Absolutely loved our time here at Cascades. The staff are wonderful, shout out to Tia and Kung. We've had the best time, nothing is too much trouble for them and we loved that they accepted us as family. Thankyou to Cascades Resort, we'll definately be back.

From the moment you arrive at Cascades, you feel every muscle in your body start to relax. We were cordially & warmly greeted by Terry (and his dog Jack) on arrival and served a refreshing fruit juice along with an ice cold wipe to cool down. This place oozes style, charm and ambience. You could be forgiven for thinking you'd arrived in Palm Springs instead of Phuket. Think Mid Century Modern meets Thai Minimalism. The setting is absolutely beautiful. All of the rooms are single storey and arranged around the the pool, which in turn is surrounded by sun loungers. The bar area at one end of the pool offers an excellent range of alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages all served to a dreamy soundtrack of Bossanova and Jazz playing gently in the background. The rooms are airy, spacious, clean, modern and comfortable. The bed in our room was huge! The lush, green gardens are so exquisitely landscaped and filled with exotic blooms. In the evening the pool and surrounding area is awash with twinkling lights adorning the trees and bar. Terry is the epitome of the perfect host, he makes you feel as though you are the only guest staying there and nothing is too much trouble. Terry made our stay perfect. I was sorry to leave. I could've stayed for months! Thank you to you and your staff for your warm hospitality.

Nice small Bungalow complex. Price performance is right. Please don't be put off by the Access Route! It does not go to The Dump but to a well-kept Facility.

It's a great hotel. Very responsive staff. Host Terry "sick" for his business, watching every guest, trying to please in everything and help.

Stayed here for 1 night, all amenities included, water pressure quite satisfactory.

Upon first arriving, Joe made us some complimentary orange juice while we checked in. Then since the room was already ready, we were able to go to our poolside room. The room was spacious and clean. The bed was squeaky though, barely moved and it crackles. Besides that we loved staying there as it was relatively quiet there but yet you are only a 10 min walk to the beach area. While there we tried the food which was great and Joe made a killer Passion fruit Mojito! Best in the area! Even if you are not staying here, you have to go try one. Food was good and it was nice having a restaurant and bar at the hotel if you didn't want to go anywhere. They have a beautiful pool, a relaxing waterfall, and even a shaded area that you can relax and read if you want. If you don't want to stay around and adventure out, you can walk down to the beach or rent a motorbike from them. Service is great from everyone. They really do know how to take care of you. The owner Terry is nice and always makes sure you are doing well. And as it was said before Joe really knows how to make drinks, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic. (Iced coffee was superb as well) Would stay again next time we are in the area.

This is a wonderful and relaxing place to stay. For Terry and his excellent team, nothing is too much trouble. It is a small resort which gives a relaxed, friendly atmosphere where you feel part of a family. We arrived as strangers and left as friends. The rooms are an excellent size, beautifully clean and well maintained with great facilities. The resort itself is set in a pretty garden and we were lucky to have a pool view room. At night it all sparkles under a mass of fairy lights. The tables and chairs are arranged along one side of the pool adding to a romantic atmosphere for dinner in the evening. The focal point is the bar area at one end of the pool. Due to the size of Cascades, it is possible to meet all the other guests and make new friends and socialise if you choose to. The food is of an excellent standard and whilst a European menu is offered, I would thoroughly recommend the Thai offerings. It does take a little time for the food to arrive but that is because it is all cooked to order and you can be assured of its freshness. That leaves time for another cocktail while you wait. The staff are all very friendly and attentive. They all work together as team to ensure your stay is perfect.

Secret! Small, very nice resort near Rawai Beach. Totally quiet, clean and very attentive staff. Again at any time.

I liked everything, the best hotel for all our stay in Phuket. Finally, the Manager who normally speaks in English (Englishman), all told in detail and showed the same absolutely for free prepregnancy our cabin to the Deluxe. The room is big, very clean, cleaning every day and free 2 bottles of water every day. The entire staff is responsive, took their bike rental — return with no problems. The room has a safety Deposit box, air conditioning, bathroom and Hairdryer. The territory of the hotel is very well maintained, you will find a garden with a fish pond, there is a deep pool where you can swim in the evening, beds, tables. Evening all beautifully lit. Restaurant and bar prices are slightly higher than the city, but do not have anywhere to go. Moved on the bike, but the waterfront is walkable about 15 minutes. In a word very like it, was in 3 other hotels this with them not comparing.

This is a great resort. It is clean, quiet and frindly. Terry, the administrator, is a great host and it can help with directions and excursions. A sure 5/5 stars.

It is a hotel where the owner and staff is the best of the same, one feels at home. I spent the 31st of December and it was a beautiful moment.

What an amazing hotel and staff! I stayed at this hotel for 6 weeks and my stay was phenomenal :D I can only echo the compliments given from the previous reviews.
Cascades Resort is first and foremost a beautiful and peaceful hotel with beautiful spacious rooms and a lovely big pool. Everyday I was greeted with kindness and friendliness from the entire staff. Customer service is without a doubt the top priority at Cascades Resort and I can highly recommend this hotel for any traveller who wants to have a great time in Phuket.

Super laid back resort, very friendly and helpful staff, decent food not the best, clean rooms, and a short walk from the ocean. Free coffee, tea, and water bottles. And bar/restaraunt beside the pool.
