We came July 2019 and we had such an awesome time that we came back in March 2020 Rooms great pool great service great food great drinks cocktails great beach setting Also quieter side of choweng beach but whats nice hotel has daily bus going to town and back Impiana resort you rock.

Brilliant stay here, all the staff are so lovely and couldn’t do enough for you.
We will definitely be back. We was celebrating our honeymoon here, and all the little extras was lovely. Thanks so much.

Great atmosphere, calm and away from Chaweng chaos. I had my wedding at Impiana in February 2019 and everything was Perfect! All the guests had an amazing time at the resort, the staff is super nice, food at the restaurant is delicious and we couldn’t wish for a better day. Thank You Impiana team for the fabulous time!

One of the staff went for extra lenght by sending us the nearest 7-11 without us asking for it and waited for us until we are done. That was an excellent gesture. Will definitely come back again in sha Allah.

Amazing hotel good rooms, service and food.

A very nice and original, the Hotel is very nicely located and quiet. The staff is friendly and the rooms were always cleaned. The magnificent stretch of beach, however, has a hook. Tourists are coming from outside every day — for probably cheaper/worse nearby Hotels and are free to use, of course, both the Pool, as well as the Beds and the sanitary facilities. Not that you begrudge it to others, because you probably paid a lot more. Rather, it is the safety aspect, because the rooms and terraces are located directly on the beach and also on the private stuff at the beach need to be "guarded". A pity that the staff is not riding here. It seems to be a secret to the Motto: "Bay a "cheap" Flophouse, and the premium uses the advantages of the Resort Impiana on lau".

Another important thing that made our Samui vacation memorable is the place we stay. This beautiful beachfront resort located on Chaweng Noi beach was a great choice for us and had everything we needed. They serve great food selection for brunch and their beachfront resturant also made delicious "Thai beef Salad" in town (We had it twice! and I am Thai. ) … More importantly, the hotel staff are very kind, friendly & have great service-minded to help you with everything you need and always with smiles on their faces. All that said made our stay even more memorable… Special thanks to "Khun Noi" (Front office manager) and her team always answered all my questions about where to go in Samui and recommended us the great island tour for this trip ka…

The location is great for privacy. Rooms are little old. Suoerior rooms are tiny. Well mannered staffs. Beach front breakfast is good but not much of a choice. Overall satisfying.

Great quiet hotel on the pristine beach.

Amazing place for a quiet time or family holidays. Clean and family friendly pool (there is a small pool for kids as well). Food at the restuarant is good with reasonable price. There is complimentary spa for each room for 15mins. There is access to the beach (clean beach). Overall this place is worth every penny.

Beautiful Resort to stay. The swimming pool is at the edge of sea Beach. Wonderful feeling. The breakfast buffet had a vast choice. The Hotel staff is very courteous and helpful and well versed in English.

9 days past; 9 days with the MM buffet breakfast no variety, it looks like the Thailand has only 4 kinds of leaks damage for the breakfast PTI. Mountain View equal to main road view with traffic impossible to open the window cause of noise. No STF in French. Otherwise the shuttle to the city is not negligible. And very clean beach and bar Simpas at the beach.

Wonderful Resort immersed in nature, an amazing beach, nice staff and great food. Try skewers with sweet and sour sauce that make women on the beach.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Lovely hotel, lovely breakfast, food and cocktails! beautiful beach location, pool was very nice and everything was spotless and well kept. The staff were all extremely nice and couldn't do enough for you. I would highly recommend this hotel and hopefully get to return again some time!

Very humid, well equipped hotel.

Ok. The main plus is the beautiful beach. There were a few controversial moments when staying, but overall the experience is pleasant. Congratulations on your honeymoon! ) checked in a little earlier than the official check-in time. There was a welcome drink and a plate of fruit. There is a free shuttle to Central festival-very convenient if you are without a car. No toothbrushes! ) was unexpected. But, perfect body lotion in the room, with the aroma of sweet mint) in the evening a chic dinner to the sounds of saxophone-magically ♡!

Clean, well maintained small hotel on the hill. Friendly and helpful staff. Changed the room with a view of the road to a room with garden view free of charge. The only thing that is not very udon, there are no sidewalks to walk outside the hotel. Road with heavy traffic. But near Chaweng and there is a free satvas.

