We had such an amazing stay here. Food from the Hotel is super good, pork shoulder a must try, pizza also really good. The staff are so friendly, Fern and Nut were so helpful and always willing to help. The cocktails are super! Top Hotel in Rawai :)

Beautiful views and the Resort is very well kept. The Pool is gorgeous and the restaurant and are very nice. I enjoy staying at this location because there are so many other local places you can also visit and sight see and dine at.

The friendliness and the outstanding Service impressed us most. The food and Bar are very good. The location is fantastic. The next time you visit we will choose, however, a somewhat larger home. The Cabanas are cool, but nothing more for the elderly.

Impressive with room size and good service. Definitely will come back again.

Stayed in the h20 suite for a night. Receptionist was very super helpful and friendly gave lots of informations on where to go and what’s nearby. Room was spacious and clean. Ordered room service and the staff even set up the table for us. Resort is about 5 mins to rawai beach by taxi cost 200 baht one way, where there’s seafood restaurants and there’s long tail boat service there too. The sunrise view was beautiful. Resort is definitely recommended.

This is a great place for a romantic get-away. We were here for 10 days. It’s away from the craziness of Patong Beach and very relaxing. We came during the rainy season, but actually had very little rain that affected anything that we did. That was a pleasant surprise! The rooms are very large and confortable with a separate living room area and kitchen and refrigerator which was important to us because of our longer stay. Breakfasts were great, with enough variety and changing some items on a daily basis. My partner liked the fitness facility. My one critique is for the Wi-Fi. Sometimes it was slow or would cut out completely for a bit. You also have to re-enter the login and password at least daily, which is annoying. The hotel is not really close to anything except a 7/11 across the street, so we rented a car for our stay, so that we could visit other parts of the island at our discretion. Be aware that they do drive on the left here and that there are thousands of motercycles on the island which often cut in and out of traffic and sometimes go the wrong way on the side of the road! Overall this was a good time to visit, as the beaches were not crowded and we could always find a parking place. Western style restaurants are hard to come by on the island, so be prepared for that. I also want to comment that the staff at Serenity were always very sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to any of my friends and would stay here again.

I liked it, however, the bidet is not very good. It would be better to have a Japanese or Korean bidet set. But you can consider it a small thing, as it is inexpensive to.

Lounge around this gorgeous pool with family or friends as you enjoy the views of Rawai Bay and the islands beyond. Work your way through the delicious menu or try something from the superb selection of cocktails.

This place was VERY NICE, we had a grand sea view room and it was perfect. Clean room plenty of space, friendly staff really good breakfast I would highly recommend this place to anyone.
Only reason I didn’t give them 5 stars the Wi-Fi seems to be a little slow and the Cocktails didn’t seem to have much alcohol in them, other than that place was perfect.

Overall: 4/5 I stayed in the H2O suite and was it amazing. Amazing views, private pool, and not that much higher in price compared to their sea-view rooms. The biggest problem was getting around the island from here was super expensive and something I should have done more research into prior to booking this place. Even then, glad I stayed here and when I want to get away from the busy world, I would definitely stay here again. Room: 5/5 What can I say, other than one of the most amazing room ever (H2O Suite). The suite itself is 2 floors, and the second floor is your own private swimming pool, and when I was looking at the booking prices, its just a few more dollars more expensive than the sea-view regular rooms. The room came fully stocked with with kitchen, but nearly everything is for purchase. The staff came in the room way too often, IMO. Maybe let your guests decide if they need their bed done and blinds closed? lol. Others will love being pampered as much, so I’ll leave that as a plus. (+) Large amount of space (+) Fully stocked kitchen with all utensils you might needs (+) Private swimming pool and it was a decent size pool as well (+) Good decor (+) Amazing views (-) Nothing in the room was complimentary, other than coffee and tea. All food/drinks was for purchase. Typically for the price and being the top end room, the mini bar is complimentary in most places. (-) Even though the view was amazing, the room itself was pretty far from the sea.

If you read about Rawaii it is a quieter part of the island and the beach whilst picturesque is not good for swimming. (It is quieter but there are a few nice places nearby if you don’t mind walking)
So having a pool on the beach is the next best thing, and we loved this so much.
If you want to swim In the sea head for the west coast, and if you love the sea to look at and swim in a pool on the beach then the Serenity is for you!
I’m not usually a breakfast fan but enjoyed he breakfasts here even though some people might see the selection as limited. But there is actually something for everyone albeit some choices are small.
Cocktails at night by the pool, lovely to watch the sunset during happy hour, but beware the flies in monsoon season!
Restaurant food is good but we ate out most nights as we went on a few trips where we ate out before returning.
The villa we had was amazing, right on the beach with a lovely pool. If your budget allows it I would highly recommend the pool residences.
Also a bonus, plenty of English channels, and half decent Wi-Fi. If you can’t connect the ladies at reception will get you sorted.

