Far from the sea, otherwise superb.

The hotel is very unpleasant. Hit the roulette. Is far from all the beaches. Without the bike there just to do nothing. Taxi to go there don't want lomyat price. Next to no cafes, no shops. Even the food on the street did not sell. In a remote village. Only supermarket near big C, at 22:00 is closed. Once a day you can go to Chaweng beach (only this one) for free or at 10:00 or 14:00. Back with him for the money or the usual taxi. I'm not comfortable in the morning this time. I left and she asked me if me to get free 1 time per day. Of course not. Breakfast is terrible even for a budget hotel. The owner of the Indian walks squints and makes comments. The guide said that the owner of the video showed her as a Russian take away food from the Breakfast that wouldn't do. It does not take into account that 50% of the tourists sleep and don't go for Breakfast. Child at 10:00 PM was kicked out of the pool. Like it's time to sleep. Hang posters in silence. Deck of glass — my child will swim and watching. This host is Indian hissed like a snake, do not touch the rim. Shorter walks in the morning and afternoon and evening — all dissatisfied. Like we for free live. Opposite the building hews terribly. The room is so-so. It is not clear why there is a kitchen area in front of the toilet. Yes there is don't you sit down. Conder good. Russian channel on TV no (written call … and pay for). To smoke and to not drink around the pool. Nowhere else.

Nice hotel. The staff is friendly, clean and comfortable. In the pool you can swim until late. There are evenings with live music, bar and good bbq.

The location is very good. Breakfast is very good and the food is very good. The room stock is different, the standard rooms are pretty scuffed. Not recommended.

Always worth a detour.

The hotel needs some work doing to it, looking a little old and tired in places … BUT the staff are amazing! they are some of the best staff you could want working front line with tourists! thank you!

We paid 27 Euro per night for deluxe room with monotonous breakfast. The room is ok and pretty clean… but the pictures of this hotel on the internet are far from reality. Do not expect luxery four star hotel. It was in the past, but not now. In the public toilet you do not have soup, everywhere in the breakfast room are flies, personel does not understand English at all, internet in the room doesn't work, from the beach it is one hour by foot or about 10 min by scooter. Not far away is a supermarket, but to reach it, you need to walk on the main road, where you do not have sidewalk. There is a nice big swimming pool, which is a really positive point for this hotel, but next to this hotel, there are construction workers and it is really noisy. From the top of the hotel you have an amazing view, but asides of that the hotel lost its glory. If you are going to book the simple room, which is pretty nice for 17 Euro, than its gonna be worth your money, but not more.

This place is very convenient. The room is clean. The swimming pool is awesome. The scenery is breathtaking.

Unless you have a car, this hotel is very far from the main attractions. On Expedia, it's written that Aspira offers free area and Shopping shuttle. However, it has only 3 departures, it only goes to Chaweng Beach under reservation and no return (you have to return by taxi), It's even dangerous to walk since there are no sidewalk. We booked for a king size bed room, but we got 2 twin beds and we're told to put them together to get a bigger bed. Also, On the same day of the arrival we've booked to go to another hotel. This places is not recommended if you're planning to walk to get to places.

Very nice place but far a little bit from the center of changweng… it s not a problem if you rent a motorcycle for 200 bath per day.

The pictures are very deceptive, looks like a gorgeous resort style hotel, the reality is quite different. It's not walking distance to food outlets or anything of interest, so unless you have your own transport (scooter) or are happy to pay for taxi's everywhere, it's not suitable for most. The pool looked very pretty but was too cold to swim in for the 5 days we stayed. The Wi-Fi worked intermittently, ended up easier to just use a prepaid Thai sim as it was faster. One night we asked the desk if we could borrow cutlery and they said they didn't have any, even though we used it that morning at the breakfast buffet. The breakfast buffet was prepared in the underground carpark then transferred into bain maries that weren't heated, so the sausages, eggs, ham, noodles, soups etc were all cold. The water pressure was non-existant or would blast so hard it would shoot the shower head backwards. The shower heads themselves are in need of replacement as they're horribly corroded. The day we were leaving the staff were not helpful at all (pencilling in their eyebrows and playing on their phones behind the reception desk) we were told the taxi we booked in advance the previous evening for the airport that morning was sent off with other people in it. Also cost 400 Baht, paid to the hotel, I'm told it would've been cheaper if we'd just ordered it ourselves. The staff make promises, knowing they can't deliver, we were lied to on more than one occassion. Don't stay here!

Great experience staying here! 5 minutes away from Big C (big supermarket) and about 10 min drive to Chaweng beach. The room we stayed in was really comfortable. The swimming pool was amazing but unfortunately the gym was out of order.

The hotel is good! Breakfast is monotonous, boring, but can be satisfied! The rooms are nice (especially family — I recommend). The location is very far from infrastructure. Away if you move only a moped or taxi. This is the main disadvantage. Well, if there is a moped that is not at all what! )