2nd time here. Great rooms, friendly service, beautiful beach. Special mention to Mas, the head chef and Ben at the beach bar for always going out of their way to make us feel welcome. Highly recommend.

Beautiful resort great hospitality and a wonderful get away on a holiday. Idle location. Beach side.

Good balance between access to bars and restaurants at the northern end of chaweng beach and a more peaceful location. This resort is right at the southern end of the beach and one of the last resorts to have its own beach. Staff were friendly and helpful. Be careful if you order food as some of the prawns were served slightly raw, let them know if you don't want this. Free 15min massage was a nice touch.

The hotel is very nice and comfortable. Many choices of dishes early in the morning.

We had our wedding at the Impiana July 2014, there were a total of 55 guests, we all stayed here for up to 2 weeks, my wedding and reception were organised by email with the Mr Sujin, I was quite nervous only being able to do it this way but wow he met and exceeded our expectations. All guests have commented on numerous occasions since that it was the best wedding they have been too, nothing was too much for the staff there. They have happy hour 3 times a day/night at the bar down on the beach, the staff there are friendly, funny and chatty, we went back a year later for our 1st Anniversary and once again we ere treated so well, Mr Sujin even had a dinner for two set up on the beach for us one night, I can't say enough good about this place and we are intending on going back there again with a group of people July 2019, can't wait :)

The hotel is very nice and the rooms are very clean and the staff is very friendly. Bathtub Courage shower instead of spacious shower. The breakfast buffet is ok, due cocktails at the bar not and everything a bit more Expensive. Luckily there are günstifrre on the beach right next to it and good alternatives. To Chaweng center, MSN must travel by taxi or TukTuk. Chaweng is very noisy and full. Chaweng Noi ISR Quieter. All in all, the hotel can be rated as Good. The beach is good, fine sand and the water is SHALLOW. Ideal for Children.

Nice quiet boutique resort. Excellent service with reasonable room rates. Not s bad location. Nice beach front. And live band at night at beach front restaurant. If u r seeking more action at night, just crossover to next door beach club for some nice music. Room is rather comfy.

As for me this hotel doesn't deserve 4 stars! The environment in the hotel was awful, couldn't take normal shower for two days, first day I was like okey maybe they fix it, when we came back from the day trip around island, we were so tired and needed shower, it was no water at all, we complained in reception, so it was fixed as they said. Next day it was no water also and housekeepers didn't clean the room till 4, but usually in all the hotels they do it in the morning while people on breakfast or beach or whatever, so when you come back you have clean room and towels. Then we left the hotel and when we came back pretty late room was cleaned but two dirty beach towels on the floor which they didn't change. One more thing you have to make sure you put on your door don't disturb just in case, because ones we were relaxing after hard day at late evening, they knocked ones on the door, and we had no chance to scream "wait" so they opened and came into room to change towels… But I can say that managers are nice and beach view is good, swimming pool small but it's okey for families with kids. Not gonna recommend this hotel for my friends. +And as a bonus the sheets on the bed with holes; it's a small thing but it's not 4 stars hotel :)

Stayed there for 6 nights. Good hotel with great stuff. Location little bit further from center so either you have to pay for the overpriced taxy or compare a timetable and use hotel shuttle bus. The hotel have good beach and couple good beach bars close to it.

Quiet location right on the beach but not quite new and prices slightly higher than in the area.

Worst hotel with deceiving room description supposed to get sea view and we got wall view, very small breakfast and shuttle to the city center is only few times per day and each and every time you need to make a reservation 3 hours before! Just ridiculous.

The service and facility is very good. But you should develop the service specially 24 hrs food service. The transportation from hotel from and to chawang Centre is good facility Need to have late back to hotel from chawang Centre, suggesting 1 am.

Resort staff, you eat even slightly higher than the prices quite well with the premises of the Center cittaidino. Great service, friendly staff. Convenient free shuttle service that takes you to the Mc Donald (Center). The rooms are a bit small, but very cozy. Very clean which is not at all obvious.

Quite expensive for Thailand. Food and services inside resort at least double the price outside.
