Great hotel with close distance to Fisherman’s Village and the ocean. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The welcome drink was amazing!

The hotel environment and staff are very nice. The location is very easy to go to some other highlight on the beach. I also tried the dinner there which is also nice both the taste and view.

1 bed pool suites are fantastic and the staff throughout the resort could do enough for us.

Very nice hotel on the beach and in the immediate vicinity of Fisherman's Village. The hotel's gardens are beautiful and there are rest areas. Families and couples can find their happiness. The comfort of the room is very good. The breakfast buffet is varied and filled with good fresh products. The Beach Bar offers excellent cocktails and juices. Large pleasant swimming pool with several areas for children and swimmers. On the beach the hotel ready paddles and kayak. Only downside on the bathroom closing system which is certainly design but impractical.

We stayed at this hotel from 28/05 to 11/06/22. Great hotel right on the beach and just a few meters from Fishermen Village. The hotel is situated in a beautiful palm garden. Rooms are large and nicely furnished in Thai style. Great restaurant in Hotel Anantara. Super delicious food. Steak, Fish, or Thai. Everything is very good. Great view over BroPhut beach. Service is perfect and very attentive. Have eaten here four every night in 14 days and it has always been very good. Many thanks to the employees Fai, Pakky and Som you are great. Great space by the pool and on the beach at Hotel Anantara. Delicious cocktails and drinks. Great service from Yut and his team. Happy hour time is especially great ✌️. Here you can relax and enjoy the sea. We come back. See you soon Michael & Angela.

Beautiful accomodation with exceptional service.

Great experience here, very nice spa, great sea view chilling with wonderful beach and excellent services from Anantara. So impressed, simple but so touching. I visited here 2nd time in the year already, and plan to revisit again soon. Thank you 🙏 ❤️

Beautiful resort, I must say please visit Anantara Bophut Koh samui at A shore. A place with Thrilling beautiful excellent service. Wonderful drinks and food. They maintain All the necessary hygienic standards. The hotel management is so humble, specially Ms. Cindy and her team on top of everything. A must visit place.

This is second time we stayed in this hotel. Because my children like. This time was also great and we spent wonderful time here. Children enjoyed very much in pool and beach. We had very unforgettable moments that we can share good memories with my family for long time.

Great place for family vacation. Our family trip this time is of 6 people, grandparents and two grandchildren age 9 and 11. We stayed in a two bedroom pool villa for three nights. The manager is so kind, adjusting the sofa bed to accommodate the boys. Quite a lot of activities can be done here, swimming, kayaking, table tennis, gym available. The boys enjoyed all water activities. The breakfast was great 👍. Love the careful selection and the beverages offered. The chef was so attentive, checking on the service and the buffet line often. All staff was welcoming and helpful.

Staff are very very nice and friendly. Very good ambiance and quality service, I enjoyed and appreciated boxing, Yoga class and Spa treatment.

Best beach front pool vila with 2 bedrooms! Perfect for our family and location is great you can walk from the beach to fisherman place too. Staffs are very friendly and helpful specially KHun Nancy she helps us with all info great hospitality, will surly come again ⭐️

Friendly staffs and nice environment. Overall feel good with this stay.

Not exactly family friendly despite having a kids club, as there are no stairs to get to the rooms. Overall, it was a pleasant experience at the resort and the complimentary rental of the rattan beach bag was a thoughtful idea, came in handy everyday when we visited the beach and swimming pool.

The staff here are extremely friendly and helpful. The facilities provided are fantastic.

I can not fault this place! its honestly one of the best places I've ever been and ever seen from the location to the hotel staff. The staff are all exceptional always polite, always happy and smiling from the caters to the hotel staff and bar staff, they all go the extra mile for you! e fishermans village is literally a five minute walk and your there restaurants, bars, markets, street food, clothing shops… would highly recomend this place for couples and families. Defo be coming back here!

This was truly an amazing holiday and the Anantara was such a wonderful place to stay … all the staff are so helpful and kind and always wore a smile so sad to leave this wonderful hotel and can’t wait to return … soon!

Staff are amazing, food is lush, pool is lovely and the view is spectacular.

Have had a very relaxing week here we have hardly left the hotel so pleasant to lay around the pool the staff are so attentive and the grounds and gardens so well maintained would recommend this hotel and will do when I return home.

Thank you to the staff that made our private beach dinner under the stars so magical. My husband and I appreciate the excellent service and fabulous food prepared for us. Highly recommended for couples.

This property is very good atmosphere. At noon a lot of trees make a green natural. At night a lot of trees with decorated candles make a romantic vibe. The beach is awesome.

