Great hotel with great staff service and clean and tidy room. Like 5 stars standard service and environment.

Staff was helpful, he's explain all the details and location are just 10min to shopping street, 5min to Kimyong morning market. Room are big, clean and new. Everything are in perfect condition, they provide a simple breakfast in Lobby with different types meals daily. They also provide drinks and snacks for guest in lobby for 24H. Choose an uplevel floor to have a good view, total only 30 rooms in this hotel.

Good place to stay. Really close to the markets and pranee thai cuisine.

The staffs were very friendly and helpful. Room was spacious and squeaky clean. Best thing is they have sports channel so I can watch FIFA WC. They let me checked in earlier than the check in time. Street good stalls are available nearby. Although, it's a little walk away from the centre.

Stayed here with family of four. We added one bed which cost 500 baht per night. Overall, it a cosy & quiet hotel, it also with ample of parking which suitable for guest who travel by own car. It's also nearby some local Thai food with cheap price too.

The hotel is quite new and room is clean. The staff is very polite, helpful and is good in communication in English.
The hotel doesn’t provide any facilities but they do provide a simple breakfast that can fill ur stomach.
I will definitely stay there again on my next visit. Highly recommended. Keep up the good work.

Customer service is really very friendly treatment, it is worth to 5 stars! The equipment condition is also standard, the price is moderate, deserve everybody to come this one night.

Quite near to the city area. The room is clean. The staff is friendly. The breakfast is okay. The shop opposite sells one of the best roasted pork (in my opinion) in the town. Recommended.

Staffs are very polite, friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean and sufficient amenities are provided. There is also complimentary breakfast at 6am — 10am (if I'm correct). The place is not that far from markets. Didn't get to take pictures of the room, but the photos in the website are pretty much the same. Located in front of the hotel is a very delicious food stall that I'd recommend to try. The shower is a bit weak for my preference. Note that they didnt provide toothbrush and toothpaste when I stayed, good thing I brought my own. Also, the main door will sometimes open when you open the toilet door (due to air pressure in the room), main door has to be locked to prevent it. Overall, it's a good place for its price.

Excellent stay. -Clean room. -Quite centrally located. -Friendly staff. -Provide airport shuttle service for 300 baht. Tips at Hatyai: -Tut tut around town should only be 20baht per person. -Drivers sometime charge excessively to tourist spots such as floating market, ASEAN Night Market, etc. I used Grab Taxi instead for such instance. Cost usually around 90 baht. My favorite places: -ASEAN Night Market -Greenway Night Market -Odean Shopping Centre -Floating Market -Tops supermarket.

The service very good, the staff very friendly and helpful, I feel so warm every time when I see them smile at me. The room is clean, the bed very comfortable. I would come again if I visit this place again.

Very nice hotel. The room was clean and the staff were very friendly. The hotel has its own parking space, which is not in the city center, and is suitable for people who drive their own tours. If it is a backpack line, go out to take a tuk tuk, is also convenient. The only downside is that the sound insulation is not very good, the same floor or two floors of the switch door is very clear.

Clean room. Not far from Kim-yong market. Many restaurants and food trucks​around hotel. Fast and stable Wifi. Free parking.
