach front. Bring your family and come and experience it youself. Worth every minute here.

This is upscale? I paid 50% more than I did for Le Meridien hotel downtown, and this place is a rathole. Old and worn down finishes. No hot water in sink. Room is tiny. Shower water has to be controlled with tiny water heater. Can hear music blaring from downstairs lobby. Towels are dirty. People must have low, low standards.

Beautiful and quiet hotel with a lovely garden and great pools next to the beach. The rooms in building 3 are nice and comfy. The beds are not too hard and includes a safe and a refrigerator. The hotel is less than 10 minutes walk away from the city centre. I can definitely recommend this hotel!

The hotel is on the sunset side of hadrin in peace full place it's a 5 min walk from the busy side of the sunrise. The rooms are lovely there is a safe in the room also which is hard to find around here! The pool is nice and and you can also go down the beach at the resort The staff are nice and friendly and the retorant is great.

This Hotel is one of the nicest on Koh Phangan we have visited a few times and have alway found the staff and management to be very efficient and helpful. The swimming pool looks out to sea and the views are wonderful. You will not regret a visit to this Hotel.

I chose the Best Western Koh Phangan for my visit to the island and I have to say I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel is located in the partytown Haad Rin but has a very quit surrounding. There are two pools and a small gym, good enough for a short workout after a night out.! Amazing sunset views from the pool at the beach.

Excellent resort in Haad Rin, with 2 pools, a Spa, a beachfront restaurant and all amenities you might need in the room.

Stayed in well-sized Deluxe Room with a big bed and an amazing mattress, beautiful pool-/garden view. Bathroom is spacious with a bathtub, no shower. Room is featured with everything, nothing was missing, just perfect and very clean. Breakfast was buffet, simple but fresh and nice. Coffee was freshly made, no Nescafé! Staff at the reception and restaurant was always smiling, very friendly and could speak English very well. The resort was very clean and green, lovely variety of beautiful flowers and trees. The beach is not the nicest one for sunbathing, pretty small and coarsely granular but they have two well-kept nice pools, one next to the beach and one in the garden. Not far to the beautiful Haad Rin Nok Beach, approx. 5 minutes with the motorbike. Want to come back for Fullmoon Party, must be the best location. Not far to the party area but far enough to enjoy a quiet night and get some sleep after the big party. Great resort.
