Location good. Food morning what they provide also OK not though more items. The thing to afraid is that they charge 3~5 times charge if any item gone damage or stains in cloth. In our case, towel got stain of turmeric yellow, then they charged 500bhat for which we can buy 3 new towels.

Not a high rating just because early booking our room was busy. But we were given a room above class in the nearby Ark Group hotel. I liked everything there.

For three stars is quite decent… The balconies are only very small… Near the big market, there is always a place to eat. Minimarkets are close by. Rooftop pool.

Was in July, 2014. The hotel was new. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast. I liked it!

Just checked it right now in my room. The man at front desk is v rude or may b his english is bad. He spoke to us very arrogantly. The first thing I expect from the staff at reception is to welcome guests with a smile rather than talk rudely to them and just complete the check in formalities. Ill never stay here again. No napkin in rooms and washrooms. No mat to dry feet after bathing in washroom. They say their superior Room. Is 23 sqm, I think its not more than20 sq m. No handwash in bathroom. Rooms face the street and the sound of bikes nd cars will irritate throughout the night even if you are on 6 th floor coz walls are not sound proof.

Good hotel to stay a few days, a quiet area good to relax. You can find the shopping, shops, street food, restaurants and everything a few minutes walk. The rooms have a good size and a balcony too.

The rooms are dirty pool with shabby tile kondjor works somehow. Safes do not work. The room was clean and the breakfast was very good. No shampoo.

Third class hotel… We booked luxury room and they just shifted us to some apartment type rooms. Telling us that it's luxury room… By the time we follow up with our travel agency it was already our time to leave phuket… Non professional staff… A Unhigenic place … All over dirty… Breakfast also not good…

I liked the hotel. Towels are changed every day, bed change as it is polluted (I did not stained a lot of chocolate covered, it was replaced). The rooms are comfortable and clean. Clean rooms every day. The food is varied every day that did not like it that tomatoes and cucumbers are not fresh. The pool was muddy, the guide talked many times, but never replaced the water. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

The room was clean and the breakfast was very good and the staff were very helpful. The noise from the street (mopeds, tuk-tookie) is audible, but to sleep does not interfere. There were problems with plumbing, if you show a picture of the problem-fix without questions, but not always effective, the switch shower in the bathroom fixed immediately, and the shower in the Jacuzzi glued only from the third time. The hotel is quiet, in the lobby is quiet, is located well-not far both to the beach, and to jungceylon with markets, in five minutes on foot many good cafes. The Russian language is expected to not understand everything, some speak only on Thai — but Google translator solves the problem.

Overall not bad, the rooms have a view of the road and a view of the construction. Comfortable enough but not comfortable to rate higher than a two star. During my stay, I had two rooms where I could hear construction going on outside my room. The air conditioning didn't work that great great. There was no hand soap in the bathroom. Mosquitoes or bugs somehow got into my room every day. Needless to say, if it wasn't for the holiday I would have moved right away.

All the interesting places of Patong can be reached on foot from the hotel. The room was very… My room had a fridge, microwave and kettle. Everything worked regularly. TV is also available, but there are no channels on the Russian. The pool area is very small. The staff is ok but slow. Cleaned every day, but bad, always forget something. No towels from the hotel for the beach. During heavy rain floods the first floor, at the entrance of water to the waist and above, which stops working elevator and Wi-Fi for half a day. The hotel is suitable for those who plan a lot of excursions and night entertainment. This hotel can only live in the dry season, and only in a couple of years, now the hotel is renovated. This is the worst place to stay. I had book two room through amoma 3 months before, then when I come they easily said that all of the room is already full. Even their staff not feeling guilty or apologize to me. Three by Apk is bad place ever!

Great place. Around 500mtr from Bangla Street. Good specious rooms. Breakfast is ok as they not serve Indian Dish.

Cons: There is no air conditioning in the hotel lobby. In the dining room in the evening constantly drinking Russo-tourist. Deposit 50 Euros or 3000 rubles. The obverse side overlooks the street. Through the closed Windows all day and all night hear motorcycles and mopeds. The depth of the pool is only 1, 5 meters, small, few sunbeds. The pros: The rooms are clean, cleaned every day, not much worn furniture in the superior, there is a fridge, safe, modern TV and air conditioning, hair dryer, kettle, every day put coffee, sugar, cream, two bottles of water to 0, 5. Not far from the fish and fruit market, Shopping center, Thai Boxing Stadium, Bangladesh, Patong Beach, hospital, nearby fire station and police. Opposite the market, buffet with seafood and various meats (works since 16-00)

It's just average places compared to phuket others hotels…

We were OK, the room has balcony, air conditioning, small kitchen and fridge. TV shows only local TV. The bathroom was disappointing, had to watch, not to arrange a flood, but it's small things. Quite decently for the price requested, to the beach minutes 10-15 walk, unless of course to catch up in the shops. )

Amazing hotel with roof top pool. Yup you heard it right. At the top floor, there is a pool and the setting is such that you can see hills and patong beach from there. We we're there during rainy season, amazing view!

Poor hotel. This is infact close to Paying Beach and the Bangla Road which is very famous there. Not well maintained.

Horrible Experience! Would not suggest this Hotel to anyone. The staff are super rude especially the receptionist. 0 in terms of hospitality. There's no room service facility available. No food post 1pm. Without checking the entire room they we're blindly charging 60bayth for a missing glass. Complete money waste.

Ambiance is spectacular. But anyone who wants to enjoy a "European" meal would rather go away. Thais can't do that. Everything else as you know it from Phuket.
