The hotel's location is great, the staff is really really nice and helpfull, the rooms are super clean… We enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it to everybody and come back again!

Couldn't ask for abetter deal for the price! Rooms are huge and equipped with a fridge, tv, ac, boiler and even a hair dryer. Location is great as you are minutes away from the beach and all the entertainment on the main road. It is at the beginning south of the beach. Staff is great and I would definitely return.

Next to the sea, though the sea shallow had to go to the right. The staff are very friendly, delicious breakfasts, large rooms.

The hotel is a solid 3 *. Divided into two enclosures. We lived in the building a (courtyard). The room is average in size, there is a bed, fridge, kettle, TV, air conditioner, and something like a locker (without shelves, 2 hangers, no more than 1, 3-1, 5 meters in height). The TV and locker we did not use. Rooms with very large windows, from this insulation very bad-hear everything that neighbors say. Bathroom sink, mirror and shower hose, separate shower no-shower-all bathroom) also has a small balcony overlooking the territory of a neighboring hotel-the view is decent) near the front door outside there is a couple of chairs and a table-in the evening you can sit (with neighbors, T. K. Audibility very good) ) ) ).
The breakfasts are hearty but monotonous. The staff is courteous but not "turkey". Cleaned every day and well.
The room was very clean.
The Seven Eleven shop is a stone's throw away. The hotel is basically located in the center of the tourist area-cafes, restaurants, store and fruit counters, night market-all within walking distance.
The beach is across the road, snow-white pleasant sand, the sea is transparent. We arrived in the season of Strong Ebb (early June), so couldn't swim, but just walking along the beach was very nice. Photo-postcards have been filmed plenty)

Beds were good, fresh towels and shower soaps replenished every day. Staff very helpful with recommendations and other requests: printing, early checkout etc. And very friendly overall. Only issue was connecting to Wi-Fi. I have an iPhone 6 on ATT and friend had iPhone 10 on Verizon, both had issues. Contacted staff and they showed that they had good working Wi-Fi and other customers didn’t have same issue. Also 30 second walk from beach and about 7 minutes down to nice stretch of restaurants, shops, and bars. Also great value for the price.

The location is great.

Simple but Massive rooms, great location and clean and comfortable. Some may find the beds on the firm side, but otherwise pretty good value for money. Fast internet connection but in the evening has a tendency to drop out. I was in a top floor room 307B.

You get plenty room for what you pay for here. I stayed for 3 nights and would gladly come back. The good location, knowledgeable and friendly staff really improved my stay in Samui. Shout out to Kun and thanks to everyone there.

I have been travelling to Koh Samui for the past 6 years and from the first time it has been my favourite place to stay. Its close to the beach its affordable, nice and clean. But the most important I always come back for the Tuna salad in the restaurant!

Nice hotel with very friendly staff. Big clean room. The beach is across the road. 7/11 near by. Really enjoyed my stay and definitely recommended.

Great place, our room was really spacious and clean, the location is perfect, quiet at night and not too far from the center. Staff was so helpful, they helped us to book a speedboat to the fullmoon party and also arranged us a transfer to the airport, as we were checking out very early. We can highly recommend this place.

Wonderfull staff that give us good tips about the tour, transfer service… The room was very clean and daily cleaned. The beach area is just 1 minute by walk far away from Hotel. Seven Eleven is less than a minute. It was really good holiday and thanks for everything.

Bedbugs and extremely unprofessional! (01-07-18) Do not go. After finding bedbugs and dirty sheets I immediately went down to inform them of the issue. After showing them pictures, I was then being ushered to the new room we were being moved to. Ofcourse, I wanted to check the new room’s sheets, however the lady working the front desk who went with me to do so tells me “don’t mess up the bed” because the cleaning service is not onsite, and there would be no one to remake the bed… (she being a worker of this place) Doubfounded by her remark, I then understood that she was clearly not taking the issue of bedbugs and dirty sheets seriously. After, we went back to the dirty room to show the evidence (have picture of sheets and bugs) and collect my bellongings. Even after seeing the — clearly — dirty sheets, she still asked if I preferred the other room… while I was grabbing my things she asked if i’d bring her the room key (to the dirty room) once I had finished moving to the new room because she could not be bothered to wait the two seconds it would take to grab my bags, and take it herself. When I told her that this would not be happening she walked out of the room with the key thus turning the lights off. To which she returned with the statement “do you need the lights” (it was dark, and my friend was putting the few items she had unpacked in the 30 minutes of being there back in her bag).

Price/performance fits. Nice anxiety and large rooms.

We had an excellent time here! Rooms were better than expected for the price and the staff were very friendly and spoke English well. A bit of a walk into the heart of Chaweng but only about a minute walk to the beach itself.

Great hostel, very welcoming and friendly, we got an upgraded room for free. The guys at reception were really helpful. Rooms were very clean and its just a short walk to the beach.

Friendly staff. Interesting tinted glass windows and doors. Yes, you can see through them so use the blinds if youre modest.

The owner was fantastically accommodating. Had a wonderful, but too short, stay.

To be honest, Unbelievably great considering the cheap price. Large room, super comfortable location. The only downside was the shower, but it's still overall an amazing value for your money.

It is an overpriced hotel. 1. No privacy at all (the room has no walls from the one side and the curtains doesn't closing well! ) 2. The bathroom was really small and full of mustiness! 3. The duvet has no cover so I guess that it was used from the previous guests without cleaning. 4. The room wasn't clean, there were coffee stains from the previous guests! 5. The internet was not working at all! 6. We wanted to pay with card and they charged us 3.2% more! To sum up with, the rooms are not for humans!

Great hotel, clean room and always friendly staff! The breakfast is super tasty and there is a good selection of different food you can choose from the buffet.
