Ona beautiful beach. Lovely pool. Restaurant and bar on beach serves great food and cocktails!

The restaurant is amazing. We ordered grilled fish with salad which was delicious. The service was quick and friendly. The view and the beach is absolutely amazing. Will definitely be eating here again!

All the staff at the restaurant were very helpful, good cocktails and food. Crystal Bay is a beautiful safe beach. The massage ladies were also very good and helpful. Better beach than Lamai as the sand is not so coarse.

Beautiful scenery and the perfect holiday, we stayed in the private villa which was lovely. The staff at the restaurant were so super amazing and chefs recipes it just made our holiday to the point where we ate there almost every night ❤ thank you so much for making our holiday so special khawp khun.

The bay is a delight, crystal clear calm water, soft sand, good for snorkeling. You can walk through the club to the bay, it's a public acess. There is even a fresh water and toilet to clean up after a swim. One of the very best of Samui beaches. It's small so can be crowded on the beach.

I once with clients climbed from the beach up the stairs and took pictures there. From above, there is a beautiful view of Silver Beach. I recommend for a photo shoot.

We are here for 8 days, still here as I write — this place is amazing. First day and we had to see them to sort out a lamp as the stairs to our beach side pool villa were dark in the evenings. No lamp was supplied as… wait for it, they turned up the very next morning with a team of electricians and fitted a whole set of permanent lights up the steps and we now see perfectly. Other than that the breakfast is great, the water is stunning, snorkelling is fabulous — but look out for the stingers — they hurt! and our pool at the villa is used every day!. Love, love, love this place. Oh and did I mention the views from our place are out of this world — shame I cant attach any photos to prove it.

It Was a real awesome experience. Will definitely recommend everyone to go there. Staff was awesome catered to all our needs. The room 601 definitely a must stunning view. Will see us soon again.

Nice really we were in August the staff GENTILR The breakfast plentiful and good, we were very bad on the day of departure because it was a wonderful holiday! Who likes the tranquility and total relaxation I recommend! Only flaw is the sea is not very nice because there are corals but there was the beautiful pool that the sea did not care so much cmq we were happy to do the holiday in this beautiful place great!

Favorite spot for Sunday lunch with live music and steps from the beach. Great Thai and Western food and good drink selection. Recommend it for couples and family to enjoy a lunch and send the rest of the day on the beach relaxing and snorkeling in the Bay.

The best location in Koh Samui, do not forget to rent scooter to enjoy all the Island.

Worst customer service we have ever experienced. We stayed here last October due to all the fantastic reviews across a few different websites. However, it was such a rude shock to arrive and endure the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in all my travels. The restaurant staff treated their patrons as though they were a nuisance. Half the time, the guys were leant up against the poles, on their mobile phones. The worst one was the short guy, with the grumpy face. We stayed for a week, and not once did he even crack a smile. In fact, he even told me off in front of other guests for getting extra fruit for our children (1 and 2years old) within breakfast hours to take back to our room, even though for days prior, the lady staying in the villa next door was doing it each morning. On our first day there, we went to reception to ask if they could order us a taxi. Even though they could see we had all our bags, pram and young children, they still told us that they don’t provide such service and that we had to walk up the road to wave one down. This is unheard of! I couldn’t quite understand the point of their concierge? As beautiful as the beach is at Crystal Bay (which is the only redeeming feature about this place, and this doesn’t even have anything to do with the accommodation itself), I would have preferred to stay at a less pretty beach to get better customer service.

Great hotel. Stayed in a villa with a pool. Completely private, separate entrance. The villa offers beautiful views of the beach and the sea. Beautiful territory, eye Raduetsch, find there. We arrived at this hotel for the second time, the beauty of the beach m. Anit. The rooms are clean, new, slippers No, bathrobes too, even in the private villa. Next to the villa do massage. Breakfast was good. Walking distance to shops, cafes, restaurants. Being now back in Thailand and comparing the villas by convenience, privacy and beautiful views, would have been on the Crystal Bay.

Lovely place, incredible beach, nice room and restaurant is good but it's a little bit expensive to eat there, and nearest restaurant is far 200 TBH to move from it with a cab (fixed price)

The location on the edge of one of Samui's finest coves has crystal clear water. The resort very well maintained with a professional staff and always friendly. The gardens are beautiful. The buffet breakfast is complete with Thai dishes and Western delicacies. Worth noting and rare in Thailand, fresh fruit juices! A beautiful establishment that deserves its 3 stars!

We were in this resort 14 days… very nice, right on the sea, big and small pool for the kids. Clean rooms and good restaurant, with Thai specialties and some Italian dishes. Beautiful beach and sea…

Small complex, quiet in a beautiful garden and beautiful bungalow. Dream Beach (The most beautiful of the island) clean in front of the hotel. Average breakfast but at the seaside! We will return.

