We haven't left the accommodation yet and there has already been a number of problems! Firstly when we arrived in they brought us to our room and left us. I saw that the bathroom was filthy and that there was no hot water because the aircon wasn't turned on to heat the water! Then we tried to lock our door with the key and it wouldn't lock! We then realized that we had the wrong key as the number on the key was different to what was on the bungalow. My boyfriend then went over to reception to tell them about all of the above. They said oh the cleaners aren't here so we can't clean it until the morning and that it was the right key and to keep trying. Tried the key again and still wouldn't work. So we went over to tell them again and they looked at us as if to say we were wrong. Eventually after much deliberation they realized they put us into the wrong room! Lucky we complained or we would have been sleeping in used and unclean beds! When we finally made it to our correct room our door wouldn't shut properly and takes a few minutes each time to close the thing! Also our internet didn't work even though we are supposed to have free Wi-Fi (what else could go wrong? ) Then this evening we walk back to our room to open the door to find a few geckos all around our room. We realize they are harmless but didn't want to have them in our room like any other creepy crawly. So we went to reception. One person at the desk. Completely useless. He kept asking me "so what can I do for you" and in the end he said he couldn't do anything and to just live with it until the morning and then we can speak to a manager. No offer of a new room or of any type of help whatsoever! This was the last straw. I would not recommend this hotel for anyone to stay in and feel comfortable. We will be leaving as soon as possible.