We loved this resort. The suites are huge, modern and clean; the views of the sea and the islands from the suites are stunning; and customer service is excellent. We did have a rental car but I am sure other forms of transportation are available too from/to the resort. We stayed here twice already and we used Chase points for our second stay. In summary, if you can afford paying a little bit more or if you have points to spare, stay in this resort.

Unlike the name no serenity a real ordeal this stay! This hotel is only a well hidden scam behind their photo so customers who will rated this hotel as a good hotel its just gents who don't get out of the TT from their room! and who took a room at 200euros at night! Minimum! After several stay in Thailand I was more than sickened of their practice! We had a room that did not match what we had paid for and over the room and besides all the rooms are infested but really infested with big mosquito in a room you find thirty mosquito and no exaggeration more it gets PE rput knowing the problem of selling the anti mosquito product in each room instead of making it available and dealing with the problem because for a 5 star it is unacceptable to have as much mosquito in every room! customer service sucks but sucks! does not deal with any problem even if it is their fault it leaves you in no soul! Plus we found several huge cockroach in the rooms we had to change room 3 times in 5 days! and under threats! really amazing the bad memory of this hotel I made several host hotel in Thailand and the 4 stars it was luxury compared to this scam to the pseudo 5 stars! the beach does not exist bathing is impossible the water is very very dirty and there is more water from the idiot afternoon high tide! so if you think of sunbathing at the beach by choosing this hotel just to rest and tanned it's ruined it will be that the pool!

Serenity Resort in Rawai, Phuket is one of the best hotels I have ever been to. The service, rooms, and view are all top notch and amenities are plentiful. The complimentary breakfast buffet had a wide range of Continental food as well as local fruit. There was an option to have bacon and eggs cooked by the chef at your choice. It was located about a 5 minute drive from the beach where you could take a long tail boat to one of the islands close by.

I think there are a lot of false reviews on this place. The hotel is very run down. The sea is very dirty and there was mould in both of the bathrooms we stayed in. The photos look nice but the reality when you arrive is totally different. This hotel is not worth the extortionate price, I would avoid this place always or learn the hard way.

We came back after 5 years to this resort and very disappointed. Very bad maintained, specially the rooms, which we had to move out the first night as there was a really bad mould and humidity problem. To the point where it was unhealthy. The first night we had to find a different hotel as they didn't have availability to change room and the rest of the stay they upgraded us to a suite room, which it was the same, it was really bad maintained. With stains everywhere and hard mattress. The pool and bar & restaurant where nice, but be aware that even if it has a private beach in front of it, it's far from nice. Where all the boats park. You won't see anyone swimming there. I hope you find this review helpful and you have it in consideration of you're planning to book the. P. D. : the staff were really helpful though.

I didn't stay here but a friend did. I went to visit him, he shoeed me around. Big big place, you wouldn't think that from the front. Security at the front, which is a nice touch. The back of the hotel leads onto the beach. The room seems are top notch, like apartments. If you have more money to spend then this would be a good hotel for you.

Excellent reception, rooms with all the comforts and beautiful. The hotel also offers tours but going around you can find them at lower prices. Just in front of the hotel you can rent scooters, experience that advice because in this way you can enjoy the views and turn to the province while having fun. The hotel is located 10 minutes away from the nearest beach and offers a shuttle with which to go in the nearby beaches. We had a great time and all the staff is always smiling and helpful.

This 5 star hotel has nothing, it is far from 5 stars. The breakfast was very nice. When you arrive you get a manual in which they advise you not to bathe on the beach that has right in front of the pool because it is dangerous, is secluded on a road you need taxis for everything and they are very expensive! Please choose another hotel!

An experience of paradise. Excellent is not enough praise. Extremely well looked after (whole family). Extremely spacious, clean and very cool rooms. View from balcony was brilliant. The scooter rental with a massage parlour just opposite hotel were both an excellent daily treat — so relaxing and friendly. No complaints about noise, rowdiness or hygiene. Lovely swimming pool (warm+clean), bar and gym. Exceptional breakfast. No smoking rooms was a HUGE bonus as rooms checked regularly-great security. Free Wi-Fi and parking. Finally, most places are easily accessible via short a drive. BRILLIANT! DEFINITELY returning but stay longer. 10/10 — west londoner, UK.