Had an amazing wedding here and I can't say enough good things about the setting, the service, the food, the whole thing. Absolutely top class and I wish we could do it all over again.

We have visited this resort several times both as a guest of relatives staying there and as an independent outside guest visiting for lunch or dinner. The staff are exceptionally helpful and the resort is maintained to an excellent standard. We also find the concierge team and beach team very efficient and diligent when it comes to assisting our guests with arrangements for beach pickup/drop off for the private charters we offer to explore the islands.

Great if it's what you're looking for. It's very relaxing and safe, but it's not got much of the classic Thailand night life. If you're looking for a quiet place to stay, this place is great.

Very nice Hotel, very friendly like familiar, personal 5*, cool Pool, im 2 Minutes walking you are on the beach trough the hotel's beautiful gardens and pools, nice buffet for everyone. This Hotel I recomend highly for everyone who's gonna visist this beautiful island.

Luxury Contemporary Thai decoration style, nice place for retreat, staffs are very friendly. What should be improved is only breakfast buffet, quite amazing to see queue up for table. Restaurant is so small doesn’t fit with no. Of guests, also not so variety food if compare with price$$$

Gorgeous hotel, totally beautiful gardens, one of the nicest pools I have ever been in, the water was so warm, it was so easy to get into. The garden room was beautiful and spacious, very comfortable bed, quite luxurious, loved the layout with double sinks (his and hers), big deep bath, large shower room with drench shower and hand held shower, fabulous soap, shower gel and shampoo. All the staff were so friendly and attentive, absolutely delightful. Breakfast was amazing, everything you could want, western food, eastern food, nothing missing, very good quality. Beautiful beach. I really relaxed and enjoyed myself here. Would definitely recommend. Honestly, did not want to leave.

Lovely peaceful hotel. Staff very helpful. Lovely breakfast with choice of full English, continental and thai food. With only a small walk for evening food. Lovely selection of Thai food and different cuisines from different countries. Just adding to our review we just returned back from our holiday. Like to thank all of the hotel staff for such a magical and peaceful stay We even had large umbrellas in our room. Which came in useful on the last but one night of our stay. The rain did not stop us going out. The only negative comment is the restaurant at the hotel and bar is very expensive. If they reduced the price of the meals we may have eat there more often. We had the complimentary free meals for our eleven night stay which was a beautiful 3 course meal with two bottle of wine between four of us. This was beautifully presented meal. We ordered some water and was charged £5 for two small bottles of water. This is a our first stay in Thailand and we would recommend this hotel and resort.

The "+": — a truly beautiful hotel, almost implanted in a kind of lush jungle — extra beach-side swimming pool — Welcome and extra Service: We wanted to take an excursion to the islands of Ang Thong, a person dedicated to the organization took charge of T Out, and the day was perfect!
— We had the chance to attend the dance show evening (buffet on the beach, Thai dancers) and it was great! It is necessary to book and especially to inquire because they do it only once a week (Wednesday I think) — the rooms are pretty and well decorated — one of the best breakfast buffets we have made the "-": — the rooms are quite small — we are NS had toilet problems (flushing of broken water forcing a request for intervention) then clogged toilets (new intervention) : no luck?
— The concept of a "all-inclusive" room is nice and modern (a sliding panel separates the shower from the room for example) but for the WC, there is no privacy (no wall, semi-transparent door that does not rise to the ceiling) and we do not have too Liked.
— mosquitoes impose that the rooms are sprayed with a special product every day.

Currently I am lying here on the beach and am thrilled. Staff is nice, facility is well maintained and the rooms very clean, breakfast is great and rich. If you need it, you can also go to a well-kept pool.

Beautiful gardens. Peaceful place to stay. Sandy beach is gritty. No good for snorkeling. Lots of posh bars and restaurants very nearby. Swimming pool was great.

Stayed for 16 nights and everything was amazing from the food to the spa. Our host Ten was exceptional and always ensuring our stay was amazing. When we had an issue with paint smells in our room due to work being done, amost immediately after reporting this the front desk was extremely quick in looking to rectify the situation. Ten was a great host and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was amazing. Due to the exceptional service provided by Ten they now have a repeat customer.

We have had a five day stay and have to say this is the best resort we have stayed at. The staff are very friendly and welcoming, the food is excellent as is the accommodation. We have thougherly enjoyed our stay and will not hesitate to recommend this resort.

If you are looking for a luxury resort… Anantara never fails. The room, facilities, staff, restaurants all at top notch. Just the buffet need a little more variety… Big fat people like me may want more food varieties. Hahaha… The environment, ambience and the setup quickly put you to a holiday mood… Enjoy it!