Unfortunately very much haunted by mass tourism… Nice little Cove But by the tourism totally filthy and especially almost only hotel strangers… The restaurant is totally overpriced… The staff were very friendly and the hotel was very clean. Certainly gives more beautiful plants… We don't come here anymore…

Update February 07 on 3 stars after a conversation at the reception we got a new room. The situation has changed, of course. The staff at the reception went super with the situation and was very motivated to implement our wishes.
06Februar: 2Sterne for the room The facility itself is very pretty and well maintained. The service is so friendly and willing to fix possibly inconvenience quickly.
The food was ok so far. Burger ordered and received by request medium. No more bad. We're waiting for breakfast.
The beach is very well attended, also by many other tourists who are not from the hotel. The pool is dominated by mommies and dads with small children attending.
I think the receptionist should be a little friendlier.
I have the impression that this hotel simply appeals to another clientele. Rather familys who don't put so much emphasis on details and are happy with beach and buffet breakfast.
The errors mentioned were quickly fixed by the Hausceeping.
Nevertheless, the resort does not meet my expectations and what I am used to from other locations in Thailand.

Hotel with a magnificent territory, separate houses, a mini river with Carps and a clean beach in the bay.
Excellent service. Not a bad audience. Convenient location, 50 meters road with Sagnteo (Tuk-pomace) and taxis, a 24-hour shop, restaurants on any purse.
Of the cons-No infrastructure for children (playground), the hotel is a walkway for other tourists to the beach, a pricey restaurant of the hotel.

Catering for larger numbers hasn't worked, and the food is basically just ok. My noodles had a fly in it, but, thankfully, it was taken off the bill. The beach is still great, and the surrounds very picturesque, but avoid eating there.

This small resort is perfect for beach lovers. Very convenient and very near and food steps away to the beach. This is my second time to this place and the best room you have to choose is Seaview villa. Previously I took garden villa and the room quite horrible. Not all only three room close to the pool I can say horrible. But with facilities and near to sandy beach I chose to ignored the room. The restaurant was cool and Sunbed was awesome. Please make this resort as your stop whenever you’re in Samui.

Cons: Needs renovation! All the common areas are dirty, there’s like 3 kinds of bedrooms and they are same price but some of them have better closets and are bigger but overall they all need work. The cleaning service was very bad and we got all kinds of animals everyday and ants in the bed. Bed sheets were old and broken. Overpriced restaurant, reference pics are not always the real ones since they have 2 locations, bay yacht it’s better. Facilities include pool table but you need to pay to use it. Breakfast it’s not so good, sometimes u can’t find the nice fruit because they ran out and also the whole wheat bread sometimes don’t have, so be prepare to be surprise everyday with a different menu. Pros: Nice pool Can walk to family mart Other Reataurant options near by.

Quiet, cozy, green-a great stay in the hotel!

Everything is fine. I stayed 3 weeks with my husband in October 2016 very good Repport quality price. There are room types of rooms (seen sea, VU Sea Superior, garden, garden vu Pool) They are all good but the prices differ.
Breakfast is not plentiful but there is what it takes.
The massage is top, especially as we are directly on the beach.
The pool is large and clean.

Best massage I ever had, feel like I got a new body. Room is spacious and authentic, bathroom layout spacious and practical, nice porch area, the grounds could be more maintained, but considering the rain and the lush greenery, it is acceptable. So far so good, enjoying the laying area for the hotel guests. Looking forward to more massages and chilling on the beach.

The staff and Crystal Bay Beach Resort were amazing. We had a superior room with our own patio with a little garden, over looking the beach. Restaurant was nice but maybe a change to the specials board every few days would be good. Complimentary breakfast was average but nice. Crystal Bay Beach is beautiful, and a great way to relax on Koh Samui and would be happy to recommend to anyone as a great place to stay.

Very nice location especially the stay at a beachbungalow, unfortunately we stayed in 501 where you have little privacy so close to restaurant and the passage of day tourists but still a relaxing stay for a week. The breakfast was simple but plenty, nice garden, friendly staff.

We loved the laid back atmosphere, the good service and the beautiful trees and plants. The beach is great, although a bit warm for me still lovely to look at and the pool was cooler. We also liked the traditional Thai look of everything. Would thoroughly recommend this place.

This place has perfect location just on the most beautiful beach on Koh Samui. Villas are spacious, cleaned every day, fresh towels, fresh beach towels. Good but overpriced restaurant. Very nice swimming pool. Cons are breakfast: everyday the same and lack of beach chairs. But beach is beautiful and almost private. And lots of green around. We love this place!

The staff and Crystal Bay Beach Resort were amazing. I had my own little garden, with orchids, out my hotel window. Restaurant and complimentary breakfast were excellent. Crystal Bay also had free bicycle that I rode all the way to Tamarind Springs, and experienced a wonderful spa and massage. Crystal Bay Beach is beautiful, and a great way to relax on Koh Samui.

A paradise… beautiful sea and fabulous rooms… immersed in the green.