I stayed in serenity the first week in September '17 and I was beyond pleased. The breakfast could have had more variety and disappointed that eventhough we went down at the start of dinner I was unable to get the seafood I wanted on the seafood night. However, I just wanted a quiet break and boy did I get that. The hotel is not on the busy side of the island so nice and peaceful, there were no children when we visited so again nice and quiet. I had an oceanview suite and it surpassed my expectations by a mile. Absolutely beautiful and huge space. My master bathtub did not work properly but that did not affect my stay. The staff helped with everything we needed. I had not had a turn down service before but the maid service was great. My boyfriend loved the coconut cocktail. There wad a gentleman and his guitar on the Friday evening and he was absolutely fantastic. I would stay at this hotel again in a heart beat.

This is our second visit to this resort. Due to no fault of our own, we were upgraded to a level of luxury that defied our modest expectations. The staff were extremely responsive to our needs during our stay and made this experience all the more enjoyable. The buffet breakfast is still a selling point for me. At high tide the view over bacon, juice and a coisoint is hard to fault.

This Place is just what the name stands for! Serenity in a very chilled and Relax environment. I have already come here twice in a year with my family and it is awesome in every simple way. The Friendly Staff as well as the Hotel Managers very pleasant and always around and about to ensure that guest are keeping well. Service is good and the Breakfast is just what one would need. Been here twice and it was great for the price! The sun rise is a must do. Totally worth waking up for. We stayed in Penthouse unit and one bedroom with private rooftop pool. Great!

Very quiet and cozy place! Friendly staff, great service! All conditions for rest with a family or on your own!

Nice place located on the quieter site of the island. They offer great breakfast and meals throughout the day. A bar by the pool is always open for food and drinks. The Pool is nice and decent in size. Which is good since the beach is not really nice and one should drive a bit for a good beach on the west side of the island. Service is great and all facilities are always very clean. Even the cheaper rooms are quite comfortable in size.

Usually I stay at top level hotels but since we were passing through on a trip to all the little islands in Thailand we took this hotel because of the great pictures and the room with seaview and balcony! we arrive to a hotel facade that is run down and tired looking — then the room had NO balcony and a view facing a run down cement parking structure! I don't like to complain but this was just not acceptable — think it is false advertising, showing beautiful pictures of every single room and then we arrive and get the worst! Not a great 1st impression! We now have 4 more days here in serenity cement jungle: — (: — (nice staff though, no complaints on that;-)

Nice hotel. I am writing this review right now from my terasse relaxing after a swim in nice outdoor pool. I am definitely recommending it. Good view, excellence service and breathtaking view in the suite with seaview.

The hotel is great and the whole staff is very helpful, friendly, smiling, in fact all the staff at any level is really great.
The hotel and very clean, very well maintained.
There are 2 problems, the first is Wifi that doesn't very well, it cuts all the time and really it is very unpleasant when wants to send emails, when you're online, it's a bit boring to be honest.
On the other hand, are the second big problem for the image of the hotel, and I speak directly to all the Manager of the hotel, but especially to the great Director or the owner of the establishment about taxis that are located just at the entrance to your hotel.
These taxi drivers are really big MOBSTERS, mafia and not kind, they take you really for Pigeons, for example, for a 20 minutes ride, they ask between 1000 to 1500 baht while other competitors taxis require between 500 to 800 baht.
The worst part is that they force the reception to make only calls to them under pain of threats and other intimidation.
As they were by the all OK, we called other taxis in another sector, the driver arrived at our hotel, asked for the price to go to Phuket City Center, he asked us 700 Baht while the con man that are next to the hotel ask us 1500 baht for the same journey.
When our taxi arrived in front of our hotel SERENITY, the Chief of the band, threatened our driver and made it clear that he better not take us because it wasn't in its sector.

Far from all the sites. To go to the beach or Patong you have to book in advance, and there are very few places. The hotel's beach is not for bathing. The other way out of the hotel is paying 700 Baht to a taxi at the door to go to Patong or 300 to go to the beach. The other option is to hire excursions. The brochures were misleading because the rooms did not have jacuzzi. The good thing is that they serve you very well and the breakfast buffet is very good, we got to give food to a monkey one morning. The facilities are new, clean and have a lot of services. The restaurant is very economical and the view from the pool is very good.

Without a doubt one of the best resorts on the South of Phuket, with staff that speak to you and really care that everything is correct. The pool is awesome.
