Very cool hotel. Clean. There are two pools, breakfasts are tasty and varied. Rooms are cleaned every day. The bedding is white-footed. There is a fitness area. Very convenient location. There are plenty of cafes, bars, taxis, etc. I advise everyone.

Good place. Lots of fun stuff near by. Fantastic swimming pools. Good breakfast. Short walk to beach. I took a point off for the following items: room key. They issue you ONE. If you want a second key you have to deposit 500 Bhat, about $15 and it looks like you must return the receipt with the keys to get to refunded. The key is a chip style so they're probably expensive for the hotel but still, $15? And really, you need the receipt in addition to just turning in the keys? The other thing I didn't care for is that in the room there's a list of stuff you'll be charged extra for, involving loss or damage. It's pretty graphic with extra charge for "poop or pee" on the sheets. Sure, but do they have to put it on a sheet in the rooms? Staff is nice, evening staff has low level English skills, but they're very nice and pleasant. We found the room spotless, plain but nice. Everything works. Internet is a bit spotty, pools as I said awesome. Great place to relax for a few days.

Pool very nice, room correct: firm bedding and good quality, bathroom just correct (door towel HS and odor in evacuations, no hair dryer) room side street a little noisy see very noisy!
4 stars if you are side pool breakfast at will with possibility to order eggs or omelet, American style coffee, lack of quality in the pastries and no cheese welcome very well the staff is very nice free Wi-Fi but with cuts beach access to 2 minutes to global good value for money.

This is great! The center of the "ungual" life, but quiet and cozy. The rooms are decent.

Our stay truly felt like a vacation! Very kind and friendly staff with good English. Everything was accessible from the pool to the beach and even night market and other stores. Breakfast buffet includes variety of apetizers to desserts and drinks (hot and cold). The rooms are also clean and bright. They would clean your room, change towels and re supply you with water bottles everyday during your stay. The best one yet, the pools are designed with tropical feels and comfortable seats great for tanning. They have rooms connected to the pool right at the back deck (highly recommend). Must say the location is just perfect. The mood is serene and relaxing. Overall, I just want to stay here longer.

Two Bed Room, very clean (room service ladies does a pretty nice job cleaning), patio connected to the pool. (We also have extra bed for kids, even though we didnt have kids with us). The staff were really nice and most speak english well. The beach and the night market is only five minutes away, which was very convenient if you have nothing planned. The hotel offer lots of tour, probably the highlight of our stay here. Over all ambience was serene. (We even saw a rabbit hopping around the reception area). "Serbisyo dito ay all out! "

We got the superior room. Very spacious, breakfast adapted to the property. Nice the two pools, a quieter one. I did not understand the sign in the pool "no swimming". Friendly staff and always willing to help. Would stay here again. I also forgot the great location for restaurants and shops.

Great hotel. Great pool area-beautiful, for those who do not have enough sun loungers by the pool-there is another pool. Breakfast is good. It is a pleasure to relax on the territory of the hotel. The beach was great. The beach is not so cozy. There are a lot of restaurants, markets, massages and pharmacies right next to the hotel. The rooms are not outstanding. Sometimes you can see the little ants in the bath area. The TV reads flash drives, quiet at night.

The hotel is located in the heart of Lamai beach. Around a lot of restaurants, cafes, Sevan-Jelevanov. Good breakfast. The hotel has a lot of service staff. There are rabbits on the property, which is very amusing. I liked it. The only thing-overpowered mosquitoes, constantly went in bites.

Amazing breakfast! The deluxe room is magnificent. They have 2 pools but the garden pool was our favourite: mysterious, lagoon, jungle type of vibe. The service was impeccable. Highly recommended.

The pool area is gorgeous, well there is really 3 pools here, 2 pools in one side of the hotel and one smaller pool on other side. Well in the 2 pool area you have poolbar and a swimming section so it's good for everyone to enjoy plus good thing is you have sun on every Sunbed all day long. Rooms are very clean, and good Internet connection. Choose a room if you can by the pool or view for pool otherwise it can be a bit loud from the balcony if you choose Street view. Personal are very kind and helpful in every way. They speak good English, breakfast is okay. It's plenty of choice from bacon and eggs to all kind of Thai dishes, toast, fruit and hot drinks. Great location as well close to beach 50 m. Plus close to whole city.

The reception is quite mixed, the manager is borderline unpleasant, it made me not comfortable. Otherwise nice spacious room, clean, mėnage rigorous and regular. Good breakfast in the usual buffet spirit. 2 beautiful swimming pool and beach at 5 minutes walk.

Fabulous staff. Miow on reception. So polite out of her way to be helpful. Room service girls cheerful and excellent. Koi in restaurant professional and so happy to be helpful. Excellent all round.

I'm here three weeks now. It's just super good here. Breakfast at noon the pools U d also the staff and you're in the centre of lamai many shops and restaurants. Tomorrow it is unfortunately back Karl H. Wien Austria.

Very nice hotel! Quiet surroundings, nice plants, rabbits running around, nice clean pool… a bit pricey compared to others but you can see why! ;)

Absolutely worth the money! The Place is quiet, clean and tidy, friendly staff and great breakfast buffet. The staff takes care of every detail in the facility which makes it loveley. Would definitely visit again!

Awesome value for money close to everything but quiet, 2 very large swimming pools and friendly helpful staff. All ice is brought in and made with filtered water so safe to drink, down a path and 50m down the road you will find the beach. Warning don't put toilet paper down the toilet as blocks it up, but that is pretty normal any place you go in Thailand as different plumbing system.

This is an amazing hotel. Two big pools and not many tenants. We had a great stay in silence and comfort. The sea is in a four-minute walk. Private area, parking. Close to the center of the lama. There's always a place to eat in the café and the expensive restaurants, and you can eat in the Makashnicah opposite McDonald's. Price-quality fits.

Dead in the center of Lamai. The rooms are big enough with a large balcony. Friendly helpful staff. Overall good value. It was fun to stay here for a couple of nights. You need to go out in the evening thoug or the music from the bars nearby will keep you up. If you need more piece and quiet there's tons of places outside the villages.

My wife and I stayed in the hotel during our honeymoon this autumn. We've chosen this hotel since it's located in the center of Lamai town but almost near the beach. The rating was at a high level while the price is fair. Over a week we stayed here, everything was almost perfect. There were a nice room which was cleaned every two days, a big swimming pool, nice exterior, etc. The breakfast was quite poor though. Besides, it's very noisy at nights due to nearby disco-bars. Service was at a high level too, until. One day when we returned to our room and found out that a golden ring of my wife — which she left on a cupboard a few hours before — disappeared. For sure, the hotel personnel told us they didn't steal yet, but nobody else could do it. We didn't call the police since the ring wasn't expensive, but just decided to warn you here.

Room clean, peacefull, good staff, pool and simply but swimm!
If you want to visit Ko Samui, this is the right place to stay.
Clean, quiet, great pool, friendly and polite staff, great breakfast, close to the beach and to many local amenities.
If you want to stay a few days in Ko Samui I can recommend this hotel which is really cute and not too expensive.