Anantara Bophut is a relaxing Resort that gives you more privacy and relaxing compare to the Chaweng area, the Resort is in a perfect location inside the fisherman area surrounding good restaurants and nice places to see. I recommend it for couple's in honeymoon and family's with children. The valued per money get 4 stars in my opinion and the services get 5 stars as know in all the main area in Thailand.

Amazing hotel. Very well kept and maintained! All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone! Room was cleaned once a day and then the cleaners came to the room in the evening again to spruce up ur room before bed and also left very nice notes written onto a leaf each day although this was probably because we were on honeymoon. Breakfast was very good. Many varieties of food available and all tasty. Also they have a chef on to cook u fresh eggs whatever way you like (poached, scrambled, fried ect)

Amazing hotel. Very well kept, food and drink are quote expensive but that is to be expected with such beautiful surrounds! Would recommend very highly. We stayed in a garden view room which was good. But in hindsight I would go for a pool view. Closer to the actual pool obsviously and easier access to fisherman's village! Staff where all very helpful and polite. 4 bottles of free water ever day for your room was appreciated. We came on our honeymoon here and when we arrived we were greeted with a bottle of bubbly chocolate cake and a few other nice gestures! Great Hotel!

Beautiful place in Bhoput. I do recommend to try this boutique hotel. Near the hotel there is Fisherman Collage where you can find nice restaurants, shops and motorbike rent.

Lovely hotel, where my, my wife and daughter visited in March 2016 for a friends wedding. The staff were friendly, the food was excellent, and everything about the hotel was top class. A great experience all-round, and can't really fault anything about the holiday.

The pictures will probably tell you, an amazing hotel, we chose a sea view suite. And wow look at what we had. A sort of personal paradise, the area was really good too, a sort walk to some very good bar / restaurants. Service friendly, breakfast buffet quick spectacular, plus a cook on hand for omelettes and eggs.

A real little piece of paradise… The setting, the service and of course the staff… everything was perfect!

Friendly staffs, cozy and greenery surroundings. Easy access to convenient shops and very affordable restaurants where you can get the local cruises just across the road. Water in the hotel is salty, but general hygiene is good.

Tranquil 5-star beachfront hotel complete witha large infinity pool capped by a covered wade-up bar. The customer service was impeccable. You drive across a drawbridge before entering a heavily wooded courtyard lobby. The bellmen greet all guests with the thumping of a single sided bass drum. Since the lobby has an open design, you may be asked to wait in an adjoining enclosed library or dining hall to stay cool.

Stayed there in 2012 so a bit late on the review. We actually stayed here for nearly a week before our wedding and they were really wonderful. Even though we were having our actual wedding at another hotel they went to every effort to ensure that we were well looked after. The service was spectacular, the atmosphere was very relaxing and on the day of our wedding at another hotel they arranged transfers for us, it was seamless. We are currently planning a return trip next year on our 5th anniversary and will definitely be staying there again. We are even more excited because we have they have updated the already stunning rooms. See you next year!

Wonderful hotel, reasonably close to the fisherman's village.

Worst customer service. We inquired about a wedding package. Even they said they will get back to us, they never reply back to us until we contacted them again. And totally ignored what we write in our email. Better not to have our big day relying on their such service.

A wonderful plant for relaxing quiet hours! Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast and a very nice beach! Rooms are freshly renovated and very clean! The entire facility is very nice and neat, I have found absolutely nothing wrong. Simply just beautiful.

3 nights of pleasant vacation at Anantara Bophut, with a beautiful place and excellent service by their expertise and friendliness, made the impressive moment of Samui Discovery.

Had a beautiful 2nd anniversary at Anantara Bophut, we stayed 4 nights in a Anantara Suite (room 120), my wife and my 14 month old son and myself thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The standout were the staff for their friendliness, well done. From the moment we arrived, the warm welcome was immediately felt, welcome drinks and dessert plus a heavenly cold towel. The resort was like a huge garden, very lush and green. Appreciated the small playground in front of the lobby and the kids club, great for kids. There was also a library to surf the internet and borrow DVDs to watch in the room, these were great during the times when it was too hot to go out. My wife had a spa experience, and she couldnt stop raving about the massage she had. She was feeling so relaxed. We thought it was beautiful during the day, but come evening, when the fires were lit, beautiful was re-defined, just wow! With regards to food, the breakfast was of a high quality, variety was just about alright. The only thing was when opting to sit outdoors, there were some birds that would fly to the table and nibble away some food if you are not alert enough. We sat indoors after that 1st morning. We also tried Full Moon restaurant, it was good too (more detailed review at Full Moon page). Otherwise, it is a quick 5-10 minutes walk to fishermen village, where there are lots of restuarants option.
