Great place. I love not big hotels but small guest houses when you can talk to the landlord, ask for advice. This is the place. Clean, good breakfast.

Clean, cozy and friendly. Coffee is free anytime, you can get bicycles for free as well, and there are squirrels eating mangoes in the tree near us.

I'd serious stay here longer if I could. Honestly one of the best value stays I've had, and I can see why they have a 9+ rating on agoda (where I booked thru). Simple but elegantly designed, the rooms are clean and comfortably cozy. There's even a sofa & umbrella. And free breakfast with wholesome eggs, toast & ham, and meat? For the price, this is a steal by Phuket standards. I highly recommend this place, friend or foe!

Super inexpensive and clean accommodation in Rawai. The reception is warm and the breakfast is excellent. Bicycles can be hired free of charge and Wi-Fi is very fast. Always like to.

Warm and friendly welcome, as well as really nice dealing with one at any time. On arrival, we were already given some very helpful tips.
Breakfast, where you can choose breakfast between American and thai (order is made the day before) is prepared for a freshly prepared as soon as you sit at the table in the morning. :)
The room fulfils its purpose, the bed is comfortable, the room is air-conditioned, has a closet including safe and TV.
Very nice service: You can rent a bike or a scooter free of charge (! ).
Overall, a really great, friendly and kind of family experience.
The only two things I didn't think were so great was: (1) the clairvoyance.
The family is very diligent, which led to a sweep before breakfast at 07:15h unfortunately acoustically.
(2) Shower: In our shower, after using the "normal" shower shower, half the bath was underwater.
Vllt can be tweaking this point a bit.
Otherwise, there is and has been no criticism.
We'll be happy to come back! :) )

Clean great value for money.

Nice place, nice people… hotel is small, comfortable and cosy. Hosts are always smiling and offering help. Rooms are with big modern barhrooms. The best thing is that in the evening you can sit in the area outside your room and relax, drink wine or reed book — it's very cozy. Good hotel for families with little children.

Super nice family. Breakfast from the menu, absolutely adequate and super delicious!
Roller rental very courteous and always helpful.
Rooms are also perfect for this price.
For about 25 euros a night including breakfast, you can't go wrong here.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, quiet place. Simple, tasty breakfast.

This is the most wonderful place in all of rawai. It's clean, modern, simple, quite with an amazing location just off the beach and close to everything. Scooter rentals are cheep staff are extremely helpful and I would recommend to my dead great grandmother to stay here.

This place was absolutely wonderful. I've never been to a hotel that had staff even half as helpful. If you have any questions at all, they will try there best to answer it. They also do a great job of helping you plan trips and organize rides. The rooms were fairly small, but very clean and air conditioned. This was probably the best hotel experience I have ever had.

I can't recommend this place enough! Clean and beautiful with the friendliest staff I've ever encountered. Rescue dogs and cats all over the public areas to pet.

Super clean. The owners are incredible people. Very trustworthy, helpful, and pleasing to be around. This hotel is amazing and I would like to come back again.

We arrived at 2am and we're greeted by Peach (I'm sure that's not how his name is spelled but he said it's pronounced like the fruit). He was so polite and welcoming despite us arriving so early in the morning and waking him up. Everything he said to us was with a smile on his face. The room is very clean and the location of this place is great. They have bicycles you can borrow for free and motorcycles to rent for the day at a very reasonable price. We love this place.

The owners were insanely welcoming! The man had a sweet grin ear to ear and couldn't help us from smiling just as big! Offered a delicious breakfast in the morning and we even let them know we actually had to leave before breakfast time so he wrote down our departure time and woke up early to make us ours privately! If in Rawai this is a great place! Near The Freedom Bar too. Good drinks and music.

I've spent here two days. Helpful, kind hosts, clear rooms and great service. I recommend this place — just stay here, when You're in Phuket Rawai, and won't be disappointed.
