Amazing staff, amazing service and amazing rooms. This 4 stars hotel is a very nice place for families to stay in. Close to rawai beach and closer to yanui beach. It has a nice pool and nice resturant. Rooms are large and have balcony. Wifi is pretty fast but TV channels are poor. There is a small fitness center but has the basics. The hotel offers free bicycles for the use of guests at anytime. Shuttle car is available as well and the staff are very helpful and would do anything to make you feel comfortable. Prices are cheap for food and drinks and rooms as well. The free breakfast is convenient and delicious. Would recommend families to pay this hotel a visit.

Extremely inexpensive hotel with extremely large room and spacious pool. The staffs are helpful and always willing to help you out with anything you ask. At night you can hear the sound of cicada and other animals which are hard to find now a day. There is also a welcome drink, breakfast buffet and pool table all for free! Near the hotel is a small and peaceful beach, Yanui Beach, which you can rent the hotel's bicycle, free, to get there or just take a short walk is also possible. I would really recommend this hotel to anyone who want affordable, clean, spacious room hotel with peaceful beach to sit down, relax and watching sunset quietly. If I have a chance I will certainly go back again.

Wonderful place for holiday. Place is great for couples just as for families. Very nice beach 5 few minutes walking with restaurant and bar and also lifeguards. We were also snorkeling there. Not really much corals but a lot of lovely colorful fishes can be seen. Room was very nice and clean and all the people around very kind. The only minus were pretty much laid frogs — unbelievably laud so I had to use ear plugs but this may be seasonal (we stayed from 30th of April till 5th of may). Local restaurant also very good. I’d recommend this place.

Large rooms, friendly staff, varied and also extensive breakfasts, a very quiet location and yet only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful Yanui Beach. If it had been in the bathroom hooks or poles to hang around wipes and necessaire so there would be a 5 +!

The room we stayed at was very big and directly in front of the pool, really nice bathroom and comfortable beds with TV and sofa. There are 3 floors at the hotel with a small fitness room with e or 4 different machines outside and inside on the second floor. The service is very good and friendly. They help you with whatever they can and at the restaurant they offer good food to a good price. The breakfast is also good with different fruits, different corn flakes, coffee and tee, a menu that you can order from about 10-15 different things for example fruit pancakes or scrambled eggs. The location is very good! Walking distance to Yanui Beach max 3 minutes. It is located to two different view points and you can borrow bicycles for free and bicycle to Rawai beach. Overall a very pleasant stay and I can't really find anything negative about this hotel!

Easily the best resort I've stayed at. The staff is extremely friendly and talks to my 2 year old son in Thai to help him stay current. The prices are very reasonable and the rooms very spacious. Our trip to Phuket has been delightful, even travelling there with my elderly parents. It's nice enough that one doesn't have to leave the resort, although it is still quite an adventurous hike to climb up the mountain from the beach to the windmill where this resort gains it's name. I give this a five by five review.

Nice and tranquil family ran hotel located steps away from Phuket's best beach. Although being generally fully booked it somehow doesn't feel overcrowded. The area is very peaceful but Rawai beach with all the restaurants markets etc is 5 minute ride on hotel's tuktuk which is free for guests. Hotel has a nice huge pool, great breakfast. Probably best value for money you can find in the area. Special thanks to Leena who really made us understand what true Thai hospitality is.

Decent food at a decent price, very slow service.

The Windmill hotel is lovely. Honestly from the moment of arrival you feel welcome and relaxed. Calming music, good food, beautiful views, friendly people… you just could not ask for more. Rooms are massive! If you are travelling with kids they will have lots of space to play around :) it is located around 5 minute walk from Yanui beach. Be careful as the sea bottom is rocky there. We are going to check Nai Harn beach today that's not too far away and see if that one is better :) we are only staying here for 2 nights but I would come back here for longer ;) you will not regret it if you book here.

You can eat the hotel at a large swimming pool the setting is nice nothing by cons of authenticity of Thailand.

Nice and big rooms, amazing pool. The location is att bit off but close to the beach and a few restaurants.

A very nice and cozy hotel run by a family. The staff is so friendly and helpful, you will feel like coming back here. The only thing that would stop us from doing so would be the difficulty to get around especially if you are on a tight schedule. They also have a decent restaurant too. Yanui beach is just 2 minutes by walking.

Sweet. Very deserted place. Feels like you're in the jungle. Very nice rooms. Very good food, I even go sometimes just for the food. A little noisy, cannot always sleep past 7am.

This hotel is awesome! Secluded, quiet resort with friendly staff. A two minutes walk from the beach and a 5 min scooter ride from town. By far the best hotel I have stayed in in Thailand. Big time resort quality, but at a fraction of the price.

FANTASTIC place must see. Food is great and cheep. Stay for a swim and relax will do again.

Quiet and near Small beach.

Great! Huge rooms, very nice swimming pool, good restaurant with good prices, very clean. Better with a car or renting a motorbike (250 bahts day at the hotel). Taxis are very expensive (150 baht just for less than a 5 minutes drive from Rawai). Nice beach walking distance, Ao Sane for snorkeling just some minutes away with motorbike. Taxi to the airport from the hotel 1100 bahts.

One of the best hotel at stay at Phuket. Very well behaved and mannered staff. Very friendly welcome and offered free welcome drink and breakfast. Food was good and rooms were ultimately big and spacious.

Great hotel on great place. Close to my favourite beach which I visit every few days (good snorkeling). Hotel has big swimming pool. Few days ago I visited my friends there and there were a lot of mosquitoes.

This boutique hotel has everything! Competent and kind staff, great restaurant, phenomenal spa AND Cheri! The Resort pup — he is sweet, comforting and unobtrusively ever present! Cheri gives this boutique hotel character — soul! The staff love him and we did too! Travelers — grab a bag of dog food or dog treats — notttt that he's starving but good for him to have dog food in between human food indulgences! This is a place you want to bring your family and know you will be comfortable and happy!

Close to Ya-Nui beach in the utmost southern area of the Phuket peninsula. Nice middle-class hotel with friendly staff.

I've enjoyed our stay. Very clean, ample room, friendly staff and their hotel restaurant served good traditional Thai food prepared in a nice clean kitchen… and no nasty sewer smells around. Definitely recommend it.

A truely fabulous hotel we travelled all over Thailand and this was the best hotel we stayed in by far. Including the Rawia palm beach hotel we had stayed in early. This was much better. The room I had on tthe ground floor was beautiful and went straight into the swimming pool, the food was excellent and the staff their are so Nice and friendly. A good base for visiting the different beaches and places. We Will certainly be staying there a gain if we visit Phuket … Kevin Hughes Derby England.

Budget Hotel close to the beaches in the south of Phuket.

Brilliant Hotel in a quiet location but still fast in the centre. Super clean, huge super clean rooms. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Best price/performance ratio in Phuket.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It was absolutely astonishing and populated by friendly people. The restaurant is amazing and very reasonably priced (the dishes do take some time to be ready though). I enjoyed my stay here so much that I even proposed to my partner while we were staying here (search for 30 day marriage proposal on Youtube).

The vegetarian pizza is terrible.