They took this hotel by stock, hit the cyclone (24/7). From the Pros: (1) Spacious and clean bungalows, (2) safe, 3) normal Wi-Fi, (4) cleaning every morning after breakfast, 5) good and dense breakfast. (Vegetarians be careful when ordering an omelet, ) they put the meat in there, ask for it. Lettuce, fruits, yogurt, pastries, cheese, rice, eggs for you. "The vegan will be more complicated, " (6) hot water, hot and even boiling: (7) kettle, refrigerator, mugs. In general, there is everything. During torrential rains, cut electricity kukovali a little, but it's almost everywhere. There's family mart next to it. There's a couple of kilometers to the café (if there's a couple of minutes on the moped), there's a café nearby, but there give prices, it's highly recommended that we just move closer to the river and eat cheaper. The pool is in the sea. Quiet and calm, but my feedback is in bad weather, so it's hot, I don't know. Wi-Fi was very good.

The location right on the beach and the views over the bay were wonderful. The staff were friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the freshly cooked breakfasts and the evening meals in the restaurant, a tasty introduction to real thai cooking.

The Beach was fantastic, the staff very friendly, food in the restaurant very tasty, although after 2 weeks no changes, limiting. The location is perfect. Only a few improvements would make this perfect. The pathways need repairing or replacing and the beds/linen total replacement. I will certainly return to this wee piece of paradise and recommend this resort. It is a 3.5 Star level of facility, with 4 Star staff. The beach massages are outstanding, professional and inexpensive — I had 10 in 14 days :)

I had lunch at this resort, the service and the food is very good. Council.

Fabulous beach, so nice to just chill out and relax. Great massages right on the beach. The rooms are great with amazing ocean views. The only bad thing I can say was the breakfast was really bad, no choice and everything costs extra. I think your best to go elsewhere for Breakfast, its such a shame as its a great place to eat and sit over the ocean.

Showers, beach is buried in verdure, sun beds much in the western part of the beach at the hotel's swimming pool, many free, guests are allowed to lie, nobody behind this doesn't.

We had really enjoyable stay at your resort. Loved our room, the staff were really helpful and the place always clean. The breakfasts were nice but would be great if a little more options and variety. After a week were getting sick of same same. Also restaurant too dear. Found ourselves walking up street to local Thai restaurant for 1/4 price. The girls who do the massage are pathetic. Really weak massage and were talking away amongst each other or on phone. Really wondered why I was there and only went once. Pool is beautiful and beach even more so. Also easy to hire a scooter from reception Will be back with son and daughter in law next year.

Nice resort on one of the best beaches on Samui. The beach is clean, the water is clear and it is nice snorkeling around the bay. The rooms in the hotel are comfortable, good sized and the extra bed fit our two young children together. Perfect! The staff in the restaurant was friendly and the breakfast selection limited but good. The pool is nice and large enough. The resort owner seems to be continuously upgrading parts of the place. So I'd expect that it only gets better :)

This place is paradise but I had the WORST massage of my life yesterday by one the beachfront masseuses next to Rock salt restaurant. There were 3 Thai women giving massages and they talked and laughed really loudly to each other whilst I paid for their 'service'. My masseuse answered her phone at least once during my appointment and she was so unfocused on me that I had to sit up and make her stop because she was hurting me so much. She dropped the oil dish all over the floor and was generally careless and it was a horrible, unrelaxing and uncaring service. One of the other masseuses when she finished with her client then started eating noisily whilst talking incessantly to my masseuse. I felt really violated by the end and felt worse than when I arrived. This is a big shame as the surroundings are stunning. These women need to learn some manners and etiquette and that we are paying to relax — we as clients deserve better.

I was with my 3small children, we enjoyed every minute in the yacht club. The staff is very nice and helpful, the villa is very comfortable for family and there is room enough for all, Some of The equipment in the bathroom was broken, the prices in the restaurant was too expensive (like normal things as shakes) but we will surly come back! e.

Luxurious and very comfortable room. Exceptional sea views. Idyllic beach early in the morning but very busy the rest of the day. Sea, ideal to discover the seabed but caution required if she is agitated. The staff available. Massages with sea view at the top. The only downside is the lack of privacy due to the architecture of the hotel.

I've stayed at crystal Bay three times over the last thirteen years and I've always enjoyed my stay. The resort is definitely on one of he nicest beaches and the staff are very accommodating. I will say that the food has been better during my previous stays and the facilities are in need of a few repairs. Overall a great stay.

Great location in beautiful surroundings. Staff very friendly & helpful. Room spacious & comfortable. Great place to stay for families with young children. I've been going to Samui almost every year for the past 30 years but this is the first time to stay at Crystal Bay. We will definitely come back to stay here again!

Very nice beach. Have a bite to eat. But sunbeds no, as the soul, but it's not much. Under the trees, you can find a good tenek.

Nice really stayed in the nice breakfast plentiful and good, we were very upset on the day of departure because it was an amazing holiday! For those who like tranquility and relaxation I recommend it! The only flaw is the sea is not very nice because there are corals for there was the beautiful sea pool we didn't care so much anyway we were happy to make your holiday in this beautiful harbour.

From Chapman, and the Michael's beach is relatively far away. But the environment is very good, especially clean. The hotel is like a big garden. Breakfast varieties not much, but it is very delicious and exquisite. Beach snow white, good.
